I think our garbage did not get emptied as it was full when we entered our room, however the room had a kitchen and the garbage was under the sink so it probably got forgotten, but still gross. I forgot to mention it on checkout.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We really appreciated the social event on Wednesday evening with the snacks (big and good one !) and drinks especially after a long day visiting Toronto. The suite was very huge and kitchen well equipped. The gym was clean and the swimming pool was perfect for our child. My parents really enjoyed this night. If I could have stayed longer I would’ve definitely stayed. The personnel were very kind and helpful.
The mattress of the sofa bed was not comfy at all and looked very old. For one night, that’s ok though.

Given the high nightly rate, the overall experience fell far short of basic hospitality expectations. *Exorbitant and Confusing Parking Fees: Charging an additional $50 per night for parking is entirely unreasonable, especially considering how incredibly confusing it was to navigate the parking area to the hotel guest destination. Clear signage should be a given, not a maze that guests have to figure out just to be hit with a massive fee. *Lack of Amenities: For a hotel in this price tier, it was highly disappointing to find that the room lacked even basic amenities, such as a minibar or a selection of drinks. Between the overpriced room rate, the frustrating parking situation, and the lack of standard in-room comforts, I did not receive the value I paid for. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The only small issue was that I had asked to do something nice for our anniversary for my wife. Unfortunately there was small mix up with the order I was requesting. They made up for it upon checking out of the motel. Hom

Das Zimmer war alt und abgewohnt, es hat gemüffelt und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, da die Fenster nicht z zu öffnen waren. Das Frühstück ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, es gab kein gescheites Brot oder Baguette, Marmelade oder Wurst. Die Lager ist vielleicht gut, wer nachher Hamilton Downtown möchte, die Gegend ist aber sehr heruntergekommen. Würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

The toilet in our room DID NOT FLUSH. Simple tissues would not go down. I had to take a shit the public washroom on the mezzine level.

The couch is ripped, the office chair is ripped. The whole key card scanning to get anywhere.
