طريقة نظام الخروج يجب ان يكون الساعه 11 لايمهلون الضيف نص ساعه الريسبشن وقت الذروه موظف واحد والمنطقه اصبحت مقاهي شيشه ويكثر فيها السرقات منطقة الماربل ارش اكسفورد ادجونروود عفا عنها الزمن

The drains in our room gave us constant trouble. They were blocked on arrival, which was subsequently fixed by staff. Then an absolutely FOUL sulphurous odor emanated from them, almost like stale urine. Staff came and tipped some deodorant down the drain, but it had minimal effect.

Location is the only redeming quality of this hotel. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of items, but the produce quality is terrible.

If this is a 4-star rated hotel, the standard star rating system is no longer relevant. Hotel is extremely busy and loud, with masses of people constantly coming and going. Rooms are small, terribly outdated, poorly furnished, and lacking basic amenities. Bed is way too soft, and the shower is pretty much unusable, since the shower nozzle is small and fixed to the front panel, without the rain shower or a hand-held. The sound-proofing from the corridor is non-existent, so you will constantly be woken up by the housekeeping or by people just going around and and talking. To boot, I upgraded to the "Hyde park view" room, which looked straight into a wall of the building accross the street. When asked if I got the right type of room, the answer was "All the rooms on that side are Hyde park view rooms, but the amount of view you're getting is the luck of the draw" - classy stuff all the way. For a 300+ pounds per night, absolutely not recommended.

حجزت غرفة عائلية ولكن انصدمت من ضيق الغرفة مافيه مكان حتى احط اغراضي ! الغرفة العائلية على اساس انها ل 4 اشخاص ولكن المكان فعليًا يتحمل شخصين فقط ..!!! احنا 3 وكنا جدًا متضايقين من المساحة كذلك النظافة اعطيها 8/10 لان فيه الشعيرات الغبار على بعض قطع الاثاث مثل الابجورات القريبة من السرير وهالشيء تعبني بالعطاس لان عندي حساسية من الاغبرة الشيء الايجابي صراحة 2 اولًا موقعه جدًا جدًا رائع ثانيًا آمن بإذن الله لان محد يقدر يستخدم الاصنصير الا ومعه بطاقة للغرفة

The location was great, near Oxford Street and Edgware Road, and everything was wonderful. As a loyal guest, I stay at this hotel every year.

I am writing to share my genuine disappointment with this stay at Hotel the . Unlike my previous experiences, the staff this time were unhelpful and unwelcoming, which is a first for us here. Additionally, the VIP lounge is a major letdown compared to last year; it has become much smaller, lacks variety in food and facilities, and no longer justifies the room rate. I strongly advise canceling this small lounge and turning the space into a children's play area instead.

The bathroom didn't have a small hand mirror attached. That's all.

I stayed at the Cumberland for one night due to the cancellation of my flight. The room was a bit small for the price I paid but the staff at every level were exceptionally helpful. The location was amazing too.

The size of the room for the price I paid. Because I had booked it on such short notice it was quite pricey. I booked it because I needed a one night stay and many of the hotels I looked at would not accept a one night stay. Also I did not know London very well and chose The Cumberland because I knew the area.

تصرف بعض الموظفين مثلا عند الخروج طلبت ساعتين اضافيه مدفوعة الاجر 60 باوند وقبل بدء الوقت المضاف حضر موظف وقام بطردنا وتهديدنا بأحظار الامن وكان اسلوبه جدا متعالي وبذيئ وعند حضور الامن ومخاطبة الرسبشن قامو بالاعتذار والذي قام بطردنا اختفى حتى غادرنا الفندق

خدمه الضيافه VIP تفتقر للاحترافيه حيث تعتبر القاعه مكان لتناول المشروبات الساخنه وعند سؤال النادله عن سبب بروده الجهاز ( سخان الماء ) اجابت وبكل برود ان الجهاز عطلان منذ فتره لن ولم يتم اصلاحه

Beim Einchecken waren unsere Daten nicht, wie bei unserer Abreise am 6/9 bereits kommuniziert, nochmals inkl eMail eingegeben werden, was dauerte.

The size of the room, too small for a family room and the bathroom was VERY small. We only had 2 teeny tiny drawers and the closet was also small.

We paid 6000 sterling pounds for this bad view. We request connecting rooms or two rooms in the same floor. The only option they gave us is this bad view

Best Hotel if you want best location. Room is quite small but clean. Location is the best everything near you Edgware/Oxford/etc. Staff from receprion check in / check out / & all hotel staff including outside & inside hotel are polite friendly and ready to help you with anything. Will definitely book again if come to London

Excellent location, breakfast is great, the entire team particularly the concierge team is amazing! Special mention to the Filipino staff at the concierge team who was very helpful when we checked out. Our next visit to London and we will surely stay at The Cumberland again!

The location is awesome. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel's music theme is great. Big room with view of the Marble Arch right over the road. Loads of power sockets.

The shower pressure is weak. A lot of noise from outside on weekend nights but this was due to central location.

I had a wonderful stay at The Cumberland London. Its central location near Oxford Street was perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the modern atmosphere and friendly, professional staff made the experience even better. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

This was not my first stay at The Cumberland Hotel, and once again, the overall experience was very good and satisfactory from all perspectives. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages. It is perfectly situated in the heart of London, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Marble Arch Underground Station, with plenty of taxis normally available directly outside the hotel’s main entrance. This makes getting around London extremely convenient, particularly when traveling with a family. The reception and lobby areas are usually busy and lively, which gives the hotel a very active and enjoyable atmosphere. At the same time, I found the hotel's overall environment and security to be very good and suitable for families. The rooms have been recently renovated, are clean and comfortable, and I believe the room sizes are more than suitable when the correct room category is selected based on the number of guests staying in the room. During this particular stay, I faced some challenges with my booking because unexpected and significant changes to our airline schedule forced me to book different room types for different parts of our stay. However, I would particularly like to recognize Mr. Richard at Reception, who was extremely professional and helpful. He understood our situation, provided the necessary support, and successfully resolved the issues for us in a very positive and professional manner. His assistance made a real difference to our stay. I would also like to highlight the professionalism and positive attitude of the hotel’s Pullman/porter team, particularly Mr. Sofyan, who provided excellent assistance to me and my family throughout our stay. His helpful attitude and support were highly appreciated. Finally, for families traveling with children, based on my personal experience, I found the Family Room particularly comfortable and practical for a family of four. The unavailability of the Shattaf Hand Sprayer adjacent to the toilet seat is the only negative point.

The first room we got was dirty and smell like cigarettes. Then we got transferred to another room, which was the room we stayed in. The hard rock hotel used to be my favorite hotel in London (been there more than 10 times), this was my first time at the Cumberland hotel. Our second room was dirty as hell, stained bed, dirty and moldy shower (in which the shower screw was broken so it was hard to set the water to warm). And if that’s not enough at the first day after a long flight I went straight to the bar to get some food. I ordered a glass of wine and a vegan pizza. I received my glass of wine and waited to the pizza. After 30 MINUTES the waiter just remember that they ran out of vegan cheese!!! And at that time it was already too late to get some food outside, so I went to bed hungry and angry. Really that’s a shame. Used to be one of the best hotels and London and this is wat we get from a 5 stars hotel, which felt like 1 star. Never coming back. Awful experience.
