Gerade für ein Hostel war alles perfekt. Alle Angestellten sind super freundlich und Hilfsbereit z.B. Snow und Gavin aber auch alle anderen

The place was good location, the staff super helpful, specifically Snow and kang. The place was cleaned and comfortable, definitely I will recommend it.

Staff and location were geat

Staff were really friendly, even when we asked for keeping our luggage while we where gone for 2 days, they helped us. Also, location was perfect, close to the train, food, and markets. We would definitely be back, and stay in little charm, they many activities during the week, free beer from 6:30 till 7pm, live music, karaoke, etc. Good place to meet new people, culture, and enjoy your stay. Rooms to share but We got one with bathroom and it was so clean, and big enough. Facilities like pool and toilets were super clean.

Sehr sauberes Hostel, freundliches Personal und einige echt gute Kostenlose Aktivitäten. Wenn euch ein Mann von der Rezeption mit eine coolen Brille (Kang <3) anspricht ob ihr mit ihm einen Barabend machen wollt unbedingt ja sagen! War einer der besten Abende in Vietnam!

I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place to others in the future. The people working here are nice and respectful. I also want to thank Kang for giving us recommendations on what to do and even taking the time to show us around the city.

esta en el centro con lo que se puede ir caminando s todos lados. Las camas son muy comodas y la zona comun estaba muy bien.

El wifi no funcionaba demasiado bien, habia obras por lo que desde las 6-7 de la mañana habia ruido y la piscina es un poco sin mas. Pero es un muy buen sitio para dormir aunque no sea muy social.

Staff incredibly helpful to book things and give tips on where to go, lovely hostel very clean and well looked after, nice and quiet at all times never had any problems

Maybe a little too quiet, as a solo backpacker was hard to make any connections but the hostel wasn’t booked up as it’s low season so maybe that’s why

I did like very much the position of the hostell, it was quite, and the atmosphere was cozy. The stuff helpfull as well.

May be sometimes the bathroom not so clean.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. I asked help for airport pickup , and when my flight was moved and I arrived after midnight, they adjusted which gave me a secured and safe journey from airport to their hostel. The accommodation is close to good sightseeing places and restaurants. They also allow to store your luggage even after you checkout 🙂 this gives you more time to explore while wating for your afternoon or evening trip to another place in Vietnam.

Kang was very cool, warm and funny. He resolved every single issue I had at the moment. I am so grateful with The staff and specially with Kang Who makes you feel in a familiar and cozy place.

El personal es amable y respetuoso. Son eficientes y el ambiente que crean es hogareño y cómodo para todos.

Agradecería que la limpieza de los baños fuera más frecuente dado que su estado depende mucho del cuidado de los clientes.

Het ligt midden in Old Quarter, dus heel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden, het restaurant heeft een heerlijk menu en het is niet duur. De service is goed, het is heel comfortabel en het personeel is super aardig en staat echt voor je klaar.

Er waren geen waterdispensers, je moest water kopen aan de bar, gelukkig was dit niet heel duur, maar dispensers waren wel handig geweest.

Tutto lo staff era molto simpatico! Il posto è ben situato e la struttura è piuttosto pulita anche se i bagni potrebbero essere puliti un po' di più. Ma in generale direi che il soggiorno è andato benissimo.

Everything. The beds are clean, the food is cheap, the AC is cold and the staff are so friendly. I had great interactions with Snow and she was very helpful. There’s a pool and cafe in the hotel which serves generous portions and very tasty food.

The place was really good at a very good location. The food and coffee was great aswell. The comfort of the rooms and bed definitely exceeded my expectations. But the most amazing thing was the hospitality. All of the staff were really really friendly and helpful in all cases. Shout-out to Gavin, who helped me booked my activities and Kang, who helped me things to do around Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this place, and If I travel back to Hanoi, it would stay here as well.

Das beste ist das herzliche Personal. Ich bin das zweite Mal dort und es fühlt sich schon etwas nach zu Hause an. Zimmer sind gemütlich und ordentlich und das Hostel ist sehr ruhig.

Kleiner Abzug - Zimmer mit innenliegenden Bad haben eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Klamotten trocknen nicht so wirklich aber da kann das Hostel nicht wirklich was dafür.

スタッフの方が丁寧に接客、ご案内してくれました。 一緒に泊まった外国人の方も周りへの配慮がなされていて、部屋の中でも快適に過ごせました。

There was no free water refill. The atmosphere between guests is quite anonymous.

The staff was so goooooooodddddddd. They were prompt made arrangements super quickly and made sure the guests are comfortable throughout the stay. Very homely. The location is absolutely perfect to go around the city.

The receptionist snow was very friendly and helpful

The hostel is located in a good area close to everything. The staff were so nice, specially Snow who gave to me and my friends lots of tips to do in Hanoi. The room was clean all the time and bathrooms too. There's activities every day and free beer at night time too

Just one thing, there was no lift till 5th floor so it was a bit uncomfortable to bring my luggage, but other than that everything was good.

Beste hotel dat we ooit hebben gehad. Zeer ruime kamers, super luxe badkamer. Zwembad op het dak met uitzicht over de omgeving. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Lief en zeer behulpzaam personeel; Met name Anna was fantastisch en zeer behulpzaam.

De waterdruk en temperatuur van het water vielen af en toe weg.

