The stay here is always comfortable, clean and professional. Joanna was stand out to me as one that really wanted to make sure that my accommodations needs were met after a long day of travel. I really appreciate her patience and working through my challenges strategically.

The hotel was pleasant and convenient. The valet staff were extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. Five stars to them. Also, at the front desk, Joana was extremely kind, funny and friendly. She enthusiastically helped everyone and when she saw my daughter wasn’t feeling well she took it as a mission to make her feel better and constantly check on her - just like a sweet grandma looking after her grandchild!

One staff member named Kahleesi. She cam have 10 stars. She tried to make things better for me the best she could given the circumstances. Everything else was BAD

The room smelled like shit and wet golden retriever when we arrived. Parking is $53. A valet never actually drove my car anywhere, it was where I parked it in the morning. Thanks for making sure I didn't lose my key I guess. There was a blood stain on the sheets, they brought new ones and demanded I change them and give them the dirty sheets. There arw scorch marks on the outlets. Broken lamp shades. Tiny room with nowhere to put anything. It was the worst room we stayed in our whole route 66 road trip. We are almost back home to chicago now and its still the worst place we stayed. Oh yea. The only light In he bathroom comes from in the shower or from an led strip behind the mirror that turns on and off.

Our family has been fortunate enough to stay here for an extended period, and one thing has become abundantly clear: this hotel is filled with people who genuinely care about their guests. A special thank you to Edin at the front desk for always being welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Every interaction has been pleasant and appreciated. We also want to recognize the incredible leadership of hotel managers Alejandra and Jorge. It is obvious that they have built a culture of kindness, teamwork, and hospitality. That positive atmosphere is reflected in every department throughout the hotel. A huge thank you to Chuks in security, whose friendly presence always made us feel welcome and safe. The valet team deserves tremendous praise as well. Michael, Alex, and Justin were consistently courteous, efficient, and always greeted us with smiles. They made arriving and leaving the hotel effortless every single day. We also want to recognize the hardworking housekeeping and janitorial staff. Marissa, Jaizel, and Juanmiguel work incredibly hard to keep the hotel beautiful and spotless. Their dedication never goes unnoticed. It has felt like a home away from home. The hotel itself is wonderful. The pool is huge, clean, and incredibly family friendly. The entire property is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. There’s a genuine sense of community here that you don’t often find while traveling. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the people. A heartfelt thank you to Joanne at the front desk, who has been an absolute joy from the very beginning. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel welcome every single day. We also want to recognize Anita, who has been equally wonderful and always greeted us with a smile and genuine care. The restaurant and bar staff have been outstanding. Although every hotel worker (who we encountered) was super nice, I give the hotel a 3 stars. Here's why: First of all, the girl we checked in with was chewing gum and it was completely an unprofessional look. Big no-no. We were given a room on a floor where almost every room on that floor was having construction done. Hotel did accommodate us in another room (which we truly appreciate with complimentary breakfast), but the inconvenience of having to pack all of our stuff (family of 4) was not fun. Then the new room that was given to us, the air conditioning would turn on on its own, even after turning it off. The air conditioning would turn on at 3 AM making the room very cold. I did call front desk at 3:30AM but techs didn't start work until 5AM. This was very upsetting since we did have two babies in the room, they could have gotten sick. We stayed at Hilton because we were attending the World Cup at Sofi Stadium. The day we were heading out to the game, the elevator got stuck. Are you kidding me?! I'm claustrophobic and didn't want to panic but it was pretty frightening. Staff was wonderful. Sorry but I cannot remember the two young ladies names at front desk who helped us. One helped us with relocating rooms and she was wonderful, the other gave my two girls a birthday gift. I was truly touched by the gesture. Over at valet, Noe always had a smile on his face. He was very pleasant and nice. He helped us out with recommendations to restaurants, museums, etc. we joked around, he just had a very nice personality, which is nice to see at valet. Overall the hotel is nice, would recommend.

I have come to this Hilton for decades, always impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency, and extraordinary staff. Perfect location. Jasmin and the front desk staff have blown me away by going above and beyond for a birthday I won’t soon forget. The hotel is very nice and beautifully designed, with great proximity to the airport and SoFi Stadium. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean. The valet guys were nice, helpful, and kind. Good hotel, handy location if you're flying into LA and have a rental car.

Breakfast buffet options were limited and overall didn't feel worth it. There are no shops or restaurants around the hotel, but there is a shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away. Valet service was a bit pricey — though that seems pretty standard for LA.

When I arrived early morning, exhausted .. I was met with a rather unwelcoming/dismissive tone at reception and had to ask if early Checkin was available, which it was .. but had already been shown the bag drop . However other staff at reception were more friendly and welcoming so I just made sure to avoid this particular lady . Restaurant staff and everyone at the door was extremely friendly, always willing to help and proactive.

We have stayed here a few times now. It is primarily a business hotel, surrounded by busy roads with no nearby facilities. But we like it as generally we haven't had an issue with noise. The hotel has the facilities you may need. It's convenient for LAX and Culver City and Santa Monica are within an easy taxi journey. So overall we like the combination of coat, location and facilities.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. I was preparing for an exam, and Ms. Joanna and the front desk team went above and beyond by putting together a thoughtful care package filled with snacks to help me get through my studying. They were also cheering me on the whole time, which meant so much and made me feel incredibly supported. My family and I always enjoy staying here, and this was actually our fifth time at this hotel. The exceptional hospitality and genuine care from the staff keep us coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I’m in town. The bar and front desk staff are so welcoming and works diligently to accommodate guests. Sofia in particular, exudes kindness and compassion which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and ready for relaxation. Truly my favorite hotel when I visit Los Angeles.

