Nhiều cây xanh mát mẻ, xe đưa rước trong villa gọi là có liền, rất tiện lợi, hồ bơi villa sạch sẽ

1. Khách sạn không kiểm tra chìa khoá trước khi đưa khách, thẻ có 2 cái không dùng được, nếu khách không test lại thì bị khoá không vô nhà, trải nghiệm chắc tệ hơn. Ngoài ra, khi gia hạn thời gian checkout muộn, tiền thì đã đóng nhưng thẻ thì không cung câp, dẫn đến khách không vô nhà được. Cần coi lại SOP. 2. Ăn buffet sáng phải xếp hàng rất dài, chờ tầm 5-7 phút ở line xếp hàng. 3. Sảnh villa không có nước chào đón, vô sảnh có đúng 1 nhân viên ngồi trực máy, nhìn không thấy được tiếp đón.

During our stay, there were quite a few ants in the second-floor bathroom. We hope pest control can be improved.

I will not be staying with Best Western again. Not enough staff for breakfast or poolside service, rendering this experience the lowest of any resort we've stayed at. Clearing tables and replenishing food takes forever. It's not the staff's fault. The hotel chain has gone cheap. Also, their systems don't link well, so you end up debating with staff whether you paid a deposit for food and services every time you want to make a purchase, like renting kayaks or buying drinks by the pool. Also, the villa pools are not heated. The temperature is pretty fresh but bearable. The main pools are heated and more comfortable for long swims.

Duży dom, super basen, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Personel sprzątający uśmiechnięty, miły -super. Hotel fajnie położony, blisko miejsca gdzie było dużo "ulicznego" jedzenia. Niestety w drugiej linii od plaży, ale jeździ meleks, który dowozi gości hotelowych.

Hotel powinien mieć maksymalnie 4 gwiazdki. Śniadania w porównaniu z innym hotelem dużo uboższe. Przy dużej ilości osób na śniadaniu personal nie nadążał z donoszeniem brakujących potraw. Zastrzeżenia do personelu recepcji hotelu, nie czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. W kuchni brak sztućców i talerzy.

Wspaniałe miejsce aby wypocząć bez zgiełku typowego dla hoteli w turystycznych destynacjach. Jesli zatęsknisz za plaża lub barami, wszystko to jest w zasięgu 10 minutowego spaceru.

Wersja europejska wyjątkowo słaba. Ale podkreślę, że nie wpłynęło to na wysoką ocenę miejsca, do którego z przyjemnością wrócę.

Családoknak, baráti társaságnak a legszuperebb választás. Mindenkinek van magánszféra mégis együtt vagyunk. Hatalmas konyha, étkező, kényelmes. Reggeli kiváló, part közel van. A piac is 5 perc séta. Grab taxival minden fillérekért elérhető.

Egy ekkora házban minek van konyha ha nincs benne 1 kanál sem?? 8 főre pláne?! Nagyon hiányzott egy mosógép. Van laundry service de hosszabb nyaralás esetén alap a mosógép. Ruhaszárító lehetőség meg egyáltalán nincs.

조용하고 친절했으며 버기 요청시 신속한 대응이 좋았고 조식이 최고였어요.수영장도 깨끗한데 바쁜 투어로 사용을 못해 아쉽네요 수영장에서 열대과일 실컷 먹는게 버킷리스트 였는데 ㅎ

주변 야시장과 스파 마트등이 즈엉동에 비해 적어서 아쉬웠어요

施設内の移動がバギーでできるので大変快適だった。 朝食バイキングが豊富で飽きなかった。 ホテルのプールは広くて気持ちよかった。

アメニティーが少なかった。 ボディータオルが欲しかった。 プライベートプールが少し濁ってた。

빈펄 빌라에 머물다가, 혼똔섬 남부여행을 위해 옮겼습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 곳이지만, 빈펄 빌라에 비해 시설 규모나 퀄리티는 다소 낮은 편입니다. 다만 야시장을 걸어서 갈 수 있다는 것은 매우 큰 장점입니다. 또한 호텔 동으로 이동해서 즐기는 활동은 무척 만족스러웠습니다

Good value for money compared to other resorts with expensive villa renting prices. But don't expect a 5 stars service, more a 4 stars equivalent. Highly recommended for families with kids as there are some pools and playgrounds.

