It doesn't quite live up to the 5-star experience it positions itself as. The staff were lovely, but it's clear there's room for better training, particularly in the downstairs restaurant area. There were plenty of staff on hand, yet surprisingly little seemed to be happening. Service was slow, and food cold or undercooked. It just didn't quite add up. The rice in breakfast buffet was cold and very undercooked. The coffee machine didnt work properly. There were no spoons...

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Anreise mit dem Pkw inkl. Parken vor Ort war problemlos. Guter Parkservice. Anschließend wurden wir von Khadija sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet.
Der Service an der Lobbybar hat sehr lange gedauert. Zudem ist die Qualität des Frühstücks ausbaufähig.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center und war zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett ausgesprochen bequem. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Die Lage fand ich gut: Sowohl die Medina als auch der Bahnhof Casa Port sind in relativ kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Andere Bereiche des Hotels, wie etwa die Rooftop-Bar, habe ich nicht genutzt und kann sie daher nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Casablanca empfehlen.

Macchine caffe sempre fuori uso alla colazione. Piscina con annesso bar piena di mozziconi di sigarette sui tavolini (quindi non utilizzata). Trovato salvietta in bagno tutta macchiata.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Hotel with great Radisson standard. The rooms are very large and the service is great, especially at breakfast. Special highlight to the waiter Chouaib. The location is not so good if you want to stay near the sea or the Mosque, but we had no problems regarding the location of the hotel. Breakfast is hearty and excellent. There is a restaurant on Rooftop, but I found the prices a little salty compared to the rest of Casablanca. Overall, it is an excellent hosting option.

La propreté n’est pas de rigueur, les tapis sont très sales, on a trouvé des cheveux dans notre chambre. Il faut aussi noter qu’il est précisé que le petit déjeuner est indiqué qu’il se termine à 10h30, à 9h55 nous sommes descendus et le buffet était vide lorsque que j’ai demandé aux personnels ils m’ont répondu qu’ils ne réservaient pas, on a du négocier longtemps avant de recevoir deux trois choses de quoi manger à notre table, nous avions vraiment l’impression de mendier alors que nous avions payé c’est inadmissible

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The hotel is above the all expectations, beginning from the reception where I was warmly welcomed as a Radisson VIP member and been provided with the best city view junior suit. The facility is new and perfectly cleaned, 24/7 gym equipped with all necessary is offering more then has been expected. Everything: hotel staff, interiors, security! Rich buffet breakfast with a lot of local delights, fresh salmon and made-to order menu was perfect. The restaurant staff is super friendly and Karim is the best waiter ever. Highly recommended!

The excellent selection at breakfast is world class and the Saad and Karim are THE BEST at hospitality and making sure that you enjoy your breakfast immensely. Tarik at the Front Door makes sure that you are safe and secure with luggage in your suite all intact. The Front Desk Reception is professional with Ms. Fatima and Miss Ouami excellently gets you checked in, registered and on your way to a beautiful stay!
