Staff are friendly. We got early checkin.

Room has a distinct stinky smell every time you enter the room. Windows are not blackout, it is hard to continue sleeping when you suddenly wake up in the morning. I feel restless in this place. Rename continental breakfast to bland bread breakfast. Free parking is misleading, it is only street parking in the neighbourhood, good luck if you ended up parking beside the main road.

Great, easy stay. Really clean room with a lot of closet space and great mini fridge. The hotel space is nice with a courtyard with a lot of seating space (used by guests, but never crowded the week I was there). Kitchen/lobby was easy to use and not crowded off hours (I did not go at breakfast time, so not sure). Good location on the west side. Very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Generally really liked staying here and would certainly stay again.

Be aware that the bathroom is clear glass. Again, the bathroom is clear glass. There is a curtain that you can close, but I would not stay in this room with another person if you care about privacy. Also, this hotel is two floors and it did not look like there was an elevator, only stairs.

Breakfast was a wonderful bonus after a busy night. The location was not too far from where I needed to go. It was close to a few stores, which was great!

Parking was not my favorite because it was street parking between trash day and the street cleaning days it made parking a little tedious.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une zone calme et à proximité de l'aéroport. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue ou au parking de la zone commerciale. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais très moderne ( tout est connecté) et fonctionnel. La literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment correct , il manque juste un petit jus de fruit.. Et enfin, le patio est très paisible et agréable le soir pour se détendre face au brasero.

Lots of outdoor sitting options. You can walk to the grocery store and there are a ton of good options. Right next to the buts stop AND they have bikes! They offer a stove, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses downstairs in the office. Television has cable. Fridge blend in with cabinetry. Enjoyed the soap brand. I left my key in the room and they made me a new one. Fairly small unit—35 rooms. Attendant present for late night check ins.

Door lock didn’t work! Chipped sink. Noticeable rust on the bathroom shelf. Placed on the second floor so that I wouldn’t hear footsteps, but NO ELEVATOR for your bags!!

The property is super clean! My favorite part about the space though was the colors and mini garden that they built at the center of it. It really is super inviting and creates the feeling of being in a mini Oasis. It was an awesome little spot to have my morning coffee and complimentary intercontinental breakfast. I would definitely recommend and/or stay at this property again.

No real complaints—there’s no parking but there is plenty of parking on the street and the neighborhood is quiet/safe. I can’t say that there was something “I didn’t like”.

The hotel and staff is just so California chill and relaxed, it is very different and nice change from usual hotels I stay at (which are more business-like get in/get out). The common area is small but engaging with swing bbq and fireplace, the kitchen/reception has a decent light breakfast, there is as much bottled water as you want, plus microwave and big fridge if you want to do your own cooking (which sounds odd but....). Across the road is a a shopping mall with fully stocked Pavillions large grocery store and between them and TJMAxx you can buy pretty much anything you'd need (e.g. if you didn't pack something, or if you wanted to self-cater back at the hotel), and a futher is another mall with pretty big Target. The location is also pretty good location for access to free Culver City buses and close to the West LA college, and I discovered by accident Scarlet Lady Saloon around the corner that was not on my todo list but had a fun and not too rowdy crowd.

The aircond is within each room and not noisy (e.g. rattling) but medium loud (e.g. does not suit light sleeper) and not much you can do about it. The towels were nice an fluffy but one came with left-over-hairs (e.g. out from dryer) which is not so much the fault of hotel as much as the linen service contractor, but if I stay again then I would check as soon as get in room and ask for replacement if not totally clean. Also, I was in room 1 next to front gate and there was a little extra noise so next time I would ask to not be in that room.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación. Ofrecen fruta, yogurt, pasteles y café para el desayuno. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y agradables. Todo muy limpio. Ofrecen fruta y agua de cortesía durante toda la estancia, solo hay que sacarla de la nevera en recepción.

La habitación un poco estrecha pero manejable. Sería bueno que tuvieran alguna opción de sal para el desayuno (queso, huevos...).

The patio area provided a cozy outdoor place to relax. Water and fruit available all day was nice and convenient for a healthy snack. Breakfast was adequate. I wished that the coffee was much more robust. Pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provides a kitchen area with stove tops and all appliances necessary to cook a full meal. Overall, I love this hotel. Rooms were clean and well designed.

The breakfast is okay. There is constantly tea & coffee, as well as water. The common area outside is very nice, also to hang out (like next to the fire pit). It was easy to reach from LAX.

It is not so close to other places. You would need a car or Uber.

Es liegt in einer guten Gegend mit guter Anbindung. Der Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein. Absoluter Pluspunkt! Es ist super sauber und sehr angenehm auch das Personal. Modern und guter Aufenthalt.

the staff! the check in girl was very low energy and on the verge of rude, made many mistakes and when i saw her with 2 women checking them in later, she was very nice and helpful to them, Im a man and I felt like she may have treated the women better because of that.

Konumu gayet iyiydi. Park yeri sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık. Önünde hep boş yer oldu. Sabah kahvaltısında az çeşit vardı ama bizim için gayet yeterliydi. Odalar çok temizdi her gün düzenli bir şekilde temizlendi. Odalarda akıllı sistemlerin olmasını çok beğendik.

