A straightforward hotel that delivers exactly what it promises

The room had enough space to open my suitcase comfortably

The desk space was practical for getting some quick work done

Felt secure and comfortable walking into the building at night

Staff very friendly Excellent location

Más variedad de fruta al desayuno

The room was very clean, comfy beds and lovely bedding. Great storage and a good space, considering 4 of us were in one room, it didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of lights, mirrors and plug sockets. All very modern, fab shower and aircon! Check in was fairly straightforward, and we were very grateful to get early check in!

Leaky bottles of products in the bathroom leading to slippy hand soap on the floor.. The hotel is very busy and like a maze. The entrance/exit was hard to find as there are multiple access points and it's spread out, luggage hold, reception and the lifts are all over the place and not easily explained as a first time stayer at this hotel. Breakfast included was rather chaotic in the Tyburn restaurant; busy, no order for queing at the buffet so people all over the place, cold coffee, good selection of food but not great quality.

Close amenities, Edgware and Paddington stations. Food was freely available. Ease of transport was a big factor.

The room was really far. Housekeeping was always late. We got home after 6pm everyday and the room was never made up or only just getting finished.

Hyvä aamupala ja ihan hyvä sänky. Tilava huone. Ei kuulunut yöllä meteliä.

Huoneessa oli kosteaa ja vähän haisevaa. Johtuu varmaan kokolattiamatosta.

Bardzoe miła obsługa, duży pokój

Check in process was good, the check in guy was helpful. The doorman (Saba) was very helpful.

The servicing of the room was appalling. We stayed three nights and had to request for our room to be serviced on the first day. It was finally done at 4pm. Servicing was never fully completed over 3 days. e.g dirty dishes left, no replenishment of tea, coffee or water. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night, it was unacceptable. They adjusted the bill and didn't charge for one meal. The location meant we had to take the train to most of the places we wanted to visit.

Konumu

Banyoda ve lavaboda sabun ve şampuan yoktu ve 4 gece kaldım ve sabun ve şampuan konmadı

The shower was broken and the view was blocked with cough holding, and we asked them to change the room, but they didn’t have any availability. The cleanliness factor was also okay. Nothing exceptional for the price they have the location

The bathroom was very small as compared to the room and it didn’t feel like it’s a Hilton hotel. It felt like some normal hotel.

Clean room and comfortable bed

Everything’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing

Spacious room & hotel very well situated

Not so clean, with what it seems blood splatter over one of the bed & accumulated dust in the roof of the bathroom. In addition, the toilet was blocked for a whole day...

Good location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, very helpful staff.

Clean

Bad looking cation

Close to Paddington Train Station.

Too noisy, too crowded.

All was good, however we expected some smoked salmon at the breakfast and there wasnt.

All was good

Additional tea bags, glasses and towels

Not a lot

Long check in queues When coming back late to check in no rooms near each other The area is very run down and quite scary! The staff were moody and not helpful

Location

No ironing board

Location is fairly handy for Oxford street/ regent street shops.

The first room was very very tired, mould all over bathroom ceiling, shower curtain pole broken, hairs on floor, dirty toilet pan. No shampoo is room. On the wall there was only shower gel and conditioner! Would not stay here again. It’s not for tourists….. it’s only for business people just there for a conference!

The vibe

While we were sleeping in the morning we were hearing some workers instructions

Desayuno variado.

El barrio en el que se encontraba. Suciedad y pobreza alrededor.

Localização e conforto

Elevador demora demais!

Location

Rooms

Part of the room was renovated. Room sizable

Elevators only work 50%, the room door barely opens, only little water, construction everywhere Staff does not take any action or responsibility, too many people, full everywhere

Bad service. People were rude. Extremely expensive. Rooms were old fashioned and out of maintenance.

Clever interior touches made storing luggage very easy

Anlam veremedim.

On pouvait facilement héler un taxi juste devant l'entrée

Good location

Unwilling to downgrade my room from king to basic twin. I booked king bed thinking they could make it in twin room, as i was travelling with my autistic teenage daughter. However they werent willing to do this unless i paid another £80 for a downgraded room!!

Tired room. Very bad drain smell. Run down hotel in the area where my room was.

A peaceful refuge in the middle of a busy city

Friendly helpful staff, close to shops and transport links.

The heating unit kept the chill away completely

Taxis were easy to hail right outside the entrance

The location is excellent, right on edgware Street. Everything is nearby: Arabic restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies—you name it, you'll find it right on the street. It's also close to Oxford Street (about a 10-12 minute walk), Hyde Park (25 minutes walk), and the boating area (12 minutes walk). The elevator is excellent and fast. There are two elevators, and two more have been installed and are ready for use. The hotel is very quiet; there's no disturbance in the surrounding rooms, and the soundproofing is excellent. If you request something, the response is fairly quick. Accommodation for a couple

Cleaning is done daily but very poorly, without any effort. For example, they just throw the tea and sugar on the table as if they were carelessly placed there. There are no slippers, no toothpaste or toothbrush, and no bathrobe. The room is small, but not extremely small; there's space for two suitcases and a place to pray. The reservation fee is £50 per night.

A dependable lodging choice that delivers consistency

Room is clean and modern, but small.

Check in was really disappointing, hotel asked me to come back later and could not warn me when room is ready. Facilities are super busy and breakfast is a crowd disaster. Room is clean but fairly small, walls are very thin and elevators not very quick. Much of the hotel is under renovation so take into account.

Transparent and honest advertising, what you see is what you get

Situacio

Llit

All lights, locks, and appliances functioned seamlessly

The ambiance was relaxed and very easy to settle into

Lage sehr gut, nahe Tube und Paddington. Frühstücksbuffet (Qualität der Speisen)

Frühstücksbuffet leider bereits bei moderater Hotelbelegung unzureichend dimensioniert. Viele Speisen konnten nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt werden. Preis jedoch hoch.

Staff brilliant excellent service, its been refurbished Breafast was brilliant, excellent overall

Extra blankets were stored neatly in the wardrobe

Uncomplicated check-in procedure that took under a minute

Neat, functional, and very straightforward accommodation

Cleanliness, breakfast was ok

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable

Location and wonderful staff

Don’t remember

Taxis and public transit are easily accessible outside

Location is good. Very near the tube, supermarkets and food.

The hotel is super dated. Only part that’s modern is the Ground level where the reception is at. Hotel is also undergoing renovation. There’s a musty smell on level 5 where our room was located and room looked very old along with toilet. We had used the cups provided by the hotel for our morning coffee but the cups were not washed or replaced when we got back. It was simply rinsed and we could still see the coffee/ drink stains in the cups and on the spoons.

Location

Check in staff is fine. Other staffs have no smile all the time.

Privacy was well maintained throughout the entire booking

Housekeeping respected personal items and kept things neat

Ventilation in the room was fresh and pleasant
