The primary advantage of this location is how tall the building is and the views from high floors.

My floor and room reeked of marijuana my entire stay. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I was not able to enjoy staying in my room because of how bad the odor was. On my last night there, I was woken at 3:09am by the intense gagging smell of weed coming into my room through the ventilation. I had to [try to] sleep the rest of the night with a towel over my face. It was awful. The women at the check-in counter were unfriendly and rude. The immediate surrounding area reeks of urine and is full of homeless people and beggars. I regretted choosing this place the moment I was checking in with the unfriendly and uncaring front desk people. Also, the prices in their restaurants are astronomical and ridiculous. $13 for a side of creamed corn? Seriously?

My room was nice, clean, and very comfortable.The location was within walking distance to everything this was a major gas saver.

Only one thing I didn't like; please offer spring water but I was very appreciative for the purified water it's the thought that counts. Thank you

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure you had all the information you needed about the hotel and that you knew how to get where you were going.

camera con vista molto bella

in generale è un livello decisamente inferiore rispetto agli altri hotel westin dove ho alloggiato. Camera con arredi vecchiotti, personale scortese e poco preparato a colazione e anche al check in. parcheggio a 65$ a notte quando a pochi metri se ne trovano decisamente più economici. Aggiungo che all'ultimo piano sono presenti bar e ristorante che non danno nessun vantaggio agli ospiti della struttura e che, senza comunicazione, nei giorni in cui eravamo presenti erano anche chiusi

Great view of the city from the 48th floor. Very clean room, and comfy bed with fresh/clean/crisp linens. I was there for a concert at State Farm arena, and felt comfortable walking to and from the concert on my own!

Based on a prior long wait time experience here, I decided not to use their valet parking. I utilized the parking garage across the street (218 Peachtree Street) which was actually cheaper than valet for my one night stay. And, you won't have to wait in the long line for your car when you're ready to head out.

The hours of operation for the Sundial bar are terrible. It should be open way before 5:30 PM and definitely stay open until at least 1:00 AM so you can get a drink after the concert. A pretty big waste of a great resource.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, it was the best I have ever had at any hotel I've been. My daughter's and I enjoyed ever day that we were there.

Everything was Awasom, rooms, everyone was so friendly all staff the waitress st the Cafe was outstanding in believe her name was Ms. Twanna she remind me of my favorite Aunt just kind and getting us what ever we ask for sweet personality ❤️.

The property is beautiful and the view was nice

For one I was charged for room service I did not order. I talked with management and was told I would hear from them by the end of the business day. This was after they charged me another incidental fee without my consent. I have still not hear from them. I feel very deceived and taken advantage of by the management and staff. And this was after they allowed someone else to check in under my reservation.

The room was a double bed . We booked a king then our card was messed up and the first agent made us look for another card we went back to the car and came back went to another agent and she let us do the card manually what the first agent could have done . Smh

The elevators were terrible and why is there a need to hold 200 for a room that we prepaid for !!!

The staff was helpful and made the check-in process a delight.

The room and cleanliness was not up to par. I've stayed here before and expected to have the same experience. This was not the case. It appeared the guests before us has a party bc there were sticky things and tape all over the walls and ceiling. There were broken items in the room and it wasn't as clean as we expected.

The view was amazing. The staff was very accommodating with our needs. The location was in perfect walking distance to everything.

The bartender needs a refresher on her responsibility to verify age in ways that are common to most businesses serving the public. It makes no sense to send a 45 year old with a gray beard back to his room to retrieve an ID nor is it against the law to consume an alcoholic beverage with an expired ID.
