직원들이 매우 친절했고, 조식도 맛있었다. 중요한 여행이었는데 아주 편안하고 좋았다.

The staff are delightful and the buffet breakfast is really big! And there is a golf cart that will pick you up and drop you off at your villa. I was here on my birthday and they surprised me with some thoughtful touches. The waterslides are super fun!

Завтраки ужасные. С мошкарой. Персонал весь потный. Из какого помещения выносят еду вообще не понятно.

Из-за жары не было доверия в свежести продуктов. Море грязное. Грязное не из-за мусора. Что то было в воде не могли понять. На севере море намного чище. Никакой разврекательной программы нет. Чтобы выехать в город , в час пик за такси надо заплатить двойную оплату.

مقترحات لتطوير تجربة الإقامة: 1. تحتوي الفيلا على مطبخ، إلا أنه غير مجهّز بالأواني والأطباق وأدوات الطبخ الأساسية، كما يُطلب دفع رسوم يومية مقابل توفيرها إضافة إلى رسوم التنظيف. هذه التجربة غير معتادة في المنتجعات العائلية، ونقترح تجهيز المطابخ بشكل أساسي ضمن سعر الإقامة لما لذلك من أثر إيجابي على راحة الضيوف. 2. لا تتوفر في الفيلا غسالة ملابس أو مكواة، وهي من المتطلبات المهمة خصوصًا للعائلات المقيمة لعدة أيام. توفير هذه التجهيزات سيُحسّن بشكل كبير من مستوى الراحة والخدمة. 3. تعتمد الفيلا على نظام فتح كل غرفة بمفتاح كرت مغناطيسي مستقل، وهو أمر غير عملي للعائلات التي يرافقها أطفال، وقد يسبب إزعاجًا أو صعوبة في الاستخدام. نقترح اعتماد نظام دخول أبسط أو موحّد يتناسب مع طبيعة الإقامة العائلية

Very friendly staff, everything was perfect

Absolutely infuriating! My Phu Quoc hotel overbooked my stay, forcing me into a downgraded room at a different, inferior property. No apology, just a "deal with it" attitude from staff who barely spoke English. Ruined my vacation plans and left me feeling completely scammed. Avoid at all costs!

The breakfast option was mediocre and the facilities were not up to Scratch. Like the gym was not air conditioned, the pool was not clean, the kids club could have more in it.

The Vila was amazing, we had separate rooms for us and for the children (3 bedrooms!) it had a private pool which the kids loved and didn’t wanted to leave . I must mention also Tina from the reception she helped us a lot with booking trips , answering late at night she really did her best to help in every request we had !

It’s an unfinished and and an unpolished resort. Missing basic items such as hand soap and toilet paper refill. When asked why, they say they just don’t provide. There is a full kitchen in the villa that is basically a movie set, not a single cutlery, plate, pot or pan. That was very odd. Construction was happening at the pool site with rubble, cranes and sleeping workers all over the place. No bar or poolside services and although you can order drinks and food, it’s warm by the time they bring it to you. Food and buffet quality was average/below average, but that’s how the whole food scene is in Phu Quoc anyway. Honestly the island itself is basically a rushed mega investment project with no heart or soul, don’t expect to experience true Vietnam here.

The villa with private pool is very comfortable, the resort is calm and very well fitted. Large choice for breakfast, and very friendly staff. Cleaning of the house everyday.

Kitchen inside the villa cannot be used unless you pay 500k a day… I was really disappointed with this.

The beach is nice but the water is not clear like on other spots on the island. The laundry service is crazy expensive. You have to pay extra to use the kitchen.

We really like the receptionist. They're very helpful friendly and made us feel really comfortable. They are beyond 5 star rate.

The promotion for the tour guide or driver. They were the reason I chose the resort. If they can't stay while we stayed there at least the have a vouchers for meals or something else. Everywhere I go to they always have the promotion for tour guide and driver.

Food Options are limited - also outside a basic pool, not a lot of kids activities. Made it difficult to kill time for a family with 3 little kids. easy access to the beach, but it wasn't very clean.

