The parking garage doors were very heavy not disabled friendly. Was not aware that I had to register before entering the parking garage and got stranded there until someone came along and assisted me.

A nicely refurbished hotel. Don't understand why we couldn't have gotten free or re d used price parking rate. The garage was only 10 percent full on a Wednesday night. The breakfast was very nice. The area has several nice restaurants around it but is on the edge of downtown. Alot of homeless people and pan handlers further down town but okay around hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the park hotel. Comfortable bed, clean building, safe area and safe underground parking. Loved the bathroom design and lay out of the room

The breakfast was alright but pretty much just toast or cereal but the muffins were delicious

Great one-night stop on our road trip. The Lifestyle Suite with two queens and a sofa bed was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Convenient location and easy check-in.

The noise from the two bars next door was unbelievable. I will never stay at this hotel again. The loud pounding music did not end until 2:30 am.

It was clean and spacious with an extra sitting room included. Enjoyed the breakfast. It was a bonus to have it included in the price of the stay.

The extra undisclosed charges are a real bummer. There really was no deal in the end. No real advantage for booking online. I HATE Surprises and looked like a fool in front of my friends. I will need to absorb the additional costs to boot!! Shame on you guys for being so deceiving. Just blows the value out of the water!! Turns a great stay into a shady one!!

Parking was exceptional. Every staff member we spoke to was very helpful as well.

Not having a hot breakfast was not great. We were looking forward to warm eggs and just having cold hard boiled eggs was not great.

Breakfast room was not cleared. Lot's of dirty tables. There were large groups of teams at breakfast before us . Staff not able to keep up.

Very nice hotel. Seems to be well maintained and found it very clean. Staff, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room with ability to close the bedroom off for privacy and quiet. The windows opened a little bit, so it was very nice for fresh air. Parking was great, but had an additional cost. Continental breakfast didn’t open till 7:00, which was too late for me as I had an appointment at that time. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room service was from one of the local restaurants and food was great but had a six dollar delivery charge which is a bit steep for room service. Overall, I really great stay and we will definitely choose this hotel again

Room was large, clean and comfortable. An issue with the payment got resolved easily and courteously with the front desk.

My husband and I weren't sure if we should stay at this hotel due to some negative reviews. Well we were pleasantly surprised and what a great experience we had. Our room was a large suite with the most comfortable bed and wonderful bedding. We are avid travelers and so glad we stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of muffins, bagels, pastry croissants yogurt and good coffee. They even had fruit, cheese, Ham and hard boiled eggs. The only negative thing that there is a $35 parking fee, 3rd party fee (hotel.com) for $15, plus a tax. They should not have charged me a 3rd party fee.

Breakfast was effective . The facilities were great. The comfort of the room was excellent and staff were friendly. Would use the hotel again for sure.

I like the overall cleanliness and amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fridge was roomy. Beds were great. Breakfast had variety and had lots of spots to sit. There were two tvs which in the pictures only shows one so that was a nice surprise. I like how all the doors were functioning. Also felt like adjoining rooms.

The pull out couch was not very comfortable. Felt all the springs and it was stained. But everything else was great.

For the most part the stay was excellent.

The location was great and the cost for the suite was fantastic. Most of the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The free continental breakfast was decent, and replenished frequently. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The suite was spacious and clean, though the shower could have used a little more sanitation, the tiles were a little grimy.

The hallways seem unkept and the doors are quite dirty. There was a preset on my alarm which woke me up at 6am which wasnt ideal

The windows leaked cold air and we needed more bed coverings to sleep. Which were delivered when we asked, but given there was a pullout bed we thought there'd be more available in room.

My room that was supposed to be 160 plus tax cost me almost 100 dollars more. My suggestion is to add that parking is 35 plus taxes, there is also resort fee and booking fees. My room for less then 12 hours of using it almost cost me 300 dollars.

I arrived at 9:30am and even though check-in isn’t until 4pm, the front desk admin, Faith, offered me early check-in and a room upgrade. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the condition and location of the hotel and the quiet atmosphere. You are steps away from shops and restaurants and can easily walk around the surrounding neighborhood. One other thing to note - the fitness room is very well equipped and spotless. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Faith!