체크인시 영어가 어려운 사람에게 인상을 쓰는 로비 스텝들이 있어 다소 불쾌했고 버기 운전자도 일부 불친절 했지만 다른 직원들은 모두 친절했음!전용 비치가 작았으며 병조각이 세번이나 나와 너무 놀라기도 했습니다.또한 메인 풀장 청소가 다소 안된 듯 보였지만 룸컨디션은 대체로 양호한 편였읍니다.

The villa seems to be old and the electrical appliances inside are too. The TV is not smart and it doesn’t have Youtube or Netflix, only few local channels and international channels, we had nothing to watch on tv for the entire stay. The view of the villas could be better

The hotel is huge and equipped well. The swimming pool is very beautiful as well as the beach. The housekeepers of our Villa was very friendly and sent their greeting every evening. The private BBQ at the villa was also a very impressive experience. We had a great time at our Villa.

We stayed five nights at 5-bedroom villa. The toilet of ground floor was always blocked. We had to call them almost everyday. In addition, there was not enough hot water to take a bath for one person although every room has one beautiful bathtub. The water tank for hot water seems very small. One day, we just tried to fill hot water to only one bathtub and the water turned cold after water level reached 1/3 of bathtub. In addition, the tiles of swimming pool is sharp. Three out of four children got scratches.

너무 좋았어요. 그런데 대가족이 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요. 소수인데 너무 넓은 숙소를 이용해서 1인당 1방을 써도 침대가 남았어요^^ 버기카는 좀 기다려야 했지만 야시장도 데려다 주고 재미있었어요. 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 조식은 종류가 정말 많았는데 크게 혼잡하지 않아서 좋았어요. 소나시 야시장이 가까워서 좋았고 어린이 풀장도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 프라이빗 풀장은 약간 덜 정리된 느낌이라서 나무 이파리나 곤충 사체가 있어서 아이가 개인풀장은 들어가지 않았어요. 그래도 메인풀 가까운 곳으로 배정받아서 메인풀장에서 놀아서 괜찮았어요. 관광 위주로 머물기 위한 숙소로는 비용이 아까울 것 같고 숙소에서 느긋하게 머물려 휴양하기에는 정말 좋을 것 같아요.

가족여행으로 갔는데 만족했으나 가성비를 따지면 다음번엔 리조트로 갈것같아요.

We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. Nonetheless, it was a relatively good stay where we didn’t have to worry much and the night market was just a street away. We appreciate the shuttle service to/fro the airport and the buggy service around the area. We would consider returning in future.

A very spacious and comfortable villa with a pool. We have enjoyed the other pools in the complex and also the generous breakfast buffet. All the staff were very nice and courteous.

One of the toilets has been constantly blocked and leaking, otherwise all was great.

The premises require some improvements namely when taking bath the water comes out to the toilet room as there is no floor separator. Every time someone use the toilet it gets stuck with paper, needing several water flushes, sometimes 4 or more.

조식도 맛잇고 주변에 야시장도 있어서 밥먹으러 가기고 좋고 수영장도 좋고 너무 만족스러운 여행이엿습닏.

Breakfast is quite good.

All the staff are great and very attentive. It’s great for spending a quiet family vacation. It is a bit far from the popular locations such as VIN wonder and Sun world. No bus access except for 1 that has a schedule 1 hr apart. Making it expensive to travel around because we will need taxi and grab for all rides. Other than that this property is a great place to stay

Good but it should have been more clean :) Quite old air conditioner was not enough for us. We called engineer but he said just wait for minutes. I thought that it looked 30 years old. Except for that, everything was great :) Swimming pool was exceptional I think they have best swimming pool in Puquoc.

