房間跟泳池都很大、整體感覺舒適、員工有善支持多國語言、下午茶蛋糕跟咖啡很棒。早餐自助吧選擇多元且乾淨新鮮，但口味因人而異。

不是不滿意，但如果可以更好的話：目前熱水的量與溫度無法放滿浴缸舒服的泡熱水，稍微可惜。

Pool access room is highly recommended. The room was spacious and having direct access to the pool made the stay much more enjoyable. The main pool area was lovely and great for lounging. Plenty of food options within the resort — The Shack, The Kitchen and OLA so it was easy to spend the whole day relaxing without needing to go elsewhere. The beach is incredibly close. Just walk a little further past the pool and you're there. Very convenient location near the airport. Breakfast had a decent spread with a good amount of variety. The bed itself was very comfortable.

Our room was missing the drying rack and umbrella. We only realised these were supposed to be provided after noticing that the other rooms had them. One of the pillows had a strong stale, musty smell, like fabric that hadn't been dried properly. The coffee from the breakfast machines was very mediocre and could definitely be improved. A few small amenities would make the stay more convenient, particularly sanitary disposal bags in the bathroom and a beach mat for guests.

Dated property not as pictured with mould and dampness in rooms. Rooms smelt stale and had to have humidifier to avoid damp. Poor food choice at restaurants

寝具が生乾きの匂いだった。またプール付きの部屋にしたが、落ち葉やゴミで汚れており入れず、結局共有プールを利用した。 また、コンセントの形状上、充電器を刺しづらく充電するのがとても大変だった。（日本のものは。）

Rooms were spacious and comfortable , lovely facilities

Bathrooms in rooms had frosted glass facing into the bedroom which didn’t really give you privacy and unable to fully close off the bathroom (no door). Ok for husband/wife but bit awkward for kids/friends sharing the room.

Great service! Trang helped me when I got stung by a jellyfish by taking me to the nurse’s room and checking in on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay. The room was also super nice—the view from the Ocean View Superior Room was amazing, and the price was very affordable. The location is also convenient, as it’s very close to the airport and roughly halfway between Sunset Town and the Phu Quoc Night Market/northern part of the island. Would definitely come back again! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. A special thank you to Thara from the restaurant. Thara provided excellent service throughout our meals and was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The warm hospitality and professional attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Came and stayed at Sol Phu Quoc as a large group, the resort was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were amazing from restaurant to housekeeping and front counter. We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely come again another time. Mr Thien at the counter was very helpful as were the rest of the team!

Terrible experience, highly not recommended! Our stay was deeply disappointing. The food was tasteless, with a very limited variety that repeated every single day. To make matters worse, the room was infested with ants, and we actually got bitten multiple times! The air conditioning was extremely weak, leaving us sweating heavily throughout our stay. We requested maintenance several times, but our complaints were completely ignored and nobody showed up. A very poor service and a waste of money.

Booked a room with pool access. No towels for the pool. We had ants in the room. The place is getting a little tired. Need to be very careful in the shower as the floors are very slippery when wet. Food at the restaurant (seafood platter) was very underwhelming. Broken tiles in and around the pool. Was a little disappointed with what we expected for the price. Mostly is a lovely resort but needs some attention to detail.

Ms. Huong is very kind and friendly. I attended her yoga class and felt great. I will go again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sol Melia Phu Quoc. The Guest Experience Officer, Miss. Thu Tam, guided us in a proper and professional manner. Her explanation and fluency in English were excellent, and we truly appreciate her service and hospitality. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back again for the same wonderful service.

You can’t really walk to anything from it but it’s not far drive !

We stayed at SOL by Meliá Phu Quoc with our family and young child in June 2026. The resort has beautiful grounds, plenty of greenery, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The sunset by Long Beach was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Most staff members were friendly and welcoming. However, the service experience was not always consistent. We had requested a 60-minute late check-out by email in advance, and I also called the front desk around 24 hours before departure to confirm it. I was told that someone would call back the next morning, but no one did. At check-out, the request was initially handled rather rigidly. It was only resolved after I asked to speak with a manager. As this was a small request made in advance and during a non-peak period, I expected a more proactive and flexible approach. The complimentary afternoon tea is a nice idea, but it is only available from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, is self-service, and the food and drinks are fairly basic. Extending the time slot or improving the selection would make it feel more worthwhile. Overall, SOL by Meliá Phu Quoc has a lovely setting and good potential for a relaxing family holiday, but service communication and consistency need improvement to match the expectations of a resort in this category.

We visted here to take a rest and we did the archery and tabata class Nhat ha & huong was very nice and kind they treated us very well it was very hot weather but thank you for their hard work

I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay with All Inclusive Package, at Sol by Meliá Phu Quoc. The resort offers a perfect balance of relaxation and comfort, with a beautiful beachfront location and well-maintained facilities. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, while food in Kitchen Restaurant is tasty, especially Vietnamese dishes included in package. Recommended to book this type of room so you can enjoy every corner of culinary experience, besides snack food, Spanish,… What impressed me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who always greeted guests with a smile and were eager to help, especially Ms Tam from Guest Experience Team. Definitely come back in near future.