1- منتجع قديم ولا انصح به أبدا ، نكبة ، ويبدو كأنه مجمع سكني قديم. ويتم ترميم بعض المباني، وبعض المرافق مهجورة ومهملة. 2- الموقع قديم في منطقة مزارع قديمة ، ومنطقة مشاريع تحت الإنشاء. 3- وجود كلاب سائبة ومتسخة تدخل المنتجع وتتجول به وتقترب من المطاعم بحثا عن الأكل ، ومخلفاتها على الشاطيء وفي الحدائق والممرات العامة. 5- الإستقبال والمطعم على البحر في صالة مفتوحة وبدون مكيفات. 6- وجود كاميرا داخلية في صالة الفلة ، وطلبنا تغطيتها وتم ذلك. 7-المسبح صغير بعمق 60سم ومكشوف على الفلل المجاورة ، مسورة بأشجار قصيرة ولا يوجد خصوصية بها. 8- زجاج المطبخ مكشوف على زجاج مطبخ الفلة المجاورة. وكذلك زجاج نوافذ الدرج ، وكشوف على الطريق ولا يوجد ستارة. 9- استلاك كهرباء مقطوعة ومهملة عند مياه الشاطيء تثير القلق.

Mooi huis op een fijn vakantie complex aan het strand op enkele kilometers afstand van de drukke hoofdstad. Met een grab zo te doen. Het personeel- zeker de manager- doet er alles aan om je een ultieme vakantie te laten beleven. Het strand is mooi mer gave designstukken voor mooie vakantie foto's. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid.

My family and I stayed at Sunset Sanato Resort for five days at the end of July 2025. My opinion about the resort is mixed, but it’s important to note that this might be because we stayed during the off-season. Positive points: 1. The villas are excellent—spacious and well-maintained, with clean and well-kept private pools. 2. The entire staff is very kind and does their best to provide good service. 3. The resort’s location is convenient—20 minutes from the southern tip of the island (the departure point of the world’s longest cable car and the water park), 25 minutes to the northern area (night market), and just five minutes from the airport. Negative points: 1. Only a few staff members speak English, and most of the dining room staff couldn’t speak a single word of English. 2. The resort lacks attractions and is quite boring for a vacation. The pool area has no shade at all, the pool bar is unattended, there are no slides or games for children, and there’s nothing to do at the beach either. 3. The resort has only one restaurant aside from the main dining area, and the food there is mediocre at best. 4. The breakfast selection is average, and on hot days, you sweat through the entire meal because the dining area is open-air and not air-conditioned. Unfortunately, despite the relatively attractive price, I don’t see myself returning to this hotel on my next vacation.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. I really liked the decor, layout, and comfort of the villa.

Location far from any activities.

We had a nice villa near the beach. Staff members were friendly and room was spacious.

Check-in was a rough experience. I live in VN and travel a lot, but have never experienced a check-in like this. One issue is that they let us know there would be a camera in the living room of our villa. I told them this was ridiculous, so they taped it up and had me sign a waiver. Separately, they asked for a 4 million VND deposit for incidentals. I had not been notified of this, but agreed to pay them via credit card or QR code (the method many locals use to pay for nearly everything). However, they demanded that it be cash only - in USD or VND. Unfortunately, I did not have enough cash on me, and they gave up on it. (They said they could hold onto my passport instead, but I knew they didn't actually have a right to do that.)

This hotel is relaxing. The sunset photo area is spectacular, and the staff is very friendly.

Deposit of 3 million VND during check in. Was told we can use it as credit for food on-site. We paid directly to Solar Pizza restaurant after dinner and they refunded the full amount upon check out.

Private pool with jacuzzi, the villa is large for my big family, some staffs are nice and helpful. They lend bicycles with no fee, love this. Public area has the beautiful decoration.

They do not maintain the property well, even the public pool, my sister got bloody on foot by the chipped tile there, be careful the stools at the pool bar too. Some staffs try to sell their services like: rental car, tour,… I do not feel comfortable. Not only them, but also other ppl I met at Phu Quoc who always try to sell the same package : 4 islands viewing, Vin wonders, …too messy.

Both private and shared swimming pools are excellent, the villas and rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The staff is highly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay special—except for the resort manager we dealt with while resolving an issue.

