Courtyard Culver City Los Angeles

Everything was great

Habitaciones limpias, hotel bonito, buen desayuno

The rooms were good and the staff

The toilets. They seem to be hard flushed and very loud.

Staff were super helpful and understanding of my unfortunate situation that occurred last minute

I wish there was a microwave, especially for the price of the place, but it was okay!

Incredibly clean! And the staff goes above and beyond to make sure all is going well. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. This is my second stay at the location and I will definitely stay again.

Hotel room

Wszystko super! Smaczne i bogate śniadanie! Wygodne duże łóżko i przemiły personel!

Głośna klimatyzacja

The air conditioner is really noisy, the shower head is uncomfortable, the room is small, we asked for an upgrade because we have small children and the request was not granted except at a price of money.

Loved the property. Have stayed here previously

Nothing

Zelo prijazno osebje na recepciji in v restavraciji hotela.

Power outtage killed the WiFi, which is not the hotels fault, but even though the power was back on very early in the morning, the WiFi wasn’t back on and I missed a meeting without it.

No WiFi

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located very close to a shopping center, a big plus specially for finding alternative dining options. Food was great at the hotel, breakfast buffet very good.

At first glance the property seems dated. Not much more to say.

Room…parking…location

Breakfast told complimentary in promotion (actually too pricey)…room rate inconsistent nightly (via booking.com/ 3rd party)…no complimentary ‘streaming’ channels

Desayuno muy básico

Convenient parking and location to everything. Clean location and rooms were comfortable. Friendly staff helped but had some challenges.

There could be some training in the area of customer line management. At check-in there were 2 sometime 3 agents at front desk, but for 3 guest checking in it took quite a long time without managing waiting guests or setting some guests with issues to the side to keep line moving. My daughter went to buy Ibuprofen and waited in line for one guest and agent for 30 minutes, to buy medicine. The agent could have asked for help once they are waiting fo 20 minutes even though there is just one customer. The agent had a challenging situationj probably, but when you have someone waitinging in line for 30 minutes there needs to be a plan. The positive is the agent acknowledged when my daughter went to pay, and actually gave her the ibuprofen for waiting so long. The point is that there should be a contigency plan when this happens. Can't imagine this was the only front agent on premisise at 8pm on a Saturday night. Otherwise the staff was friendly, but needs to be able to control situations.

Each and every staff member was so lovely, Location was perfect

Nothing

Location was awesome pool was nice

Staff was extremely rude they could not find where my breakfast was included both days and made us feel like thieves in front of other guests also had roaches in my room

I liked the hotel overall, and the location is very convenient,

You could hear the highway noise thru the thru wall ac unit.

First of all the hotel's location is excellent. It is in a safe neighborhood and only 15-20 mins drive to Santa Monica, Playa Vista, Beverly Hills and the airport. The whole hotel was clearly well maintained. Every single staff member we met was so nice and friendly. Our room was really nice and spacious, and everything was super clean. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job, every time they cleaned, the room looked incredibly tidy, and they really went above and beyond with every little detail. We stayed as a family and there was a crib available which our baby liked sleeping in. It was a very comfortable stay overall.

Parking at $30 per day adds up quickly and would be nice if it were included in the room rate. Check-in was also a bit stressful, as the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation under my last name. It turned out the system had merged my middle and last names from Booking.com. It would be great if this could be looked into so that other guests don't experience the same issue we did.

Breakfast was good but could be improved. Maybe more meat choices.

Semi close to LAX and a friend watching our dogs

Older. Only one check in person.

So comfortable and the atmosphere is amazing!! The workers are wonderful!

Maybe the cost per night, could be a little less Than $250 a night.

REquested a room change due to noise from highway at first room. Got a quieter room.

Getting charged for parking. Will look for other options to stay for next trip.

Nice and comfortable & clean

Dislike that we had to pay for parking Pool was full of hair balls

It was clean, welcoming with helpful staff

A few more options for breakfast would be better

Location, it’s close to most things in LA and staff was very welcoming and accommodating

Loved the Starbucks in lobby.

Buffett too expensive at $25 since i only eat eggs.

Easy to get to, next to Westfield, close to motorway

Breakfast was tastyand very close to Westfield and a few restaurant options only a short stroll away.

Excellent quality and selection. Coffee carafe was appreciated too

Wifi and breakfast was good.

I was on the 11th floor and the highway noise was so loud. Thank goodness I brought my own earplugs.

It was okay

The fact I stay there another pet friendly hotel. There were two incidents where someone let there dog go to bathroom right in fro t of the hotel. And I tell the hotel staff about it and they act it was nothing they could do about it because the mess sat there for 3 days while I was there. Then in the elevator a dog might have went in the elevator and the person tried cleaning it up but the smell was very bad for a day or too. Pet Friendly hotel should not have rugs in their hotel because the smell of dogs.....the rugs don't air out fast enough and in the room the rugs felt like it was dog hair around I didn't like that. Or hotel should have certain rooms for pets.

muy buena ubicacion y atencion

que incluya el desayuno

♥️ Gracias

Nada.

Parking

Lots of noise coming from adjacent room.

Room were clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good

Breakfast is only for 2 adults per room if there are 4 adults not all of them are allowed to take breakfast which was bit weird policy. We requested and they gave exception for us

Very loud. You can hear cars on the highway all night. Not worth the price.

Lovely big comfortable room, super clean too. And All the staff from housekeeping to the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great and location too

Paying extra for the parking

Everything and everyone was excellent

No Internet

All was fine. I arrived late in the evening and left in the morning to pick up a friend at the airport LAX

I did not like paying for parking since I paid so much for the room

Everyone I spoke to was great and helpful, no mater the time of day

The location is central to all of la. Easy to get downtown, gardena, Santa Monica

The staff was very friendly, the facilities are good, the hotel is clean and well located. One of the nights we had issues with the TV, but they gave us complimentary breakfast, and the hotel food was very good.

They didn’t change our towels.
