Schönes, geräumiges uns sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war unser Highlight. Perfekt für eine Abkühlung mit Top Aussicht auf die Skyline. Ab 17:00 konnte man an der Poolbar etwas trinken.

Best place was the fantastic view from the rooftop bar - but unfortunately there wasn’t any staff present and at 20:00 they wanted room service costs for 2 drinks at the bar - why not have a bar person?????

Great location, small but comfortable room, nice and quiet at night, lovely comfortable bed.

Every time I showered the water flowed under the door and into the room, soaking the bathmat and anything else in the area. Also the tap in the sink looked stylish but splattered everywhere every time it was turned on. I tried using it from lots of different angles but nothing kept the water in the basin. A very wet affair - definitely style over function!

Great room with a lot of space and cleaness. Also the view was nice. Probably a upper floor would have been even better. The pool are on the roof was woow (and nobody except me :-)

Das Hotel fällt in der Region aus dem Muster - Es ist deutlich kleiner als anderen und entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und der Pool und der Blick sind perfekt! Nachmittags gibt es oben am Pool eine Happy Hour mit kostenfreien Getränken die gut angenommen worden ist.

Nachlässig ist das Hotel leider in den Details und dort definitiv nicht 5-Sterne Niveau wie bei booking noch angegeben. Das Frühstück ist ok und den Preis nicht wert, da die Auswahl überschaubar ist. Die Klimaanlage in den Räumen war leider sehr laut, auch auf kleinster Stufe haben einen störende Geräusche die ganze Nacht begleitet. Zu guter letzt haben wir auf der Dachterrasse essen bestellt, während das Essen sogar ziemlich gut war, kam jedes Gericht einzeln in Papier und Plastik Boxen und Besteck. Das war weder unserer Erwartung entsprechend, noch dem Preis und absolut nicht dem gewünschten 5-Sterne Niveau des Hotels.

Super hotels très bien placés, vous pouvez visiter la ville à pied. 10 min de marche pour rejoindre les différents quartiers touristiques. La piscine sur le toit est superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur le quartier des affaires. Nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Singapour.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo staff è stato cordiale, disponibile e sempre gentile. La struttura è bella, curata e molto pulita. Bellissima anche la nostra camera, una Habitat King, spaziosa e confortevole. Bella anche la piscina. La posizione è molto comoda e centrale, ideale per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri!

Location was great and hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful and we loved the pool.

Probably just the unusual bathroom lay out with the hand washing vanity etc in the middle of the bedroom/living area so no actual bathroom just a separate shower and toilet.

Unfortunately the swimming pool & rooftop were closed but they offered to go to another partner hotel. Maybe a push could be done on the breakfast to have more choices.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Empfang und auch der Service ist sehr herzlich. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit Trinkwasserhahn und auch sehr sauber.

Ein schönes Hotel mit tollem rooftop Pool. Fast alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, metro Stationen sind in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Unser Zimmer (Habitat) hat genau den Bildern entsprochen.

Es gab leider kein WiFi beim Pool, das wäre noch nett gewesen und auch hilfreich zum Bestellen von Getränken/Snacks

Prime location and warm & accommodating staff. The hotel allowed us to check out late without any charge.

Sehr gute Lage nahe Little India und Arab Street, direkt neben Raffles Hotel. Schöner Rooftoppool mit toller Aussicht.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein und nicht immer aufgefüllt.Zimmer relativ klein. Bar am Pool teils nicht besetzt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us check-in a bit earlier and we paid for a late check-out, which were bith helpful around flights. Our room was upgraded which was a bonus. Comfortable bed.

Fantastic central location in Singapore. Walking distance to many tourist spots and public transport. Close to hop on hop off bus stop. Lovely restaurants in the same street and shopping centre nearby. The staff were fantastic and always extremely helpful.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekt zentraler Lage - gleich gegenüber des Raffles Hotels. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einem fantastischen Willkommenstee begrüßt. Das Infinity-Pool am Dach ist sehr einladend, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Design der Zimmer ist sehenswert.

Es gab eigentlich nichts das uns nicht gefallen hat, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, ruhige aber zentrale Lage, angenehme Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht der Zimmer ist auf einer Seite etwas schöner als auf der anderen.

A great stay. From the moment I walked into the door, the team were super helpful. Room was clean, super stylish and I loved the Boutique vibe of the whole place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Blush room is right at the front of the hotel above the lobby, but I would still stay in it again.

We arrived in Singapore 4:30am, WAAAYYYY before our check-in. The night clerk was extremely accommodating. They were full so we couldn't get our rooms early, but he stored our luggage and opened up the rooftop pool area for us early so we could go for a swim and nap in the lounge chairs (he even gave us a choice of music!). The pool area has beautiful views of the city btw. The morning staff (Katie and Syukran) were equally accommodating and tried their best to get us in to rooms as early as possible. I highly recommed staying at Naumi!

We chose this hotel for a reason, through the many positive reviews from others online! When we arrived, we initially wanted to pay for a room upgrade for our anniversary. But lovely enough, Katie has given us an upgrade for it so we could better enjoy our anniversary stay here in Singapore. Wishing everything good for Naumi SG!

It was a very clean hotel, drinkable water from the faucet was a big plus!

The gym wasn't really a gym but a 3x3 meters room and a couple dumbbells. Not enough to get started.