The private beach may not feel very private, as busloads of tourists from across the island frequently visit to take pictures, resulting in crowds rather than seclusion.

Four bedroom with a private swimming pool is really nice. Very suitable for family group people. The breakfast is really good! We are traveling with elderly people and toddlers. Everyone had good time there at sunset sanato.

For the environmental friendly concern, you don’t need to do house keeping everyday, but you need to remember to refill the free bottled water and change the towel everyday. Bottled water is very needed under the weather condition.

So comfortable and we all family was happy there. All staffs are friendly and specially, Tien Tien is so helpful and friendly. She assisted and arranged for all required things for my family. Breakfast was so delicious and they refilled all the foods immediately. Would like to stay again there with my family 😊

First of all, the benefits are really great in terms of price. I highly recommend it to people who are traveling as a large family. It also cleans up every day and is very nice in terms of cleanliness. And all the staff members tried to respond to my request immediately and quickly. In particular, an employee named Tien Tien was the most helpful person in my trip. I'm having a great trip because he cared about the transportation and ticketing for a large family!

the 5-bedroom villa was spacious, and right next to the reception and breakfast area. the sunset beach was awesome.

there is only one other restaurant in the resort with pizza and pasta. food was so-so, was expecting more choices of restaurants if people don't want to go out to town. breakfast food variety was so-so as well.

It was as it was described during the reservation.

Extremely clean in all aspects, clean living room, clean bedroom, clean kitchen, clean toilet, etc. All staff are friendly and helpful, all the help and services will reach you in 10 mins, especially Tien Tien, great assistance and provided details information of our tours to the island.

Low water pressure and main entrance door unable to open But helps reach you and solve within 15 mins.

Staffs very friendly always with smiles. The beach is clean . The new restaurant Italian : Pizza and pasta are very goods . We got a good time to stay in this Resort.

Everything was perfect, the location at the Sanato Beach with all the decorations on the beach made us feel like in a movie. The breakfast was amazing, there are a lot of diversity food from where you can choose. The stuff is super super friendly, truly friendly. Lot of thanks to Tien Tien who helped us with information, car and trips around the island. She was really helpful.

The Sunset Sanato Resort was perfect in every way. Our villa was amazing, and had the perfect amount of space for our family! The beach was also pretty perfect! And the breakfast every morning was fabulous, with enough variety for everyone.

The villa was amazing and even had a little swimming pool in the back of the house, perfect for an after sunset relaxing time, before dinner. The beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean. The staff was incredible and did everything to help with all our requests. The breakfast was always great, for all tastes! The beach is a perfect spot for the sunset!

We settled down in the resort for our 7-day company vacation of 10 people and enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are great and spacious, the staff are helpful and caring which was beyond our expectation. Would definitely recommend my friends or families to consider the resort if they come to Phu Quoc.

Staff, amenities, villa were perfect. Breakfast was good and view is amazing.

Hotel offer room in a shared villa. It does lack privacy a little bit but they do not say this in their booking. Hotel is on the beach but no attractions nearby. It 25 mins aways from everything.

I received a free upgrade to a suite in their villas. The night shift manager was very nice and helpful to me throughout my stay, he even went and bought swim trunks for me since I forgot mine. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed the private swimming areas, we had comfortable stay with new and modern furnitures and the cleaness of the villa that met our expectation. A warm welcome with the friendly staff and great services throughout the stay. We love the authentic vietnamese cuisines with the fresh ingredients.

Many facilities and furniture need to renew, replace or clean. The dining room and check in place are outdoor, could be hot in the afternoon.

Location and facilities were great. Kevin our host was very willing to help with tours and activities.

Location not so good getting town or any events, restaurant poor food, bar crowed long waiting, cleaning staff not did not come to clean the room when asked.

Breakfast is very delicious, staffs are nice and polite. Ideal location for watching the sunset and it was super fun playing with SUP.

The private pool is not as clean as expected, lots of debris and dead bugs. Facility was not in the best condition for the price we paid. The gym smells moldy and the spa was not opened. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very hard to pump. We had to take the top off and use our fingers to scoop out shampoo.