Wow! I’m so impressed by the customer service at the Hilton Culver City. Arena was so helpful, kind and courteous. She went above and beyond to help me, but also the guest in front of me as well. We recently stayed here while attending the FIFA World Cup and had such a positive experience that we’ve already booked another stay in two weeks to go to another game! The lobby is spacious, welcoming, and was a great gathering place to watch the World Cup matches on the large-screen TVs. We especially enjoyed having a Starbucks on-site, plenty of comfortable seating, and the refreshing fruit-infused water available at the reception desk. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the restaurant offered a smaller menu but had enough variety for a pleasant meal in a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable but not particularly memorable. The décor felt a bit gray and could benefit from a brighter, fresher update. The bathroom was on the small side, and a double sink and magnifying mirror would have been welcome additions. However, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the tile work was attractive. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The level of customer service was among the best we’ve experienced at any hotel. A few suggestions for improvement would be to add more umbrellas to the outdoor seating areas and place a few garbage cans throughout the lobby. After enjoying our Starbucks drinks, we found ourselves looking for a convenient place to dispose of the cups. Overall, the excellent service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location for World Cup events made this an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to returning next week to do it all over again!

I was told that my reservation would be on a higher floor and a better View I was on floor 7 and The View was over rooftop of a building and construction

It would have been better at check in if I was told I was going to be on the 7th floor and that it didn't have a nice view. It would have been great to get my breakfast vouchers that I paid for when I checked in but I had to ask for them when it was time for breakfast. The microwave that I rented and thought I had to pay extra for was beat up and it didn't heat up the food properly but they did remove that charge and also took care of my valet at checkout which made up for a few things

The staff was fantastic.Very friendly and welcoming. One day our room was not made up but the staff compensated us with some lovely surprises including a free breakfast. The pool was great. CThe room was very comfortable. Also thechotelvis a 10 minute walk from the Westfield mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping.

We were given a free breakfast, but to be honest, we wouldn't recommend buying the breakfast buffet.

I want to give a shout out to Joanna at the front desk, she is a God sent! A total sweetheart and she gave me the best service that I have experienced in all my years as a guest to hotel services with providing me undivided attention and provision of complimentary coupons for drinks and breakfast. And this compliment should not come lightly and ought to make the Hilton blush with pride! Again, she is a prime example to guest services and deserves the world for the work she does!

I got a complimentary upgrade and it was a very spacious room with a view.

The breakfast spread was not the best as they did not have any gluten-free options.

Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant food was delicious.

Room was fine, the problem was with check in when I was required to give them my credit card for incidentals. I paid in full on Hilton.com with credit card #1 and was told I could not use the same card for the incidentals. I gave them my ATM card (#2 for) that and they put a hold for almost the same amount as the room on that card!!! I asked several times and the manager said they had no record of the ATM transaction!! I had to call my bank and was pretty upset to say the least. I advise anyone staying there to be persistent and watch if they either charge or put a hold on a second card....No one has called me back ( I left messages for the Director of Operations and non return call. Again be ware with your credit card charges for incidentals.

We had a really great stay at the Hilton Los Angeles Culver City. First off, the rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also clean and such a fun space our kids absolutely loved it. A huge shoutout to Joanna at the front desk! give that woman a raise. She was so wonderful, personable, and genuinely caring. We had an uncomfortable situation during our stay, and the staff handled it right away with kindness and professionalism, which made us feel so much better. The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely welcoming, sweet, and went out of their way to be helpful and kind. We’re a family of four with two young kids, and everyone made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We really appreciated how accommodating and cool everyone was. We’d absolutely stay here again. We come to LA often to visit family

As a hospitality employee I know goof hotel management when I experience it and this Hilton property goes above and beyond. Shout out to Alejandra, Sofia and Joanna who made my stay better by quickly problem solving and asking the right questions. Dominique at the valet made that area a bit easier to navigate, thank you. Comfortable rooms, excellent food, convenient location. Culver City Hilton is a fine choice if you are visiting Los Angeles.

Love all the updates! This Doubletree is central to everything. The parking valet is efficient and the restaurant food is incredible. I always get a great sleep in these quiet rooms and the price is still on point. The amenities are awesome - a nice, clean pool and a good gym. Plenty of places to study, relax and unwind. A great bar too makes it nice for socializing.

This is now my fourth stay at this Hilton. It’s so conveniently located, approximately 10 LA minutes from the airport and 0.2 miles from shopping and lots of food options. The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. However, the star for me continues to be the customer service provided by the staff. Today, we arrived at the hotel after no sleep on a 10-hour flight from Tokyo, which had been 24 hours of being up for us. Joanne at the front desk worked with us to get us an early check-in so we could get some desperately needed sleep. And she did it with a smile. This is the kind of service that makes me say, “See you next time!” and mean it.

Our room was not cleaned. In the morning I hang do not disturb on the knob but removed before noon and not cleaned afterwards. Booking says parking available but not in price, this should be clearly mentioned. Open buffet breakfast has limited variety of foods.

From the moment we arrived, Sofia went above and beyond in the most thoughtful and genuine way. She surprised us with an upgrade to the presidential suite- not just for one night, but for two, which completely elevated our entire trip. It already felt so special, but what she did next truly touched our hearts. For my boyfriend’s birthday, she helped arrange the sweetest midnight surprise: a beautiful cake, wine, and a personalized card that made the moment feel so intimate and unforgettable. It wasn’t just a gesture- it felt like she genuinely cared about making our celebration meaningful. Everything about our stay felt warm, personal, and full of intention. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when they truly care, and Sofia is one of those rare people who puts her heart into what she does. This ended up being one of the best trips we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that is because of her kindness and attention to detail. Hilton Culver City is so lucky to have someone like Sofia Garcia - she made us feel truly special, and we will never forget it.
