The location was stunning and Sunny was so incredibly welcoming. The booklet of local attractions was superb and very helpful and thank you too for local food recommendations. We will certainly be back!

Would have liked a waste basket in the bedrooms and a little bit of hanging space in the front bedroom.

Fantastic location. Able to watch seals and fishermen from the back porch. The unit had a sauna, which was a pleasant surprise!

It was a very peaceful place to relax. The view of the river was dressed up with wildlife . In one day we saw a bald eagle, a heron, many fish jumping out of the water, and muskrats playing. The sunsets were beautiful.

The hotel description did not identify there was no elevator so getting to the second floor was a bit of a challenge for one member of my party who used a walker.

Tolle Lage am Fluss, großes Apartment , Sunny ist ein super Gastgeber . Wir konnten schon früher einchecken und er hatte viele Tipps. Morgens am Fluss konnten wir Bären beobachten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sunny is friendly, nice, and respectful. The place is at the heart of Campbell where accessibility is a plus factor.

We wish there is a small stairs or some kind of cement stairs for ease of going to the river. We wish we have a BBQ grill to use.

Ruhige Lage direkt am Fluss und der Natur. Blick von der Terrasse auf Seelöwen, Robben und sogar Bären direkt vor der Tür. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Die Zimmer waren richtig groß und alles war sehr sauber. Der Fußweg zur Whalwatching Tour am Hafen dauert ca. 20 Minuten. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder hier buchen.

Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen. Ansonsten gibt's keine weiteren Beanstandungen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Campbell River ist einfach hervorragend. Jeden Tag konnten wir vom Hotel aus Tiere im Fluss beobachten – ein echtes Highlight und ein unvergessliches Naturerlebnis. Auch das Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für uns war es ein rundum lohnenswerter Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The appartement was not clean.

Superb location 50 ft from the river. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife (seals, bears, birds) and salmon fishermen from our 2nd floor outside deck.

Disregard the commercial appearance of the neighborhood. Once you enter the building you will have a quiet and enjoyable stay in a clean and comfortable apartment.

I thought it was a great little spot, nice view of the river, lots of wildlife, nice patio for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. Room was equipped with all the amenities you need just bring food and your all set for a nice little vacation.

Super Ausblick auf den Fluss mit gratis Otter-Show. Großer Balkon. Sehr große Unterkunft , zwei Bäder! Sauna ( nicht genutzt). Betten sind gut! Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Kühlschrank top. Personal sehr nett! Sehr sauber.

Keinen Backofen. Einige Sachen / Einrichtung könnte man schöner gestalten. Gerade der Balkon ist sehr lieblos gestaltet. Blumen , nette Beleuchtung würde es sehr viel freundlicher machen. Stolperfalle im Schlafzimmer vor dem Bett. Generell sehr schmal, dazu schaut aus der Wand noch die Heizung heraus.

Seeing a wide variety of wildlife from the balcony. Size of the apartment. Felt well equipped. Quiet. The apartment was spotless. Staff were helpful and enabled us to recover a cherished coat left by one of the party in the apartment.

Challenge to get there without a car. Area felt a bit dodgy for lone females. No washing machine was a disappointment.

Uitzicht van op het terras en de rustige omgeving, afgesloten parking, correcte communicatie.

Gammele trap, achterstallig onderhoud binnen en buiten, algeheel niet proper gepoetst, geen fris gevoel en goedkope materialen. Niet conform met de foto’s (sauna). Ongeluk gebeurd met de glazen afscherming buiten? Opgelost (tijdelijk??) met een houten plaat??

Appartamento pulito, accogliente, comodo e con tutto il necessario. Presenza di supermercati a breve distanza in macchina. Stupendo il largo balcone con vista fiume, dal quale abbiamo potuto ammirare in una piacevolissima atmosfera, molto tranquilla e rilassante, la flora e la fauna locale.

Unica pecca : nelle camere da letto ci sono solo le veneziane, e l’assenza di tende oscuranti fa entrare troppa luce di primo mattino.

Great place to hole up for the summer, close to the parks and probably the best location in Campbell river. Comfy beds and very clean suites.

We stayed in Apartment B with a balcony overlooking Campbell river. This view was really stunning. The fisherman in our family only had to step down to the river for salmon fishing. We stayed with four people and it big enough with two bedrooms and and a spacious dining/living room. The location was pretty central, all of our destinations could be reached in a few minutes by car, the liquor shop was right outside the premises.

Great location with large balcony overlooking the river. Walking distance to restaurant for dinner.. Comfy beds, good sized bedrooms & lounge area. We were given some great tips for places to see on our onward journey.

The stairs up to the apartment were ricketty and in need of repair.

The view was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Some of the carpets and furniture had seen better days. There is no elevator so wouldn’t be suitable for anyone that couldn’t do stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Het uitzicht op de rivier is echt prachtig, de hele dag zijn er vissers aan het vissen op zalmen en ‘‘s avonds zwemmen de zeehonden langs. Daarnaast is het een zeer ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Sunny is zeer behulpzaam en heeft goede tips voor de omgeving.

