It’s very nice and comfortable!

Convenient location. C lose to LAX airport, SoFi stadium, and shopping mall. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Nataly was awesome as she was able to accommodate us with a later check out time.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights, but the Wi‑Fi did not work properly. I kept reporting the issue to the front desk, yet it was never resolved. The staff also had poor attitudes. This seriously disrupted my progress in working online, so I had to use my own mobile data.

Nice comfortable beds, quiet. New TVs, EASY to navigate!! Good little gym too.

Windows could use better insulation.

Property was great. Worked out every morning - gym as large enough so you didn’t need to wait for equipment. Room cleaning did a great job. Only problem I encountered was with the bathroom. The hot water would fluctuate from cold to hot and the shower curtain did not function effectively causing the shower water to run on the floor

Bathrooms were very small and had nowhere to put toiletries. The coffee containers ran out at 9:30 AM… nobody refilled them had to go to Starbucks. What else?

Everything was in a good position I can’t complain

We chose this hotel because it was in the perfect location for everything we had planned for the weekend. When we got there we realized that we had made the right choice. We were greeted warmly and treated well when checking it. The atmosphere was amazing and the room was very nice. It was a great price for the value. Clean, not too loud, and great amenities. Even when leaving, we were also treated well by Noey who provided us with complimentary water bottles for our long drive to our next destination. He exhibited excellent customer service and we were thankful for his kind gesture.

Richard at front desk very kind and professional on the phone. When we arrived he made sure we were accommodated quickly. Our room was clean and adequate. We also appreciated car charging in the parking lot.

Bathroom could have been a bit larger for 2 guests in a King room. More counter space would have been nice.

Staff are excellent. I did not eat the breakfast. Room and bed are comfortable and although it's close to the highway, the room was really quiet at night, which I appreciated!

The windows don't open, so you are obligated to use the A/C - which blows icy cold air at you until it doesn't... not the best.

The internet was pretty bad, at least from the room I was in. This is typically not a problem for me, since I would just put up a 4g/5g hotspot in those cases, but the Verizon cell signal was practically non-existent as well. Double cursed. During peak hours, the internet was almost at the unusable level. We use the internet to plan our day (google maps, places, costs, schedules.. etc) - you can get it done, but you will need to be patient and refresh a lot.

The room was super clean, the breakfast was excellent, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The location is just outstanding, a very safe neighborhood close to the restaurants, walks, Culver City downtown, etc.

Noise from the highway in the room was terrible. They only have queen beds in the room on the highway side. Having that, I was staying with my kids, so the king’s bed was not an option. But the noise was so loud that I could barely sleep for the first few nights. The only solution the hotel proposed is to use “earplugs," which I cannot do for safety reasons.

I totally enjoyed the gym's space and the way it's kept. The room is really comfortable and well organized. I believe the access to the Westfield mall is a giant plus. I will stay again soon when visiting my grandchildren nearby.

Room service was missed on my second day. I mention this because if my partner was with me that would have been an issue. that was the only thing that could have improved

All of the staff were professional, attentive, and happy to accommodate our needs. We arrived early because our flight landed at LAX around 8:00 AM, and since rooms were available, they graciously allowed us to check in early at no additional charge. I believe being a Marriott Bonvoy member certainly helped, and we truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality.

It was easy to get to, great area to be at, nice pool and great rooms.

The property was close to the weekend wellness clinic I was attending.

My 1st room was dirty. Eyelashes were sitting on the nightstand. After returning the lashes to the front desk, I was moved to another floor. I woke up on Monday morning to what sounded like construction and alarms going off. When I looked out the window, my car was no longer where I parked it the night before. There was no communication whatsoever as to the work on the parking lot or that they would be moving cars to the parking lot on the other side of the building. Management was apologetic but it didn’t change the fact that my wellness weekend ended up with me having a panic attack because they had moved my car.

The property was clean.

The bed was broken and the mattress kept falling in on one side. So I would often wake up to sleeping on a slanted bed. I had to check out without sleeping the night there because it was hurting my back.

Great staff. Location is excellent and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

AC unit was loud, bed was too soft. The breakfast was just ok but cost extra.

