Sheraton Hamilton Hotel

TDスタジアムでのコンサートへ行くために予約しました。TDスタジアム周辺はすごく治安がいいわけではないので、とても近い位置のこちらのホテルを予約しました。入り口でセキュリティスタッフが常におり、安心しました。子連れでしたがすぐにコンサート終了後、すぐに帰宅できて安心しました。部屋は清潔で、景色もよかったです。ホテル直結のショッピングセンターにはアジアンフードや総菜がたくさん売っているスーパーもあり、食べ物に困りませんでした。

地下駐車場が広いのですが、案内通りに進むと、回遊できるようになっていない部分があり、行き止まりでバックでのUターンが必要となりましたが、後ろからも数台車が来ており、大変な思いをしました。

Unfortunately location and all the homeless people right in front of the doors . Front desk people could have been a little more pleasant. when you get out of the elevator to go to your room, the carpeting in the hallways smells really really, really bad.. come on do better!

Sur votre site vous avez dit le Déjeuner sera gratuit et le faite d'avancer pour le paiement, on me dira que le Déjeuner est payant.Aussi un grand hotel ,ne prévoit pas de parking gratuit pour les clients. La 1er chambre que j'avais reserver devait avoir deux let's,un king et un moyen. Arriver sur place,il y avait que un lit.

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Bar war klasse und das Frühstück, trotz extra Leistung mega.

Die Lage in Downtown war zwar sehr zentral, aber in nächster Umgebung hat man dich unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Rund um das Hotel waren Obdachlose und Junkies stark präsent. An einen Spaziergang war nicht zu denken.

The hotel itself, for the most part was okay. We came to Hamilton to do the tour of filming locations for Heated Rivalry, and this hotel was one of them! I will say the surrounding area was pretty sketchy and the bus station is right across the street.

Weed’smell

Location was amazing for event at TD Coliseum. Parking was easy. We have a truck so had to park in the 6'6" lot. Room service was great, just had to call front desk to be connected. Super comfy beds. Big room to accommodate the cot I requested. Clean and great staff!

Shower head pressure could be better but thats the only complaint.

First guest representative was rude. Double queen beds were both very uncomfortable.

The room was perfect for our needs. Loved that it was not far from the purpose of our visit: an event at the TD Coliseum. Felt safe walking there and back to the hotel. Really enjoyed the 2nd floor lounge. The Sheraton Staff was very helpful. Liked that the hotel provides parking, at reasonable pricing for downtown (under $20.00).

The extra electrical plugs set out for computer accessories did not seem to work/we could not figure out how to get them to work. We were able to charge our items by using the wall sockets. We forgot to bring that to the Sheraton Staff's attention.

Lovely modern hotel in downtown Hamilton attached to Jackson Square Mall and close to the Coliseum for big events. It has good access to public transportation (buses stop in front of the hotel) including to McMaster University. Room was quiet, wifi good. Starbucks in the lobby.

Downtown Hamilton is not the best location. It is not the safest, no fault of the hotel. We were there the day the boy was killed in the mall that is attached to the hotel and shares a parking garage. The staff were good and answered our questions if they could.

Decent basic hotel. It’s not real old, but old enough to show some wear and tear. The room was spacious, with tons of drawer space and an adequate closet. They added bedside electrical outlets, and there is a usable refrigerator. Good counter space in the bathroom, tub/shower combo with a curtain. They were responsive with a dozen extra hangers on request, but were “out of” robes (?). We could occasionally hear noise from people in the hall, neighboring rooms, or upstairs. The club floor is not really worth it. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am. Evening hors d’ouvres at 5:30 was a pretty nice spread (2-3 hot appetizers, crudités, cheese plate, fresh fruit plate) but no dessert bites. In between, there is some fresh fruit, pretzels and chips. An automated espresso machine, but no hot cocoa ( though the attendant said she did have packets she could get for us). The location of the hotel is good, with a Starbucks in the lobby opening into the attached mall. The mall itself is kind of sad, not a lot to recommend it, but you can walk through it to get to First Ontario Center, very convenient for attending an event there (which is the only reason we were in Hamilton). I’ver read a lot of comments about how this is a terrible, scary area, but we did not find it so – we walked to nearby restaurants for dinner and didn’t feel uncomfortable.