Wees er op voorbereid dat de accomodatie niet op een gezellige plek ligt, je komt aanrijden op een soort industrie terrein. Op de foto’s stonden wasmachines waardoor ik er bij het boeken vanuit was gegaan dat ik hier kon wassen tijdens onze rondreis. Dit bleek echter niet in alle accomodaties aanwezig.

The beds were comfortable the living area was roomy and there was a nice view of the river off of the balcony.. There is gated parking and the location is easily accessible.

Some rooms have a full stove and washer and dryer while others only have a cook top however gave a second bathroom and sauna. Both are nice however it would be nice for a longer stay to have either a full stove or a barbecue as it is difficult to prepare a meal with only a cook top.

The stairs up to the room were a bit wobbly and would benefit from a little stabilization.

Mooie locatie aan het water. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het uitzicht aan de achterzijde was fantastisch. En een heerlijke plek ook om buiten te zitten. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, wij hebben er twee keer zelf gekookt. Het bed ligt lekker, de douche is heerlijk. En de sauna een heel fijne extra.

De locatie is aan de voorzijde echt minder, je zit op een bedrijventerrein. Maar als je eenmaal binnen bent is dat idee snel weg. Niet op loopafstand van restaurants en gezellige winkels. Er is geen vaatwasmachine.

Le propriétaire a été super et nous a donné les bonnes infos pour visiter la ville et choisir les bonnes adresses de restaurants pour les breakfast et les autres repas ainsi que pour les lieux à visiter. Nous avons eu la chance de voir un ourse et ses 2 petits lors de la randonnée de Myra falls. Super!

The room was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The added benefit of the sauna was a really nice touch. The views towards the river were beautiful!

The only thing I’d be able to fault is that you can hear the footsteps of the people above you quite a bit. But, really, that’s just a minor thing.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter ( Sunny ) sehr herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns sofort einen großen Plan der direkten Umgebung und gab uns wertvolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttips .

Aan de rivier, 25 minuten lopen van het centrum, speeltuin om de hoek, vlakbij waterval. Leuk restaurantje/bar in de buurt.

Vieze handdoeken van de vorige gast lagen nog in de badkamer, badmat was ook nog nat, muffe kamer, vaat niet opgeruimd, stinkende wasmachine, het bed stonk naar zweet, alsof het niet was schoongemaakt. Het personeel benadrukte meteen dat als het niet opgeruimd was je daarvoor moest betalen en dat het na 9 uur stil moest zijn.

Beautiful location and brilliant information before booking from Sunny. There was a lovely walk on the other side of the river by doing a right outside the property and walking over the bridge. Had everything we needed except for a cafeteria only coffee pod machine.

What started off as great communication with Sunny (who may have been on holiday?) went a bit wrong for us having only WiFi…our daughter who lives in Canada luckily had her phone. This meant we were able to contact the number on the office door (left for someone else) for check in. Not sure what we would have done otherwise!

Very clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and in an excellent river front location where we could sit outside and watch much wildlife…salmon, harbour seals, herons, woodpeckers and even a black bear are just some examples. Car very safe behind locked gates.

No plugs in bath or kitchen sink but that’s all.

Good communication from the owner Sunnny, unit was newer and very clean.

The neighbourhood was a bit run down.

Loved the location overlooking the river. Very comfortable bed.

The place is right in front of the river with a great view. We needed to use the washer and dryer during our stay, and it was really nice that they had them. It was also great that we could cook our own meals.

I understand units are kept cool to save energy, but I arrive late and it took a while for the unit to warm up.

Our suite was clean and very well-equipped. It was wonderful to have the river flowing by in the backyard - the view was fantastic, and it was very quiet. The staff member on site was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic location right on the river. Great for salmon watching and fishing. We even saw a bear down by the river!

Superb views of the river with a great chance to see black bears early in the morning and just before dusk. Good facilities and a short drive from town.

We could not understand why there was no screen on the right hand side of the 301 appartment, as the view is of another poorly maintained house with rusting furniture and also not a pleasant smell coming from there. Why would you not put up a screen?

The riverside location was lovely. The apartment was nice and clean.

Large living room opened to back of hotel over looking the river which is very pleasant. Aparently there are sometimes seals and a black bear but we didn't see. Nice sized 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Good kitchen facilities.

It was in a very run down part of Campbell River and from the outside looked c like a dump. However inside were good rooms.

Die Vorderseite liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Nach hinten hin schaut man auch wunderschön auf den Fluss. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel. und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Good location on the river & for one night stopover near highway. Very spacious apartment with comfortable bedroom , large living room with doors to riverbank terrace and well - equipped kitchen area, good shower room and even a sauna cabin ! Free secure parking. Sunny the host was friendly and very helpful & even showed us the bear who came to the river outside our apartment.

From the balcony we see jumping salmons with fishermen standing on the river bed trying to catch them. We also see the seals gliding past. The brothers Sunny & Bill are very friendly and kept the place nice and clean. We also like the sauna in the room. Very convenient for us to drive to nearby eating places and the hatchery with black bears feeding the salmons and the big animals watching tour. We had a wonderful holiday in Campbell River.