풀빌라에서 가족들끼리 정말 행복한 시간 보냈습니다~ 방도 크고 화장실도 4개나 있어서 너무 편했고 호텔까지 버기 불러서 편하게 이동했습니다

개인, 공용 수영장에서 아주 잘 놀았어요. 체크인/아웃, 조식 먹으러 갈때, 야시장 갈때 버기카를 이용하여 호텔동과 자유롭게 이동 가능해요

숙소배치가 아쉬웠어요~ 소나시에서 가까운건 장점이었지만 앞뒤양옆 주변에 체크인한 사람이 아무도 없는 곳이여서~ 야시장에서 저녁먹고 돌아올때 아이들과 너무 무서웠습니다. 바닥조명 외에 가로등 조명이 더 있어야할것같아요. 메인리셉션쪽에 많이들 체크인 해있던데 우리만 왜 저멀이였을까요.. 그외엔 버기타고 메인풀도 너무 좋았고 잘 보냈습니다. 청소는 곳곳에 신경을 좀더 써주셔야 할거같아요 먼지쌓인곳이 꾀있었어요~ 멋진곳에서 실컷 수영하고 아이들과 잘놀고 갑니다. 개인비치는 잊지못할 풍경으로 너무 멋졌어요~ 아이들이 모래놀이 너무 좋아했네요.

조용한빌라에 머물면서 호텔동의 시설(특히 수영장,해변)등을 이용할수있어서 좋았고 특히 해변의 선셋은 멋있었다.

가족 휴가를 즐기기에 아주 적합한 곳이였다. 직원들은 친절하고 조경 관리가 잘 둬어있으며 수영장은 호텔쪽도 같이 이용할 수 있어 지루하지 않았다. 아이들과 부모님도 편히 놀고 쉬며 즐길 수 있었고 조식도 다양했다. 다만 욕실에서 물이 배수구쪽으로 흐르지 않는 점이 살짝 불편했다.

Spacious and clean villa with great facilities. Staff were all superb - friendly and attentive.

We just returned from 5 nights with our family of 6 (couple, 7 year old twins and grandparents). We had 4BR villa with a private pool in the villa section of the resort. The property exceeded our expectations. It's actually huge, but because we were in the villa side (which is not on the main property), it felt very intimate, but we could take a free buggy to the main property (or walk 5 minutes, depending on where your villa is) and use the amenities there if we wanted to. The pros: - Huge property with so many pools. If you have a villa, you have a private pool and there are 2 other big communal pools in the villa property. If you're in the main property, there are at least 4 huge pools that are all connected, so you can find sections that are not crowded. - Breakfast selection was great; IMO too much food. The staff was quick to refill things. - There is a good gym on both properties. - Pools are clean, but there's no chlorine scent. - Staff were so nice. - Location - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. - There is a night market across the street with seafood, BBQ, fruit, smoothies. - The villa bedrooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. We honestly loved everything about our stay and plan to go back.

The property can improve the following things (but they're not in any way negative or detract from the experience): 1. Communication - there are activities happening at the main property, but it's not communicated to the villas at all. It feels more like a lost opportunity. 2. I think the property can do a better job of marketing/selling/communicating all the amenities they have. For example, they have a great rooftop bar where you can have dinner, but guests have to stumble on it on their own. The property doesn't tell you this - again, a lost opportunity.

The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices and selection of eggs was available and there is noodle station! Really enjoyed our 5 nights stays there! Will definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends!

The villa in the photo and in reality are different, the Internet does not work well, they were poorly cleaned, although I left tips, the water in the shower does not go well, requires repair of the villa and furniture replacement

Staff was super friendly, super polite and always very helpful. Shuttle bus to and from airport was super convenient and the golf car come in a few minutes after request. The breakfast also had a wide range of food and drinks, coffee was especially amazing. The security was also especially good.

The food at the restaurant for lunch for a little pricey and not worth the money.

Clean and spacious, the villa allocated to us is near the lobby where the cafe for breakfast is, hence it’s convenient. Buggy comes in fast as well. Staff is helpful, polite and friendly. Daily breakfast has alternate day menu, or rather some changes over the span of our stay. But the pho is still the best! Not far from the villa has food street which sells seafood! Great food for supper!

The private pool in our villa needs constant cleaning. We ended up did not utilize our private pool but used the big pool in front of the villa instead.

Staff are very friendly, especially ms. Ha from the restaurant. The swimming pool nearby was great too!

The villa had a kitchen but there was no cutlery and cooking utinsels.

Beautiful property. The villas are gorgeous. Staffs were all great. One of the best resort I’ve stayed at. My family and I had a great long weekend there. Thank you to all staffs!

The property was so clean and comfy. We have a blast.
