I like the room, the bed, it's very clean, the staff are nice and friendly.

The pool is quite small. I don't like where it's located because of the small road, and there are a lot of huge container trucks that almost won't fit in the road. But overall it was nice for its price.

Clean, comfortable and spacious for a decent price.

The spacious room was excellent. I had no problems with the location. The pool was nice. The staff is professional and accommodating.

I wish the bathroom had a bidet.

I booked it and paid for it for 3 days, but honestly I couldn't stay there. I had to book another hotel without the possibility of refund. Fist of all, arriving inside the room, the smell was awful, it was smelling like old and wet. The remotes of the TV were like sticky on the nightstand. The towels were not clean, they had yellow stains and everything was dusty, the walls had yellow stains...I can't understand how they could arrive in that situation. Going to the bathroom was a smell of like urine, not even pretending. The front of the toilet seat was yellow(probably pee mixed with limestone)... I said ok, maybe I should go outside to see the pool, but what pool...it was so small, like for kids. I noticed they are creating fake accounts to keep their ratings up, but instead of wasting time with that, they probably should start cleaning the place. The only thing that was clean in there, were the glasses and the floor. I like fillipino people, they are amazing and warm...but this place was nowhere near warm. The pictures don't show the reality. I lost money but it taught me a good lesson. P.S. probably I should have taken pictures to support what I have said but I was so stressed to book something else and to get out of there a.s.a.p. that I really forgot. Terrible experience.

It was clean, that's the only positive comment I have.

Room was small, bed uncomfortable, shower head was unusable-just a mist of water. Swimming pool is about 12 feet long. The location is terrible, nothing within walking distance, not even a soda.

It was quiet and chill. I had a good sleep.

The TV was not working and there were no available toiletries.

Have used grande appartelle for many years, always my go to place in mandaue, nice little pool for a dip, great apartments and just far enough away from Mandaue that it is quiet but also close enough to walk to the bars, thank you as always

Ren, pen. nesten ny leilighet med meget gode madrasser. Nydelig helfliset baderom, moderne toalett med spyling, varmtvann i dusjen som virker! Meget god valuta for pengene.

Beliggenheten er midt i et nærings/industri-område, bak en stor tett port. Det mangler calling på utsiden, en ettermidag ble vi stående en halv time og banke/fløyte fordi vakten hadde sovnet. Bassenget er en vits, det er ikke noe sted for rekreasjon.

Ate guards are courteous and very accommodating.

No pool access. Guests must pay an additional PHP 200.00 to use the pool.

I have to carry my luggage through the stairs. Its not suitable for people with too much luggage .

Hot shower.

No daily housekeeping, even though it was advertised. It was in the middle of nowhere. Foodpanda or a grab to go and get food and coffee. No coffee in the room.

Приехали до 12.00,так как самолёт был ранний. Подождали 30 минут, нас заселили в 12 часов, большое спасибо. Потекла труба под раковиной, пришли сразу, сделали. Горячая вода была всегда в душе, проточный водонагреватель.

Номер старый, грязно. От кондиционера плохо пахло, не чистили давно, видимо. Постельное бельё тоже подванивало, полотенца грязные, застиранные много раз. Кухня была грязная. Из посуды - 2 тарелки, 2 чашки, 2 столовые ложки, чайник. Сантехника старая. Самое ужасное- расположение. Рядом ни кафе, ни магазинов. До супермаркета Metro идти минут 20. Напротив только промышленная зона и свалка.

Convenient location. 24 hours security. Staff and especially the security guards are polite and helpful.

Air conditioning in my unit died on my last day of stay. Room got too uncomfortable without the A/C.

Everything is clean and the room was cold.

TV was not functional and the remotes were very dirty. There were no toiletries provided. It was also very noisy outside of the room, we can hear everything from inside when there were people or staff talking directly outside of the room we stayed.

Last night's noise was disappointing, a first in my 14 stays. Despite that, I still love the place and look forward to returning for a longer stay.,,Although the store is far, you can order online using your smartphone.

..Last night's banging and similar incidents necessitate consistent overnight monitoring. This vigilance will prevent future nighttime disturbances. Continuous supervision is essential to avoid repeated disruptions...

Decent room. Clean

Pool is very small. Location is down a dark road. Loud shouting at night which went on for 20 minutes

Could not find the place. Neither Taxi nor locals knew it. Booked other place.

Quiet and peaceful!

It wasn't dusty but it was not pleasant. I asked them to change the sheets upon arrival because there were stains and one of the pillows was obviously used and wasn't changed. Under one of the pillow was a roll of used tissue papers. Disgusting! Shower curtain was really dirty.

Lack of accessible stores nearby, specially at night. When you go out the apartelle place looks unsafe

One of the rooms didn't smell good and instead of apologizing for that, we were blamed for the smell despite knowing we just arrived. We decided to stay in one of our friends' rooms. Anyway, I hope they can fix whatever that smell is.

It was nothing like it said and looked in the pictures shown and it was too far away from most amusement’s and locations like the seaside and nightlife had to ask for my room to be cleaned and bedding to be changed. It was over 10 days before I got the bedding changed and I had to ask for it to be done

It’s cleanliness was not always up to standards expected. Unfortunately okay if you wanted to get away from everything but no good if you wasted nightlife and other things…