Staff excellent all departments reception especially but pool lady , cleaning staff, restaurant, all helpful and friendly! Wifi great. The pool and pool area that whole arrangement on the roof is so relaxing and reviving. i could have stayed up there the whole trip.

I thought the room a bit unusual , layout wise with regard to washing abolution shower etc . ..but not insurmountable, i like to shave in the bathroom , for example :-) No issue with hotel wifi, all good , but don't get caught walking round in blistering heat with no data/satnav- walking extra blocks is an absolute no no !

The hotel is a small boutique one in the middle of Singapore. Great value for money and we got upgraded to the suite so it was fantastic. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I especially loved the pleasant fragrance in the lobby, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially considering it's a 5-star hotel: - The chili sauce was unavailable for two consecutive days. - The tea supplies were not replenished for one day. - Nail clippers were unavailable upon request, and no shaving razor was provided in the room. - There was no option to watch the World Cup on the in-room TV.

**Naumi Hotel Singapore** Our stay at Naumi Hotel Singapore was absolutely spectacular, and I cannot recommend this boutique property highly enough. First off, the **location is unbeatable**—central, highly walkable, and surrounded by great spots. The **room itself was very nice**, stylishly designed, and featured an integrated filtered water tap. It is such a thoughtful, eco-friendly touch that made staying hydrated in the Singapore heat effortless. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the hospitality. The **staff were absolute standouts** across the board. They were incredibly wonderful and attentive with my family, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out must go to the **gentleman working at breakfast**—his warmth and stellar service made our mornings. Speaking of breakfast, do not miss the food; the **masala eggs and authentic chai** were absolutely wonderful and easily a daily highlight. If you are looking for a hotel in Singapore that pairs chic, modern design with deeply personal, heartwarming service, this is it. We **strongly recommend** it!

This hotel lobby was renovated last year but i dont like it. With the price rooms should be renovated,also tv and internet..if you stay beside other building it will be noisy.This hotel is a member of SLH..but it's getting worse..how can?

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom, filtered tap for drinking water, blackout blinds and a huge bed. The whole hotel was very clean and spotless. Probably more of a 4 star than a 5 star hotel but overall we had a really great stay.

We stayed 3 nights at tbe Naumi . Great location Great comfortable room nice snd cool . Walkable to alot of attractions . We arrived super early and Syukran and Katie were at the desk and graciously let us check in early ! It was so appreciated cause we were traveling over 21 hrs and were exhausted . We had a lot if laughs when they gave us a cool drink snd towel which i thought it was a snack. Lol. Definitely recc this hotel for location and wonderful staff

The room I was assigned upon arrival was nice; however, there was construction taking place in the building directly opposite, which meant I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, making it difficult to enjoy natural light while working. There was also some noise, and as I had just arrived with jet lag, it made it harder to get the rest I needed. As I was facing a busy week ahead and staying for an extended period, I asked the following day if it would be possible to change rooms. Ygesh was incredibly kind and helpful, and she arranged for me to move to another room. It was brighter, quieter, and absolutely beautiful. She was genuinely warm and thoughtful throughout. I would also like to give special thanks to Kavetha, who welcomed me at check-in, and to Elton, who was extremely professional and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Singapore. One small constructive comment would be about the breakfast. While the quality was very good, I would have appreciated a little more variety.

We arrived early after a long flight and Syuktan was so helpful, told us where to freshen up, where we can watch the football and managed to get us in early to our room, made us feel welcome instantly

It was lovely, nice views, comfy bed, lovely room, great amenities, felt more like a 4 star than a 5 but loved it nonetheless. Can walk across the whole city centre from here, also very close to major attractions. Coffee/tea etc provided.

Ironically, our best night’s sleep happened in a layover in Singapore. We were notified of our 1-day flight delay at 3:00 AM the morning we were leaving Bali. The airlines (United) was zero helpful. A friend, familiar with Singapore told me to book a room at Raffles. But we are Crazy Poor Asians, so we could not afford it. So I searched for the next best thing - a boutique hotel next door to the posh palace, allowing us to experience the pomp while paying for proximity. Our experience went beyond expectations. The Naumi reviews were positive, with one reviewer noting the wonderful smell at the hotel (agree), but another noting the hard bed and uncomfortable sleep (disagree). I was traveling with my two teenage girls and we all shared a king sized bed. We all slept SOooooooo well. For me, the bed was perfect. Mattress firm, not super hard. The pillows, sheets, and duvet were the kind of Egyptian 1,000 count cotton feel I want to mimic at home. Needless to say, we slept wonderfully well, sad to have to leave early for our flight. But there was more. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful upon calling in a panic from Bali, helpful at arrival and departure. When we arrived we were told there were complimentary drinks for happy hour on the rooftop bar. The views from the bar were wonderful, especially at sunset. Food and drinks could be ordered from the restaurant below. The water pressure was AMAZING and they had filtered drinking water from the tap. A nice touch. Also the mini fridge had three simple drinks which were also complimentary (first drinks only). The venue was walking distance to everything (including that coveted Raffles experience, which we met by going to the Writer’s Bar - a wonderful experience with amazing staff and drinks… just WOW). We went in search of Sushi that ended up at an indoor mall open late. A perfect evening of light discovery and wonderful foods for the 4 block radius we had time for. But back to the room and sleep. Just wonderful. Modern with touches like a Nespresso machine and a “magic mirror” light switch we had no idea was for. The artwork on the walls in the lobby and on our floor and descriptions were likely visiting every floor to see. Modern, artsy touches we appreciated. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!!