O hostel é grande, tem bastantes quartos e banheiros limpos. Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos. Camas confortáveis.

Fui posto em um quarto todo mofado na primeira noite. O cheiro estava insuportável. Precisam fechar este quarto urgentemente e fazer uma limpeza geral. Pelo que li em outros reviews, não é a primeira vez que alguém reclama de mofo nesse hostel. Precisei mudar de quarto meia noite e o segundo quarto estava okay e sem cheiro. Notei que o serviço de quarto fez a cama dos outros hóspedes, mas não fez a minha nas 3 noites que fiquei lá. Além do mais, um objeto meu caiu atrás da cama e foi um sacrifício para conseguir pegar de volta. Quando levantei o colchão havia sujeita, objetos perdidos de outros hóspedes e pó que não acabava mais. O custo benefício não e o melhor: há muitos outros hostels na mesma faixa de preço no old town com café da manhã incluso (Wanderlust hostel & Travel e Global Backpackers são duas opções que eu fiquei e recomendo). Mudei deles para o Little Charm porque a área comum e maior e tem piscina, mas só tinha um ar condicionado na área comum que não dava conta do calor insuportável de 45C de Hanoi e todo mundo ficava aglomerado em frente a ele. A piscina fica num muquifo tão escondido que dá medo de entrar, parece que você será transportado a outra dimensão. Não vi ninguém usando ela.

Very good experience at Little Charm Hostel ! All the team is very friendly, and especially Snow ! Her coffee class is very easy for beginners and the result is delicious. She also helped me with the authorities when I’ve losed my passport in town.. Also enjoy the free beer and going in town listening live music band on weekends!

Central location in the Old Quarter, close to everything you want. Very friendly staff and good food.

一樓是餐廳不能帶外食回來吃，公共空間較少，遇到的櫃檯人員稍冷漠，門口是吸煙區且稍嫌髒亂

Emplacement idéal, chambres confortables, propreté, personnel très sympa (mention spéciale à Kang, toujours souriant et prêt à nous aider)

ベッドも水回りもとても綺麗で良い宿です。 対応してくれたSnowさんもお菓子をくれたり、とてもフレンドリーで良い方でした。

Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ, mát mẻ, nhân viên thân thiện, đặc biệt là anh Kang siu nice. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại

Sốp trang bị thêm quạt nhỏ ở mỗi giường sẽ oki hơn đó ạ. Vì phòng mình đã có c nửa đêm tắt đh vì lạnh, nhưng có c lại nóng. Có thêm quạt sẽ oki hơn

The location is just nearby to the lake and got a lot of stores, food shops and spas around.

The towel was covered with lints that will cling throughout your body when you use it. Tried to inform the reception about it. But all their towels are the same.

시설 맘에 쏙 들고 1층에 식당도 흡연석, 비흡연석 구분되어 있습니다. 근처에 로컬 맛집이 많아서 먹어보지 않았지만 곁눈으로 보니까 깔끔하고 먹을 만한 것 같구요 방도 에어컨 아주 빵빵하고 침구류도 매우 깨끗합니다. 2층 침대로 올라가는 것도 사다리가 아니라 계단이 있어서 올라가기 불편하지 않습니다. 또 수영장이 있어서 더운 낮 시간에 시원하게 물 속에 몸을 담그기조 좋네요. 엘리베이터가 없는게 단점이지만 처음에 캐리어 옮길때도 직원이 도와 주었습니다. 특히 victor라는 직원이 아주 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 주변에 맛집과 카페에 대해서 잘 알려주었고 항상 친절한 미소로 대해 주었습니다. 밤에는 외국에서 온 친구들과 바로 편하게 어울릴 수 있었습니다. 하노이 올드쿼터에 방문하는 모든 분들께 강추입니다.

No 엘리베이터 말고는 완벽했습니다.

Some blowers not working

Great and very convenient location. Beds are comfortable with bedside space, light, curtains. Big lockers and a towel is provided that you can change daily. Free draft beer every evening however it was not as social as I expected while I was there. Bathroom layout is convenient and they are clean.

There was what looked like white fungus spread inside my bedside cupboard- when I alerted staff they offered to upgrade me to a female dorm. I chose to move hostels instead and they kindly gave me a refund for the remaining of my stay. They do not offer water refill and they were not doing laundry for 2 days while I was there.

2時ぐらいにベトナムの田舎からハノイに到着後、6時間ぐらい時間があり、一時的な休憩（昼寝）で利用させていただきました。環境も立地も素晴らしく、大変おすすめです。 ゆったりくつろげる共用部分がこの宿の一番の特徴だと思います。

シャワーを浴びる際、衣服を置くスペースがない。衣服を掛けるフックはあるが、シャワーが近いので濡れる。

Super freundliches Personal, gemütliche Zimmer und Betten, perfekte Lage. Ich habe bei einer free walking Tour vom Hostel aus mitgemacht, die von einem vietnamesischen Studenten geführt wurde, damit er sein Englisch verbessern kann - das fand ich super!!

The staff here are amazing - special mention for Kang on reception and Gavin in the travel desk. The hostel is more like a hotel. Each dorm has their own facilities. It’s clean. The location is amazing. I returned for a second time and lots of people do.

The cleaners come in the room before 9 and clean when we are all trying to sleep. Would make sense for them to clean the communal areas first and the rooms after 10 when guests are up. On the other hand the place is super clean so they do a great job.