Traveled from Windsor to see a show at Canada Life Palace. Hotel staff were super friendly. Check in was a breeze. Parking garage felt safe, and not to mention one of the nicest entryway I've ever seen. Hotel and room was pristine. Location was perfect. My daughter and I were able to walk around downtown do to location. Also within walking distance to Canada Life Place. My daughter and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Will book again when we return for our next event.

What I did not like was that the parking was not included, No other complaints, our stay was fantastic

Generally ok, good selection. The croissants were rock hard (stale) both days.

Pillows were dreadful, lumpy and misshapen. The trim and paint in the bathroom looked rather beaten up, needs to be replaced.

2 nights at this hotel were disappointing From my first arrival at the front desk found it cold and unwelcoming All grey and black with no colour Black large computer screen in my face so I could neither see or hear the staff - suggest moving them on an angle so that the staff in visible and more welcoming to your guest Door to room was dirty and damaged by boots or luggage - a good coat of paint would go a long way. Lighting over coffee station make it difficult to read instructions or find what I was looking for Towels - hard and rough For seniors Toilet and vanity too low and no non-slip matt for the slippery shower stall. Breakfast was very good with good variety and excellent coffee. Hopefully some of these suggestions with be helpful.

Rooms are pretty big and have a fridge.

Not worth the price. Not a single proper glass or cup in the room to put my toothbrush in but flimsy paper cups instead. The key card to the parking repeatedly not working so we kept on getting stuck in the garage (even after changing the key card multiple times) and not being able to enter the garage or even the front door of the hotel at other times. No black out curtains or blinds so we couldn’t sleep in. When we arrived we were greeted by reception staff who seemed very young and inexperienced (were abrupt and abrasive when explaining where to sign things not understanding not everyone has the reaction time and eye sight of a 20 year old, not clear at explaining things, not very welcoming). The positives were very comfortable beds, large suite size and great central location. Would not go back.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our hockey tournament weekend. The concierge desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating, making our busy schedule a little easier to manage. Breakfast each morning was more than decent, with plenty of options to fuel up before heading to the rink. The suite was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone room to relax, and the bed was especially comfortable after long days at the arena. A solid choice for tournament travel, we’d happily stay again

Fabianna and the staff always make it a comfortable stay when I check in. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfy. Whenever I need to ask for an extra blanket or other amenities, the staff are very nice and respectful! (I also really like that the front desk offers snacks/ personal necessities)

Easy parking. Fast check in. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Platform bed frame has sharp corners that stick out, easy to bump your shins. I put pillows over the corners as I and my spouse both banged our shins.

This was my 2nd stay and again it was wonderful. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. The parking is secure and covered which is fantastic when there is snow. My only complaint is the shower curtain. The fabric smelled a bit mildewy, but honestly that is the only thing I have to say that is negative for my entire 5 night stay. I will be back the next time I am in town.

Huge disappointment was the lack of EV charging for guests and paid parking only for guests as an added price!! Online site was misleading saying that there were 2 chargers available not mentioning that they were across the street not with the hotel! And to get free parking while charging from Honk you had to get 24 hours notice… we got a fifty dollar city parking ticket!! Thank you Small details like a used pod in the coffee maker and no cups for coffee.

I found the staff to not be very friendly. Every time you walk into the hotel. You have to pass the front desk. Not once did we get a hello. In the hospitality business, your front line staff should be warm and welcoming. They were never busy. Once two of the staff members were we having their own conversation. I get it. We all talk at work. Once a guest walks in. Stop the conversation for two seconds. Greet them. Then go back to your conversation. I did have an encounter with a housekeeper. She was very pleasant and helpful.

This was one of the best places that I ever stayed at. Breakfast was great, facilities were clean, workers (all employees) were terrific.

Would have been nice to have a pool, or sauna or jacuzzi - but I guess you can’t have it all right.
