Just a bed that’s it and 2 coat hangers. No little table to put anything on.

There was a bed tv and toilet, thats about all.

The room was so small, only the width of a double bed with hardly any room to get round it. Should come with a claustrophobia warning. The mattress kept slipping down so the pillow fell in a gap at the top. Only one pillow each. No tea or coffee. I paid for a room with a window but the window was above my head and couldn't be opened let alone looked through. Not much cheaper than a Travelodge which we will be using in the future. Basic and felt like we were banged up in prison !

The location was excellent. The reception staff were pleasant and the male member of staff was really helpful.

A kettle would be great.

Comfy bed spotless bed linen clean shower and toilet room immaculate.

Room more like a cell should have been slightly bigger with 2 people moving around tight around bed area appreciating its a budget hotel.

Had all the basics required. Clean property. Slept well. Location good.

Convenient location and decent enough for a stay. very small room, despite staff telling me I was in a bigger room due to staying a week. The window that I paid extra for looked into another room so that wasn’t great and the curtain stayed pulled the whole week. Overall i would use this hotel again though as the location was perfect for sightseeing and going to and from.

The size of the room wasn’t great but it was manageable. The window I paid extra for looked into other rooms and a dirty alley like area.

I didnt like anything it was a box room without window in the photo. In the photo, it was shown one with window extremely bad experience because I have was claustrophobic and I requested for a room change and they didn’t allow me and I had to check out one day before and no refund no refund was done to me. The staff was really rude. There didn’t allow me to sit in the lobby.

I like how close it is to the town centre. It's clean and affordable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The TV had a bad signal, almost impossible to watch. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. No toilet brush.

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Dark room With curtains closed for sleeping- despite very large window. The bathroom was compact and had everything needed. Great well proportioned shower cubicle, and modern powerful shower. Crisp white bedding. Quiet at night. Efficient lift. Lovely front of house staff. The whole place looked brand new. Thoroughly recommend to a solo traveller (might be a bit tight with two in there). Very close to a Tesco and costa. Metered parking within 2 mins walk.

Perhaps some more hooks to hang clothes, and a hairdryer.

Ik kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen zich er prettig bij voelt om met kamergenoten een glazen badkamerdeur te hebben.

Location was good, staff were so wonderful, especially the lady who was on the front desk upon my arrival and also when I left. Exceptionally clean.

There was a lot of noise from other hotel guests, however I don't place any blame on staff. My only issue with the room, which is not massively negative, is the tv placement, it was almost impossible to watch when laying down due to the height it's been placed, the screen was almost blacked out from the laying position.

Great location and a comfortable bed, but several room features need immediate attention. The toilet flush has been an ongoing issue across multiple weeks and still does not work properly. Furthermore, the window is completely sealed shut; you can see outside, but you cannot open it for any fresh air. The property really needs plumbing

Lack of space , in bathroom as could barely navigate into shower & I got value for money when I went but the next day I wanted to stay against n and was £88 definitely not worth that £50 is very reasonable price for the size of Rooms

Paid for a window room but not see out the window so that felt pointless and for the last two of my free nights day there was no hot water soi had to have cold showers. However, good value for money and staff were very friendly ideal if you’re looking for a cheap stay.

Perhaps just some clearer signage needed inside, finding route through doors from 1st floor room to reception/ way out. A map of Ipswich inside showing main places, route to train station, quayside would be useful ( unless I missed seeing it)!

The location is perfect. The room is a good size for 1 person.

The bed was pretty comfortable. I'd say it was the only good thing.

Small, very small room, from bed u step in toilet, one step more and you are out of the room... No table, chair, wardrobe, no windows...claustrophobic room, worse experience. I booked late evening, around 9.30 pm through Booking.com On checking in, was already around 10 pm, tired and in a new city, I was told I can't enter the room as the system works very slow in the city and the reception hasn't received any confirmation. I had to wait in.the lobby almost an hour for thir system to update and show my booking. Wanted to pay for a room on the spot, and just go to sleep, but wasn't available neither. I entered the room aboit 11 pm, check out at 8. 88 pounds for 9 hours, baaaad report price-quality No tea or coffee, not a single spot where u could put your bag, your phone, your glasses... Ill never go back or recommend to anyone.

Smart and clean, small and pared back to essentials but this was reflected in the price. Good shower, good soap. TV was fine and there were switches/ sockets right by the bed.

A small fold-down worktop on one side of the bed would be good so you can sit and work without a dedicated desk or dressing table. There was no information in the room, eg about wi-fi (but you can find that from your settings and it connects straight away)

Wasn’t far from where I was travelling too.

The rooms were very dirty, shower tray, walls and towel had what looked like blood on them. Floors just generally dirty and not kept on top of

Just the location.

This is as basic as you can get. Yes it's clean and bed was comfortable but no kettle, no free tea or coffee, no window, basically sleeping in a cupboard. Never again.

Sketchy people seem to stay here. Ipswich isn't much of a town and this place is in the center of it. Shut and lock your door and all is good.
