The room was not clean at all, and some of the furniture was broken. The tables and other surfaces were also covered in dust. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and one staff member even yelled at me for no apparent reason. The room service was terrible. We often had to wait at least an hour to receive what we requested, and sometimes our requests were completely ignored. What was even more concerning was that staff entered our room to clean it despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on the door. This was a serious lack of respect for our privacy. On top of that, the standard of housekeeping was extremely poor, and the room was not cleaned properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

things I did not like strait to the point: - you go up to the lobby by escalator and come down by stairs. - the elevators are located in one side of the building, they look old and are ALWAYS busy. - no amenities in the bathroom except the shampoo and buddy shower. - the room cleaning is bare minimum. - long walk to the room. - the attached pic was my room view when I checked in and they charged me 10 pounds per night to change the room to street view. - overall the hotel is very pricy for what it offers.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Alışveriş için mağazalara çok yakın bir konumda. 2dk yürüme mesafesinde metro ve Hyde Park var. Ana cadde üstünde bir otel. Odası gayet geniş ve temizdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Hatta kasım da ki ziyaretimiz için tekrardan buraya rezervasyon yaptırdım. kahvaltı almadık onun hakkında yorum yapamayacağım.

Jemler and Manour (not sure if i spell it correctly or not) the Deputy managers were immediately in action once u need them, highly rated hotel and excellent staff

أعجبني قرب الفندق من شارع اكسفورد ومن المحلات المهمة مثل السيلفرج ومارك اند سبنسر، وأهم شيء حقيقة هو وجود بقالة في الفندق

المصاعد تتوقف في الدور الاول (الاستقبال) وعند رغبتك في النزول للأرضي والشارع تنزل درج طويل وهذا لا يناسب من عنده مشاكل في الركب، نعم يوجد مصعد الخدمة للنزول للأرضي لكنه يمتلئ بالعمال والأغراض. علما انه يوجد درج متحرك للصعود فقط.

أسوأ ما رأيت أن عاملة تنظيف الغرف ( الهاوس كيبنج ) بعد تنظيف الحمام الغير جيد تنشف الحمام والأرضية بمناشف الوجه التي نستعملها وثار غضبي مما رأيت وسألتها فقالت ستتغسل لا يوجد مشكله

في قلب اكسفورد وقريب من كل المطاعم والجمعيات ومحطة ماربل ارتش والهايد بارك

لا شيء تجربة روعة وليست اول مرة هذي ثالث مرة لي وراح اكررها اكثر بعد

Great location. Check in handled very efficiently by Ben. We requested an upgrade he found us a nice room overlooking Oxford Street. Since our last stay which was a few years ago the windows have been upgraded and there was absolutely no outside noise. The air conditioning in the room was very good. Staff were very nice. Always greeted with a smile and very courteous service.Special mention to Ben on reception and Rishi in the bar.

Would have liked a wider choice of gluten free options. There were only a couple of gf options on the bar menu I could have. I ordered the pizza which was delicious but would've liked to have a wider choice. Quite surprised a hotel of this calibre doesn't offer more gf. The coffee shop also didn't have have a gf selection. There are two guest luggage lifts, one of which was out of service. Leave plenty of time when leaving as it there can be a lengthy wait.

Out of my 5 nights stay; 1- the ONLY toaster in breakfast restaurant was totally out of service for at least 3 days thus we had to eat cold breads! 2-one of lift was totally out of service causing chaos for at least 4 days. IS THIS HOTEL SHORT OF MONEY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS? 3- We used Executive room for 3 persons. My adult daughter could not tolerate uncomfortable sofa bed. We had to call reception on our first night at around 10pm to find alternative solution. I found out from their staff NO housekeeper works at this late. 4- Same breakfast menu everyday

Stayed in room 853.It was very quiet being on the 8th floor at the rear end. Had a paid upgrade offer to Executive King room from Executive Deluxe.which we took up. Was supposed to come with complimentary minibar complete with alcoholic drinks as well as free snacks and soft drinks. Ours only had 2 bottles of mineral water. Could have complained but as we had exclusive access to the Executive Lounge to enjoy a breakfast, canapés and drinks throughout the day as part of the upgrade it didn't matter. Room had a Rainfall shower that worked well. Both the Receptionist staff member and the Executive lounge Service member were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Obviously not getting the full mini bar contents. The bed while being large felt a bit lumpy. Don't know if it had a memory foam cover over the mattress that needed replacing, but it was uncomfortable for me. My wife thought ok as it moulded to you. Personally I much preferred the bed we had at Premier Inn the days before.

I am utterly disappointed and will never stay there again. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights - 2 rooms were upgraded at a good price and we were happy about that though it separated us from the 3rd room who were not entitled to breakfast. They put us in 3 rooms where the ac was not working so none of us slept the first night and we are getting a refund for the first night. The second night 1 room was moved, 1 room got fans and we’re happy. I was getting a portable ac. My room was even hotter the second night with this portable ac And again didn’t sleep. Also after the first night, in the morning, I had out the sign for my room to be cleaned. No one did!! And then when I left again at 1600 and I put the DO NOT Disturb sign they went in and cleaned my room😡😡😡 We had to keep redoing to the reception chasing the change of one room and the portable ac. It was all terrible. Travelling for a couple of days and having all these problems

The hotel very bad and not clean and bad smell from the toilet and I talk with them and they said that is a available, also the staff not respected the guest and talking in the near of the rooms too much. To sum up, in this value I will go to another hotel and clean hotel, never ever next time I will stay in this hotel.

wonderful hotel with excellent service and a truly enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist, Maryam, was disappointing. We felt that the way she communicated and handled the situation was not professional or welcoming. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable, which negatively affected our overall experience. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to help improve the level of customer service in the future.

