Super hospitality displayed by the staff. Very courteous and efficient. Made our stay very comfortable. The staff were kind to upgrade us to the Premier Room.

They could introduce a jet washer in the toilet for the WC. Apart from that nothing really...the only fact that I couldn't stay longer.

The room and staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel location is very convenient. I will stay here again next time! Highly recommended!

L’équipement commence à être vétuste, avec un peu d’odeur dans la chambre, qui était très classique. Les interactions avec le personnel étaient assez froides. On s’attendait à un plus haut niveau de service.

Great hotel with everything a couple needs for comfort whilst exploring Singapore. Upgraded from deluxe to executive suite for free which was lovely. Large bed size greatly appreciated, amenities clean and polished. Food options internal otherwise close to great and varied restaurant and fast food options. Between 2-3 shopping malls. Convenient location to Gardens by the Bay (10min taxi, near to City Hall MRT options also) Very helpful staff. The gym facilities are the best I have experienced at any hotel, everything a regular gym user could need and appreciate. The gym is spacious, good aircon, had a great amount of gear (both inside and outside standard strength building and functional training gear catering for novice to athletes). Mark the trainer, manager and designer of the gym is on hand to support anyones needs. He was very happy to give a tour and offer support if needed. A great sauna available for both male and female (separate) use. Would recommend staying for affordable comfort, and those who appreciate health/training support whilst away from home.

Very good location, helpful and friendly staff, room is clean and spacy. Location is excellent, close to singapore central area. A big shopping cneter is within walking distance. The bed is comfortable to sleep not too soft and not too firm.

The view of our room is not too good, do not have a mini bar and the fridge in the room is small and faulty. This part is not good for the moeny i paid.

The location is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, this is definitely more of a four-star hotel than a five-star property. The rooms are quite outdated, and there was an unusual smell in the room. Other than that, it was fairly clean. Overall, it didn’t feel like a five-star experience and was more in line with what I would expect from a four-star hotel. That said, it works well for business trips.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good location. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Really appreciated the possibility to use toilets and showers even after check-out.

The hotel itself is huge and a bit soulless. Didn't receive much information from staff upon check-in. Minor thing but I would have appreciated the possibility to refill your water bottle, which is common in many other hotels in Singapore.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut an die Öffis angebunden. Es wird sehr häufig von internationalen Flugcrews als Hotel genutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen, sowohl europäisch als auch asiatisch. Alleinig die Kaffeequalität könnte besser sein.

The hot water on the 17th floor was slow to come and then difficult to regulate once it had arrived. Showers have been tricky Air on was super strong and even after turned off at night the room was glacial The noise insulation of the room (1763) was very poor. I could hear the conversations on the rooms on each side of me, and could clearly hear the lifts.

Personale var utrolig hyggelige! Helt fra ankomst ble vi behandlet som konger. Bassenget er også 10/10, ordentlig dypt. Beliggenheten gjør at du kan gå til de fleste steder du ønsker å se.

Location is excellent. Breakfast excellent - all preferences catered for. Only missed my tea. Relaxed in bar in evening - quiet but pleasant. Spent some time by the pool - clean and relaxing.

All in all was very pleasant. A bit expensive for personal travel but very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is a bit worn down, but the location is really central.

La tour dans laquelle on logeait était en travaux mais personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée, nous l’avons découvert le lendemain matin par nous même. Quand nous sommes partis faire la remarque ils nous ont répondu que les travaux étaient de 8h à 20h comme si c’était tout à fait normal d’avoir le bruit des machines au dessus de notre tête. Puis nous on proposait de nous rétrograder dans une moins bonne chambre. Tout les jours les bruits nous réveillait et ça leur importait peu.

The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated some vegan options available at breakfast. What really made a difference to my stay, however, was the fact that the hotel kindly stored my luggage and allowed me to have a shower later in the day before my flight. My flight was at midnight, so this made a huge difference and felt like a real treat and extra comfort at the end of my trip. The hotel has a dedicated changing and shower area, which was very convenient and much appreciated. This thoughtful gesture really made my journey home much more comfortable.

위치는 오차드로드/마리나베이 걸어다닐수 있는 위치라서 시간이 있다면 충분히 걸어다니면서 구석 구석 볼수 있는 도시 중심이어서 너무 좋았습니다. 자전거를 가지고 호텔에 방문을 했는데 직원분들 모드 별다른 제지 없이 환영해 주었고 객실이 다른 호텔보다는 커서 편리 했습니다.

Fantastic location close to many attractions (Raffles, Chijmes, good food hall, Fort Canning etc) and an easy walk to the harbour front. The room was very nice and very clean with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The pool was lovely - a great way to cool off in the Singapore humidity.

Check-in took a ridiculously long time - there were big queues and each check-in seemed to take overly long, the system did not seem at all efficient, so it took almost 45 minutes from joining the queue to getting to our room. After a lengthy international flight that's really unacceptable. The other thing was that the air conditioning was so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Perfect location-close to the MRT and shopping malls. If you enjoy walking, it’s also a pleasant walk to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Very convenient for exploring the city, especially for first-time visitors!
