Bed was comfy

Drug dealers outside harassing you right at the entrance. Security don’t move them. All members of staff I met were miserable and rude to me. Lady at check in laughing at customers for asking ‘stupid questions’ They take a $100 hold fee on your card and not provide proper paperwork for this. I’ve never stayed at any hotel that makes you do this. I will not return

The pool and decor

The front desk, Ms Rodriguez to be exact. And the restaurant, Chris was very nice.

$60 valet parking, and no microwave in the room.

Location to airport.

Staff was not very friendly. Room was never cleaned despite asking for it. Bathroom had a strong odor of sewage. Front desk did not verify Doordash orders and one was stolen by another guest, or staff.

Location was decent

Getting charged in the middle of the night for something that was never mentioned. Getting put into a double room when I paid for a King, and after paying for early check in, i was given a key to a room that was already occupied

Reserved a king room. Did not get one. Bathroom door was broken. Did not get free breakfast or even told about breakfast.

The room was a good size, clean, and had every facility I needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness was top-tier, and we were able to walk to try new food places.

Room location no skyline

The lobby was clean. The woman who originally checked me in was kind. The pool looked nice.

First, the AC didn't work. It was so hot that I had to get a Lyft home. When I complained, I got the equivalent of a shrug, and they would have charged me an extra $150 to check out early. The room smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and the bed (with lumpy pillows) was terrible anyway, so I guess it was fine to have gone home. Additionally, the light in the entryway of the room blinked on and off like a haunted house light. The place was full of disdainful students. 2/3 of the elevators were out of service. Insultingly, the hotel hit me with a deposit and a "resort fee.". So my reasonably priced room became an expensive room that was, ultimately, pointless. I could have saved my money and just taken a Lyft into my meeting. I brought my swimsuit, but there were people playing water polo in the pool??? Is this part of the student thing?

Excelente servicio, muy barato rentar cuarto por la aplicación de booking , si recomiendo que lo hagan por pagar en el alojamiento para no tener problemas de cancelación

Loved my spacious room and the pool, didn't love that the rest of the weekends reservation with some friends was CANCELLED less than two weeks before Dragon Con

You shouldn't EVER cancel reservations made a year in advance but we but a bullet because the hotel was having AC issues, elevator issues, and the water in the hotel was close to swamp level

This hotel was an unexpected treat. This was my first time in Atlanta. I wanted an affordable hotel in downtown Atlanta. I chose a gem. The Courtland Grand Hotel was a wonderful place to experience. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The breakfast servers were amazing. The pool area was beautiful. The restaurant/bar served the most delicious meals. The bartender/waiter was so kind and attentive to all of his customers. I couldn’t wait until my next meal. I traveled alone yet I felt safe because the security team was on the ball. They were welcoming and made me feel safe. This hotel made my first stay in Atlanta a wonderful experience! I will most definitely stay there again when I have the chance to visit this amazing city in the future.

The location was close to activities downtown.

I accidentally left a pillow in the room, I contacted through messaging and speaking with someone on the phone and received no information back on whether my property was found. I would still like a callback for that. I was in room 1017. My phone number is 229-221-4739.

Room was huge and very comfortable. The have cold water at reception at all times, which is appreciated for this heat. Online check in and check out was very convenient.

They didn't clean our room the first night, and when asked about it, they said they don't clean everyday, which is crazy to me because then why am I paying for if not a clean room every day? If I wanted my bed undone, I would've just booked an Airbnb... the nerve. And then they also tried to imply that we might have had our Do not disturb sign up, which was not true. The location is good but there's a safe house a block away so it felt a bit iffy when arriving.

Some of the rooms need updating. The wood is warped deteriorating. Also attendant not changing the soap in shower.

Buena ubicación . El personal amable . ( un señor que trabaja en el hotel me ayudó con mis maletas ) los que te parquean los carros muy amables también .

Olía a humedad las habitaciones antiguas , sonó la alarma en la madrugada y tuve que salir con mis hijos corriendo no sabía que pasaba …no pude usar la piscina un olor demasiado fuerte a cloro … el olor a cloro se sentía desde la recepción del hotel .

Hotel not in the greatest part of town, parking choices Valet $60 a night NOT A STAY OUCH!! or public garage across street didnt look that safe! Vending machines only thing available after hours on even floors only. All products sold out! Advice spring for a better hotel!

Parking outrageously priced $60 night. No after hours food purchase options - would have been nice to have a snack area for purchase available.

Tentei contato de diversas formas, para avisar que eu iria atrasar, não responderam, nem mensagem do aplicativo.. Me colocaram em um quarto que precisei de ajuda para subir com as malas a escada que fica ao lado da recepção. Em um lugar no fundo e bem longe da entrada e sem contar que tinha baratas. Sem contar que cobraram uma taxa ($25 por dia) que não estava inclusa quando reservei por aqui só descobri na saída.

I was severely overcharged by this property. I do not suggest booking thru here or anywhere else.

Property wouldn’t take my debit card as a form for f payment which wasn’t disclosed that they didn’t take those type of cards. I was traveling from out of town and for hours didn’t have any where to rest and was to far away from home to turn around.
