車ではないとややアクセスしにくい。 マリーナベイサンズの前が工事中で、高いクレーンが少し邪魔だった。

The forest and greenery is a good vibe

The lobby and shared facilities are okay but the rooms are very very poor. Amongst other issues, the linen was not clean (the towels smell strongly of cigarettes) which is a very key requirements to a happy stay.

Great place to stay. Great modern hotel, great facilities. Super staff.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – wirklich top. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die grandiose Aussicht auf die Marina Bay, die sowohl tagsüber als auch am Abend beeindruckend ist. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich rundum willkommen fühlt. Auch das sehr reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen und sorgt für einen perfekten Start in den Tag. Der grosszügige Poolbereich bietet nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Singapur eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, sich abzukühlen, zu entspannen und die besondere Atmosphäre zu geniessen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir in bester Erinnerung behalten werden.

The room attendants were very thoughtful in their service and in the notes they left, and their genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent service was truly appreciated. The tropical-style décor also created a wonderful resort-like atmosphere.

Breakfast was quite crowded on Sunday. Some dishes were not replenished after they ran out, and there were several occasions when drinks were delivered to the wrong table. In addition, while we were getting our food, our table was cleared and reassigned to other guests, which was a little inconvenient. We were a little concerned about whether the birds in the breakfast restaurant were receiving proper care. One morning, we noticed that one of the birds appeared quite distressed and was behaving unusually.

Since it is already extremely hot in Singapore, the hotel could be kept at a cooler temperature inside

The room and the facilities were great overall, with prime location in the vicinity of two shopping centres, Marina Square and Suntec City. The breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was also nice and the staff were friendly.

The bathroom was slighly run down and the room had bit of hair on the floor, but it was quite clean in general.

Everything - staff, location, facilities and value for money were all excellent - would definitely stay there again

Hotel is prachtig en kamer ook. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

We hebben meermaals verzocht om eerder in te checken. Bij aankomst werd ons de optie geboden om een suite te boeken voor de volledig aantal dagen en dan konden we eerder in checken. We konden pas om 3 uur (dus normale tijd) in checken. Dit zou bij zo een groot hotel niet hoeven.

Booking ten yapmış olduğum oda 6. Katlara aitmiş ben bunu sonuçta bilemem 6. Kat mi 10. Katmi diye Bende daha yüksek kat istedim 12. Kat verdiler odaları fakat 8 gece için 500 usd fark ödedim, bu etik değil , birde ailem ile seyahat ediyorum sonuçta 2 yan yana oda varmış bağlantılı oda ama bize önermedi bi odayı 12. Kat bi odayı 16. Kattan veriyorlar, sonrasında biz kendimiz gördükten sonra 12. Katta ki odayı bağlantılı odaya çevirin dedikten sonra yaptılar. Halbuki benim ailem ile seyahat ettiğimi biliyorlar ,giriş yaparken görüyorlar onların bunu sunması gerekiyor.

التكلفة عالية جدا وجود تأمين الزامي تصميم الحمام اعزكم الله مختلف تماما عن أناقة الجناح الاستقبال بطئ جدا في الاستجابة على المكالمات عدم وجود مقاعد كافية في اللوبي مما يضطرك للوقوف دائما

The f1 is being done so walking was a little tricky until we sussed out walk ways.

لكن التشيك ان اخذ وقت لان ٢ بس الي يشتغلون والناس واجد الفطور حلال ولكن للعرب محدودة، وريحه الاكل حقهم كانت مزعجة. برصو في اصوات عمال صبانه مزعجه. و أكثر شيء ما يعجبني هو ماعندهم قوارير موبه في الغرفة، حاطين صنبور مياه مفلترة في الحمام..👎😃

Lovely hotel in good location

Loved the collection club and the staff there were attentive. View of the Marina from the room was good. Pool was good and not too crowded.

There were noisy people above partying all night (although not the fault of the hotel). The concierge downstairs sent us to the wrong floor for collection club check in. A few more tips on directions to get around would have been great, especially with all the construction nearby.
