Comfortable bed and room, nice staff.

Difficult to open room door (2014). I have a dairy allergy and was unhappy to find that there was no oat milk. Even Tim Hortons has oak milk. Also, no vegan choices on breakfast menu which makes it easy to order. It was a struggle to even get toast that was dairy free. Trust me, having this issue is a pain and you made it much harder.

I loved the restaurant and the atmosphere. The valet parking was great. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were excellent.

The shower / bathtub is outdated and wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The hot water in the morning was non existent when taking a shower.

We didn't know the sauna was only open unti 10 p.m. and it took too long to heat up. Not very friendly for people who only wants to stay for one night.

Breakfast on the club floor was very nice.

its exactly what we wanted and close to where we needed to go.

not saying its there fault but we ate at the restaurant she brought my food on it and there was an ant. they didnt charge me and thank you for that. we will stay there again

The way it smelt like a cruise in the lobby, the lemon water at the elevator was delicious. Pillows were like a cloud. The staff was great. The valet person named diago stood out the most with great hospitality.

Surprisingly, no hot tub, that would have been nice. Breakfast was open till 10, it would have been nice to be open longer.

I liked the comfort the hotel provided and the staff were very hospitable and nice.

The hotel didn't include the breakfast in the fees paid. The location was also not so safe, full of homeless people around.

Too many renovations going on. One of two elevators not working. Ice machines on floors that were occupied not working. I booked specifically for the pool, however when I got to the pool there was a children’s party with 10 children in the pool so nobody else could use it. The area around the property was not very desirable.

They made my birthday special. A simple gesture of complimentary wine and cheesecake really made our day. Thank you very much! Our kids loved the pool and breakfast. Location is great and walking distance to Canada Life Place for concert goers.

Dad Frühstück war eher einfach und mit umgerechnet € 20,00 pro Person komplett überteuert. Das Parken war mit etwa € 27,00 ebenfalls nicht gerade günstig. Die Zimmer haben auch schon bessere Tage gesehen.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was not very clean, though. The pool water was warm but a bit murky, and the ambient air in the pool area was cold. The front desk staff and the staff for breakfast and the lounge were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was okay, but it would be better if there were more options, as the hotel described it as "fabulous".

The pool area could be warmer, and the floor around the pool could be cleaner. Some kids were jumping from the wall/platform beside the pool, and were not accompanied by adults.

Beds were so comfortable, security at night , pillows were perfect.

The temperature in our room kept on going back to 21 when set for 25. It was cool the whole time, never reached 22 degrees. Just kept warm under the blankets.

The view was horrible looking into a construction site and the roof.

We've been to the Armory many times and always enjoy our stay there. The staff are amazing and the pool is fantastic

The outside spots of the beds don't have plugs for phones or other charging needs

Location is very good right at the center

Rooms are not clean there were food crumbs. The window was dripping water. The heater was not working as it should be temperature doesn’t go up beyond 22-23 degrees. Pool is relatively small for a hotel that size.

Because both the restaurants were closed when we needed to eat, we ordered room service. The choices were very limited. We ordered 4 meals, 2 turkey wraps, 2 chicken strips and fries. They didn't include the chicken strips. I mentioned this when we checked out, so the clerk took the meals off of the bill. It was very much appreciated.

The food was very good and the staff was very nice. The hotel is beautiful.

The water of the indoor pool was cold. There was no Jacuzzi anymore. I picked this hotel for that and to relax. Very dissapointing. There was no buffet breakfast anymore (week days) Christmas decoration was not like before. In the room there were not enough coffee cups, only two, but we were 3 guests. There was not enough tea bags and sticks to stir the coffee. It called my atention, since this used to be a fancy hotel in the past.

I was having major surgery in London and this hospital, but was very very accommodating. I wish I had gotten the girls name at the front desk, but she was excellent. The best I’ve ever had. And I’ve stayed in many many many hotels throughout the world.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was nice and quiet. And the business lounge was very nice.

Tired and in a sad state- the fee charged for a room - criminal based on the state and condition of the hallway and room- awful would not stay again in a delta hotel

The waiter in the restuarant is very nice, he was offering us options that doesn’t contain Ham. Very nice staff overall.

Very very very noisy, the room near the pool which is not good at all. Kids were runnning in the corridor at 12 AM which unpleasant and unacceptable.

The view was nice, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

We booked a place with a pool so that my pregnant friend could float, but we weren’t aware that several child hockey teams booked the same weekend. Needless to say, the pool became a child-only zone, cannonballs and screaming. It would have been nice to have some quiet hours built into the pool schedule so that everyone could make use of the facility.

When checked out. Our car in parking lot had dead battery. Desk staff NO help. Valet were completely unhelpful and rude. Finally I walked down street got taxi got car started. They could not even call a taxi !!!

Location was convenient. Staff and service were exceptional.

Inside the hotel was nice. The sauna was a little sketchy no hot tub but outside there were homeless people everywhere not a good place to hang out at night. Definitely parked the car inside with the valet service.

Unique property with fantastic staff! Only complaint is the bar area closed too early.
