Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.
Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.
All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Location was perfect within a short train ride to Marina Bay Sands and Orchard shopping district and walking distance to other attractions. Having a choice of 2 restaurants for buffet breakfasts is quite rare and a treat.
There was no bidet spray for the toilet. The pillows were too soft. We could probably request a change but didn't know. Check-in was a little confusing as we had L65 access and didn't know how to get up there for check-in. There was no hot chocolate in the lounge and the juices would often run out and not be refilled.

Buffet breakfast with a choice of 2 restaurants plus a quieter lounge option was something we looked forward to every morning before planning our day ahead. Staff accommodated our request to have our 3 rooms close together. In fact, we were all next to each other, with one connecting room.
Was not told about renovations being done to some facilities in the spa until we got there. However, we were still able to enjoy whatever was available.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great location for exploring the Civic District and Downtown! It was the third hotel of our Singapore trip and definitely the busiest. Being so large, you blend into the crowd and get less personal attention than at other hotels. Coming from other 5-star hotels, we were surprised the Swissôtel didn't match that same high level of service. The room was good, though showing some wear and tear. The view was nice despite the haze, but clear skies would have made it incredible.
It would definitely be nice to have a warmer pool.

Nos permitieron hacer un late check out sin coste adicional. Personal agradable y profesional. Relación calidad precio buena. Acceso directo a centro comercial.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy flojo. Deberían dejar agua a diario en la habitación. No me parece razonable el tiempo que se deja bloqueado el depósito del día del check in (7-14 días laborables).

Required several staff to give a computer lesson to travellers would have preferred. They checked us in was not a warm welcome. I’m not sure how it intersect with the aspirational mission statement of the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The property is located very close to Marina Bay and other major attractions. The MRT is just below the hotel which makes it even more convenient to access the public transport. The staff is super friendly and helpful and kept our room so clean and tidy for all of the days we stayed there. Excellent customer service!!

Great location with easy access to the public transport system and nearby shopping and food. Food on the ground floor has coffee and delicious pastries.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an der U-Bahn, top Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Mehrpreis für ein Zimmer mit Aussicht in den oberen Etagen und mit Zugang zur Skylounge lohnt sich. Der Ausblick auf die Marina Bay einzigartig. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier übernachten.
Der Poolbereich ist höchstens Mittelklasse, benötigt man aber auch nicht unbedingt.

There is no available medical clinic in time of emergency. My husband had hypertension and was about to borrow sphygmomanometer so we can check his blood pressure but there was none. Ihave to buy one from watson since we are both doctors and can handle his problem. This is a big hotel so i thought there should be a doctor or nurse on duty. One thing more, i would appreciate it more if there is a bidet

Personnel désagréable. L hotel fait usine. Aucun charme Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles et nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de découvrir deux lits de 120cm....

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotel iconico, con una vista strepitosa su Singapore. Servizi di ottimo livello. Consigliato, se possibile, includere l'accesso alla lounge del 65° piano: utilissima, anche con bambini.
Tutto benissimo. Forse le piscine non sono nulla di particolare, ma non è importante.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Posizione perfetta sopra fermata della metro e centro commerciale. Colazione super abbondante e varia, idem l'aperitivo al 65°piano. Letti comodi e camera full optional con caffè in capsula e luci di cortesia che si accendono la notte quando scendi dal letto. Deposito bagagli gratuiti prima di avere la stanza e dopo il check out. Raggiungibile con metro da aeroporto. Phon e ferro da stiro con asse in camera.
Acqua piscina un pò fredda e poche sdraio per il numero di ospiti.