Front desk staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Parking lot area below our room was being re-paved on check-out day; parking lot leading to front of hotel was blocked. No notice given or directional signs posted for exiting property, so had to go ask front desk. One of staff took the trouble to walk with us to show how to exit property. Much appreciated.

Bathroom: no exhaust fan — smelly after use; steamy after bath. Tub water drain not working well, so standing in “dirty” soapy bath water during shower. Both shower curtains not water-proof, so water absorbed by curtains soaked shower rug and overflowed onto toilet area floor. Walls were paper-thin. You could hear conversations of people in adjacent rooms and those walking by the room along the aisle, probably on their way to their rooms. Windows were no better; you can hear cars and motorcycle zooming by on parking lot below; not helpful during after-hours sleep time. No advanced notice given regarding repaving of parking lot outside our window: loud equipment noise starting before waking hours. Also check-out day, so had to park vehicle on other parking lot a distance from entry to building. No ramp from building exit to parking lot; had to carry luggage down a flight of stairs.

Los Angeles’tan önce San Francisco, Monterey ve Cambria’da kaldığımız motellerde böyle bir şeyle karşılaşmadık. Böyle kurumsal bir otelde otopark ücretsiz olmalıydı.

El ruido. Imposible dormir con el ruido de la autopista. El personal un desastre no te solucionan ni te responden.

Great stay!

The hotel and room itself was nice and clean. The staff were helpful. I liked that the location was decent for getting connected to public transport. We didn't have breakfast as it was equivalent value to going out and eating outside.

I was surprised by the cost for what was offered and the location. The location was boring although close to a mall ; especially without a car. However, it is very close to buses to get you around culver city. I would probably pick somewhere in downtown culver city next time so i'm closer to a walkable area. No real complaints to be honest, but nothing memorable.

Breakfast shouldn't be $25 every single day

I liked the convenience of having a restaurant on site at the lobby. The breakfast option was great and loved the variety of food, bonus points for the waffle maker and to-go coffee.

Not a huge fan of having to pay extra for daily parking. It should be part of the stay. Also wished our remote and streaming options in the room worked a little better, was a little patchy/glitchy and slow.

Perfect location all attractions is near, 20-30 min drive, near is mall. Very comfortable room, large, bathroom clean, bed, have a bar cute lobby, parking in and out, safe. All recommendations for staying at Four points by sheraton. Safe area!

A lot of noise from traffic, airconditioning, and refrigerator made noise like an airplane that is about to lift off every 10 minutes. Hotel is very dated and has fungus in the bathroom.

Breakfast was poor and very little choice. We stayed four days ,everyday same breakfast. When something has finished they never renewed. When ve asked to renew the finished food,they told us they are out of that food.

I like the large room and they had a disabled room available from what I requested and I like that. The staff was very friendly and the location was very good cuz it's right across the street from a mall. I like that the restaurant was open until 10:00 pm. It was very easy to order food and have it delivered as well. I also like the fact that you can watch movies on Netflix and prime by just logging on to your account.

The breakfast food needed improvement it wasn't hot enough. They should have a Jacuzzi all I thought was a pool. I think they should have a shuttle to take you to the mall instead of you going over there if it's far especially if somebody is disabled and they can't walk that far.

Where is the security deposit? It has been almost two months!

Os quartos eram posicionados de frente para a freeway. E por isso dava para ouvir o barulho dos veículos.

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist ok, Shopping Center genau gegenüber. Das Personal 1a, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die sichtbaren Balkone sind nur für die Klimaanlage. Parkplatz vor der Tür kostet zusätzliche $ 27, andere Möglichkeit gibt es nicht. Bier and der Bar $13, das sind Preise wie in Las Vegas. Frühstück für $ 21 pus Tax und Tipp zu teuer.

It’s proximity to the airport, but not too close! The grounds are beautiful, the pool and gym are immaculate, the staff is fantastic - welcoming, helpful and attentive. The breakfast bar has a wide selection of foods and the staff even remembers us.

It is a quiet and convenient location not far from freeway entrances, a mall and cool places in Culver City. The hotel has a pool and fitness center (no jacuzzi). The staff was friendly. It’s clean and well-maintained.

There was no jacuzzi. There is a fire pit however.