The rooms were not as clean as they should be there was little bugs all over the rooms crawling, the reception was not as nice and understanding as they should be after a long flight , they gave us a rooms without a protective door chain and I asked for one and they said they will send someone to put a protection chain on the door and they didn't, the reception was treating me like a rival and said this is isn't going well for our first time and kept saying it and I ignored her because i do admit I was tired from the long flight and I was a bit angry but the thing is I have a hearing aid and my voice is abit loud because I can't hear her voice and she thought I was being loud and I told her this and she kept saying this isn't going well for our first interaction, i didnt curse her or shout at her i was just saying no no our rooms must be next to each other i asked for her and she kept saying i understand please calm down you dont need to shout and i didnt ,I asked specifically for our rooms to be next to each other and she said it's not happening the hotel is fully booked which is a lie because the hotel was pretty empty , she said i can give you one room in different floors so three people in three different floors , i declined, she said then two next to eachother and one far away , she was not as nice as she should be , they said she was the manager which shocked me because imagine if this was the manager then how is the staff, the other bald recipient guy was screaming at people like we were at a school cafeteria QUE QUE PLEASE he was so rude . I would never ever stay at this hotel again even though I have been here six times . People are paying for a good hotel that is not cheap and still getting bad reception.

Cleaning is very poor , and not consistent. Sometimes ur room is missed and left un cleaned. No coffee capsules refill provided ! Dusting was not done well at all as u could see dusty surfaces in the room.

break fast need to improve last year better than now i booked through booking with non refundable after that need to change the date i called to booking costumer service some one name james daryl changed for me but my room with breakfast originally but he removed by mistake . i contacted thistle the reservation team said you booked the room with third part company we can not to add breakfast from our side contact to booking , booking said we removed by mistake but we can not to add again when check out send email with bill to us to refund but No body Answered me till now !!!!!!

الريسبشن متعاونين وبالاخص الموظف اسلام كان جدا لطيف ومتعاون الموقع جدا رائع الفندق مليان خليجيين وهذا بالنسبه لي يحسسني بالامان والراحه فيه الة قهوه ويحطون مويه وبيبسي وشاي وقهوه وحليب كل يوم❤️

استلمنا الغرفه ماكانت نظيفه وفيها اكل متناثر في الارض بقايا المستأجر السابق المغسله كانت تحتاج صيانه وجانا المسؤول قال بكره الصباح برسل لكم الصيانه وطلع، جلسنا كم يوم وطلعنا من الفندق والمغسله ما انعمل لها صيانه اذا اتصلنا على الريسبشن او الهاوس كيبنق مااحد يرد فنضطر كل مابغينا شي يا ننزل او نقول للهاوس كيبنق اذا طلعنا وشفناه متواجد في نفس الدور الاطلاله كانت على مَنوَر او مكان تكييف واضطرينا نخلي الشبابيك مقفله كل الوقت

Bien situé, propre. Chambre correcte avec bon lit et bonne literie et grandes serviettes.

Le personnel n’est pas bien formé, ils doivent aller chercher des autorisations pour presque tout! Et les règles changent en cours de route. Les concierges ne sont pas tous bons à donner des informations d’itinéraires. Le service au bar est sympa mais sous la norme pour un établissement de ce prix.

الفندق فديم جدا وغير مجدد والسعر مبالغ فيه على هالاثاث والسجاد القديم الغرفة تكيفها متغير انت وحظك يوم بارد ممتاز ويوم حار وماكو احد يسويه وما عرفنا ننام بالحر 3 ليالي لانه يقول غرفتكم آخر الممر والغاز مايوصل لها الماي الساخن بالحمام ساخن جدا لدرجه الاحتراق ولا يوجد ماي بارد وماعرفنا نستخدمه لمدة يومين وبعدها صلوحه لنا قايمة الطعام بالغرف مكتوب فيها مسموح الطلب ل2 الفجر لما اتصلنا قال المطعم يغلق 10 ليلا المنظر من الغرفه سيء على اسطح عمارات مجاوره ازعاج كل يوم من النزلاء حيث الغرف لا توجد عوازل وكل الأصوات نسمعها من الأطفال والعوايل الخليجين شي مزعج جدا

حجزت عن طريق الموقع غرفتين ستاندرد واحنا 5 اشخاص وعند وصولنا متعبين من السفر قالوا الفندق محجوز بالكامل وخيروني من ايجاد فندق بديل او اعطائي غرفة اكبر لليلة واحدة. طبعاً فضلت اني ابقى بنفس الفندق بما ان معنا اطفال ولم يتم تعويضي