What I didn't like was the factor that when I get done making the phone calls to making sure I have my room booked and all I had to do was just show up was showing my bank card and my proof of ID they didn't bother to technically to tell me that I had to put down a down payment a security deposit and they didn't tell me if I needed a MasterCard or what until I was there which I really wish they would have cuz I would have brought my one card I asked all of this to them before my trip they said I don't need anything else but my bank card and my proof of ID that was it they could have least told me that I had to have a certain type of card for a security deposit

It was a beatiful and spacious room and the staff was helpful. I loved having access to the mall through the lobby.

I didn't like how there was no vending machines on the floor I was staying on. I did not see the vending machines in the lobby until I was leaving, and even if I saw them earlier, I don't know if I would have wanted to go down the whole elevator to get a drink.

The beds are very comfortable and pillows very comfortable!

The elevator was not working for two days ; which is a real problem for a dance competition

The location is excellent for the purpose of our visit

One of the three elevators was down but there were a number of conferences in the area that resulted in long lineups for the elevators

Such a bad location with a lot of drug heads around no support for the staff concerning things to do in the town, hotel facilities ( gym restaurants etc) Even for simple tasks as help with wifi connection and payment invoice they didn’t have any good will and I need to request more than twice .

For 300 a night the room I got was run down, no clock, TV was slow, tub water was very loud, hallways smelled really bad.

Had staff and other hotel patrons belittle and make threatening remarks about my daughter who was crying because we had to leave for a family emergency. She is six years old and a another guest said to a staff member at reception " its fine if we murder the kid right" and the reception staff laughed and agreed with the other patron.

I am writing to highly commend Michelle, a server in your lobby bar. We have visited your venue three times this past month for Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, and Rod Stewart, and she has consistently been the highlight of our experience. Despite the bar being clearly understaffed, Michelle manages her workload with incredible grace and a positive attitude. Her work ethic and dedication to customer service are exceptional—in fact, she is the primary reason we choose to return. She is a tremendous asset to your team and truly deserves formal recognition for her hard work.

The staff was excellent. On the first night we ordered room service and the food was a good value, but the staff who brought it was very kind and a delight. Both mornings in the executive lounge we were met with a very kind staff member as well. We were attending a show and this hotel was placed perfectly for us to be able to walk there.

We were there for only a short stay and this hotel fit our nedds.

My daughter in law dropped her keys and they fell through the crack down the elevator shaft. The staff were very unhelpful. They said they could call the elevator company but she would be charged $500.00

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel after attending a concert at the TD Coliseum. The hotel provides a very welcoming atmoshpere, a lovely decor, well appointed renovated rooms, a quaint dining room (Chagalls) and a prime location in downtown Hamilton. The customer service was impeccable in every department. I would like to specifically thank the Director of Front Office Services, Joesph Borges, for his warm welcome and attention to detail. As a travel agent, I have the opportunity to stay at many hotels. With that being said, I would rate my experience at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel very highly. I will definitely recommend this property to my clients and plan to return whenever I find myself in the Hamilton area. Job well done! (Thank you as well to the amazing Food and Beverage Manager, Joe, for looking after me so well. You are the best!!!!!)

Great location for events at the coliseum, the beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly, attached to the little mall good to grab food if needed without having to go into town. Clean hotel.

Area although good for the coliseum is a bit sketchy. We had no issues ourselves, but I wouldn’t want to be outside the hotel area alone. Not the hotels issue of course.

Excellent location. Great feature in that Hotel was actually connect to a shopping Mall and was located next to an entertainment location. Also had an indoor swimming pool. Location of hotel was easy to get to and leave in car.

Well, the indoor parking was value for money but for a new visitor, challenging to drive and park in.