That ha & huong is very kind! He taught me Tabata exercise in the morning and set archery well. I hope you will stay next time.

I don’t usually share reviews, but this place totally deserves a shoutout! My family, especially my daughter, loved the super instagrammable pool! It’s absolutely magical at sunset, so make sure not to miss it. 😊 The rooms were neat and tidy, and all the amenities were in great shape. One thing to note—most people in Phu Quoc don’t speak much English but thankfully, we met Ms. Thara from ‘The Kitchen,’ who greeted us warmly and helped us every morning at breakfast. Thank you, Ms. Thara! 🌟

The air-conditioner didn't really cool the room even working on 18.5 degrees 24/7. The continuous playing of Melia publicity inside the elevators was akin to mental torture.

Wir hatten ein großes und geräumiges Zimmer und es war super schön das wir einen eigenen Poolzugang hatten. Was wir auch gut fanden, war der große Wasserkanister im Zimmer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, wo man nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser pro Tag erhält. Auch der Strand und die Poollandschaft waren schön, es gab immer ein freies Plätzchen.

Die ersten zwei Tage, hatten wir, einen schon deutlichen Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer wahrgenommen. Wir waren wirklich am überlegen, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Aber da wir kaum im Zimmer waren und man hinterher nichts mehr gerochen hat, war es dann okay. Die Preise im Hotel sind eher europäisch.

Struttura abbastanza carina, bella la piscina, la spiaggia a maggio non era praticabile per via delle onde.

In Camera odore di muffa. Il Servizio all inclusive non è all’altezza della spesa. Nei bar e nei ristoranti la scelta è minima. I frigobar vuoti, per l’acqua potabile è posizionata in camera un grande bottiglia sarà 5/10 lt. da cui si possono riempire delle bottigliette da mezzo litro , ma l’acqua risulta sgradevole al gusto ed olfatto. Nel ristorante messicano non avevano praticamente niente e ci hanno dirottato uomini in altro ristorante, nell’altro ci hanno detto che era tipo snack e non per la cena alla fine siamo ritornati nella struttura centrale dove abbiamo cenato, ma alle 21.00 a/c spenta e caldo insopportabile.

Such a beautiful resort! Really good value for money, staff were lovely, buffet had an incredible variety, rooms were spacious and the offer for all inclusive is a great idea if your looking at staying at the resort most days!

The hotel has a large, beautifully maintained territory - very green, clean, and pleasant to walk around. It really creates a relaxing atmosphere, and spending time on the property is enjoyable in itself. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of dishes: fish, meat, fruits, pasta, and many other options. The selection clearly exceeded expectations, and you could easily find something for every taste. It felt more like a full meal than a standard breakfast. There were also some nice touches, such as complimentary coffee, tea, and small snacks offered during the day, which added to the overall experience.

The on-site restaurant is quite expensive and does not really match the quality of the food, which felt overpriced. In the evenings, the hotel felt very quiet, and it seemed that most guests preferred to go elsewhere for dinner. Although the hotel is located directly on the beach, the beach itself was not particularly appealing - the water was not very clear, and the color was not as nice as expected, so very few people were actually swimming there. It seemed that most guests would have breakfast and then leave for better beaches during the day. Housekeeping was present but not very thorough - there was noticeable dust in the rooms. The rooms themselves could also benefit from some light renovation, although this did not significantly affect the overall stay. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, even though the price, in my opinion, was not particularly low for what was offered.

Everything!!! Room was amazing, breakfast was incredible, pool even better. The best resort! They had soft music even playing in the garden, feels like you’re walking through tranquility from the room to the pool. Very toddler friendly. Staff so friendly

The hotel is quite large and offers many activities to enjoy. Evening tea is available, along with cooking sessions that guests can join. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel and offers a beautiful view, especially in the evening. The pool is spacious, and there is also a pool bar available. There are several restaurants on-site, making it easy to enjoy a variety of food options. The morning buffet was excellent, with so many choices that it was difficult to try everything. The stay is definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly, and the receptionist, Thanh Hue, was especially kind and helpful in arranging an early check-in even without being asked. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed at in Phu Quoc.

We also loved the beautiful swimming pools and the private beach. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

Its location is on a quiet beach away from the busy town of Duong Dong but only a 10-15 minute inexpensive Grab ride away. The pool was large with plenty of sun beds which could do with cushions. Breakfast was very good catering to all tastes. Our pool access room was big, the terrace shaded & was a quiet place for afternoon drinks & a dip in the pool. Staff were friendly and engaging across departments. Afternoon Tea at Ginger was lovely.

Limitation of 2 towels per person for the sun beds which needed cushioning from the steel bars you have no choice but to sit on. Suggest padded cushions for sun beds. In room drinking water vessel needs regular checking as I was sick from drinking it. Resort were very quick to ensure they only delivered bottled water only upon request.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sol by Melia. The room, pool, and facilities were great, breakfast and restaurant were all great.
 We loved our very friendly interactions with staff and great service especially Mr Trent (exec chef), Theresa (restaurant manager), Karyl Montano and Ladylyn (Lobby area), and Bich Det (Kitchen / breakfast area) and all staff. Look forward to staying at Sol again.