Kahvaltıda daha fazla tuzlu çeşit olabilirdi.

It's new. It's clean. There is possibility to grab tea in the evening and get coffee in the morning. Free parking is very useful. Easy to get around.

The breakfast is super basic. The location is not for first time LA visitors.

Style was great

Rooms are too small for 2 person. Bed is so small and thera are not any space on one side of the bed. Also they are ending the breakfast at 9am. This is too early for tourists. If you have more than one luggage i won’t suggest to stay at mayumi. They don’t even have an eleveator.

Absolutely everything – Mayumi is a charming and beautifully designed hotel, with every space thoughtfully laid out for comfort and practicality. The cleanliness is exceptional, which I personally appreciate enormously. It’s situated in a lovely area, close to the beach and the airport.

Beim Frühstück gab es sehr wenig auswahl es hat uns enttäuscht und das was es gab war etwas obst und sonst nur verpackungen. Das Frühstück passte nicht zum rest der unterkunft.

I had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, with everything close by, including a supermarket within walking distance and many attractions just a short drive away. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, and it was clear that a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness and detail. The parking facilities were very convenient and easy to access. On top of that, the breakfast was fresh, varied, and of very good quality. Overall, this was easily one of the best choices I could have made for my stay in Los Angeles.

Honestly, I didn’t experience any negatives. Everything exceeded my expectations and was very well taken care of.

Location. Is great. The building has an interior area that is so lovely. The shower is also great. Very modern.

Parking is not provided, and there are no evident signs or instructions provided about where it is okay to park. It was a little unclear what the rules were with respect to the kitchen and what food items and tools were there for all guests and what food items belonged to specific guests.

We appreciated the cool vibe of this hotel with its central courtyard and reception area with wide movable glass panes to open up into the courtyard on beautiful days. Water, coffee/tea, and fruit are available all day. It is close in proximity to a major indoor shopping center and a strip mall (across the street). I appreciated the non-dairy option of almond milk with my coffee. Street parking was not an issue during our 3-night stay.

Orange (or any) juice wasn't an available drink offered during continental breakfast. Since there are probably water restrictions in LA, the water pressure in the shower was poor (the hand-held shower had a little more pressure than the waterfall shower).

- Verkehr war deutlich zu hören, da mein Zimmer direkt an der Strasse im Erdgeschoss war. - Ich musste wegen meines Fluges sehr früh auschecken, weshalb mir versprochen wurde, dass ich noch Kaffee vor dem Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten zu essen mitnehmen kann - leider wusste die Nachtwache nichts davon und ich konnte nichts mitnehmen. - Zimmer etwas dunkel

I loved the cute little courtyard with the swings and the atmosphere of nature within all the rooms. I also loved the LED lights in the room itself. Truly a vibe!

I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, it was great, but for the amount I was paying I’d expect a little more variety but otherwise everything else was good

Disappointing experience. I was charged $150 after my stay for damage to an iron and ironing board that were already in poor condition. The iron had heavy scale buildup, ruined one of my shirts, and the ironing board cover was visibly burnt and not maintained. The damage to the iron I was charged for happened during housekeeping which I had not requested. Management did eventually respond, but provided no evidence that I caused any damage and no receipts justifying the $150 charge. For a low-quality iron and ironing board cover, the amount seems excessive. This felt like being charged for old, poorly maintained equipment, above market rate, for damage caused by their staff and previous guests. I cannot recommend staying here.

The property is a beautiful, boutique hotel located right in Sawtelle Blvd., about one block east of Sepulveda in culver city. When you walk through the gates, you are instantly transported to a serene, garden-like sanctuary which is located just outside of the hotel lobby. There are canopy chairs and high top tables located amongst the garden along with a fire pit and bbq area. Mayumi lobby was unlike any hotel lobby I’ve ever seen before. It’s not the usual, serious office furniture hotel lobby, space you see anywhere else. I would describe it as a lounge, it almost reminds me of a more modern and upscale common area. That’s how would describe it. I love that there is a 24 hour water station so I didn’t have to worry about stocking up on water for my stay. The continental breakfast actual has some very good, artisanal pastries that I absolutely loved. The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for a single or young, adventurous couple. The bed was a little small than what I am surf to but it was comfortable and I slept well. I loved that I could watch tv directly from the shower. There is ample closet and drawer space for your clothes along with a mini fridge. There is a cute, frozen yogurt shop located directly across the street and a grocery store within a five minute walk. There is only street parking available but it is completely safe on either side. If you get a late night munchie attack, on the other side of the frozen yogurt store is a jack in the box. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a very walkable and run friendly neighborhood. The staff are very friendly!

Die Ausstattung war sauber und modern. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und es standen Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung von welchen man 2 mitnehmen durfte. Am Abend war in den Nebenstraßen immer ein Parkplatz zu finden.

Das Bett ist für zwei Personen wirklich sehr klein, auch das Zimmer ist an sich sehr eng sodass man sich oftmals im Weg steht.
