I love the architecture! The shuttle service to the Disneyland park is honestly the best feature and I love how it’s included in the price! The rooms are beautiful and a great deal.

I think the bathrooms could be remodeled and cleaner. I don’t like how the guests don’t receive complementary toiletries and products in the bathrooms as well. I think there should be water bottles in the fridges as well. I also think the breakfast buffet should be included because it was very overpriced.

When it was hot outside and the bus was hot inside too. Also the pool water was salty.

Easy to get to and from Disneyland on the Shuttle. Love all the channels when I want to just relax.

Went to the Angels games. If the games run a little long. No place in property to get a dinner after 10p. But the Chiicken Salad sandwich held me to morning.

The staff here are amazing. Everyone is friendly not one person is just phoning it in. Check-in is quick and easy. The rooms are comfortable have yet to have a room that doesn’t have a pretty view.

It’s a convenient place to stay near Disneyland with a free shuttle the staff is really nice and welcoming.

I have stayed here quite a few times but this may be my last. When I went into my room all I could smell was mildew. I look at the windows seal and it had mildew all along the frame, there were a few strands of hair and other particles on the bed. I was able to switch into another room with no problem, so the staff were accommodating. Was it a big difference in cleanliness, not really. It’s not secret that it is outdated and could use some improvement, but the mildew issue is the biggest concern.

I loved the trolley service, but they could be a little bit more efficient, especially when providing trolley service at night

I love that they had a shuttle and that the shuttle drivers were very patient! My husband and I have a double stroller and three little ones! I was very appreciative of the drivers .

We love staying here every time we go to Disney, the shuttle to and from Disney is great!

The location and transportation to Disney was perfect! Exactly what we needed. The overall look and theme of the hotel was just magical. I loved the Disney movie screenings on the Friday night. The type of information would have been nice prior so we could have arranged our arrival time better to take part in this.

When I asked the person checking us in if we needed to put the parking ticket in the car she said no. Our friends were also staying at the hotel with us and they were told if it wasn’t displayed their car would be towed. This is something that could have gone horribly wrong at the hands of one of your members of staff! Also the dragon teddies on the beds were an extremely cute addition to the rooms. We assumed they were a cute little extra for the kids to take home. Luckily we asked about this as we were then told they must stay in the rooms. This did upset our son quite a lot as he thought it was a little gift for him.

The bed was too soft, the air conditioner air smelled like pee, stains on the ceiling and bathtub, the place is just run down majorly.

Nothing. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t say anything about it but the staff and room were great! Loved the hotel and will definitely choose them again when we go back

The shuttle to and from Disneyland is a great bonus after an long day at the park.

Always clean and amazing friendly staff. The shuttle was super convenient and always helped load our stroller and made sure we were comfortable with our family of 7. The pool was very clean and provided a lot of seating areas for all families. The poolside food and beverages were very very good! Pizza was amazing! The morning buffet had a great staff who were very attentive and the food was fresh and was always good!!! Thank you.

When arriving to the facility, we noticed the AC in our room was not working and that our room was not cleaned the way it should have been (there was cereal throughout the floor from I don’t know when and bed sheets were dirty) We asked to be moved to a different room since we arrived to the hotel with kids and it was 90 something degrees. They first said there was no room available then when speaking to someone else they said they would move us to a different room, while adding a discount and not charge for their parking. We figured it was a good compromise. When going to check out, they mentioned that they were never going to give us a discount (which is a lie) and that since they moved us to a different room then there was no problem. Please don’t stay here if you want to have a nice vacation🙂

Pagamos por 3 habitaciones 2 de las cuales no les servía el aire acondicionado. 3 noches pasamos calor por que los de mantenimiento no pudieron arreglar el aire . No tenían habitaciones para movernos , nos llevaron dos ventiladores. Una habitación tenía cucarachas . Durante los 4 días que estuvimos no hicieron servicio al cuarto . Uno de los cuartos tenía una gotera . 12 personas incluyendo dos bebés .

The very very outdated rooms , the elevators were very sketchy and delayed . Very hot hallways , entryways & elevators.

Très bel hôtel de l’extérieur ainsi que l’accueil. Il est très proche de Disneyland. Par contre je trouve les chambres un peu vieillissante et pas à la hauteur de l’extérieur de l’hôtel et de l’accueil qui sont vraiment somptueux.

The pillows are either old or just bad, some were just flat others were very lumpy with large foam pieces. Large cockroach in the bathroom 3rd night. Dirty shower head, low water pressure, hair in the drain, low draining tub. Rooms need to be more sound proof for the nightly fire works.

Ok so this hotel was booked for a college move in. I didn’t know it was a Disney ‘friend’ hotel and had zero need fo use the shuttle so my review is based purely as a hotel guest. Lobby - large and spacious and quite cute Check in staff- super friendly Parking - spacious Room - so this is very large but was tired. The lobby area and elevator was a little smelly. We didn’t have any housekeeping for the 3 nights. I paid under $500 for 3 nights including parking. To get a free shuttle to Disney - frankly this value is great. BUT you have to set your expectations We didn’t use any of the restaurants but did use the cafe / shop. Really nice people but typical bad grab and go to be found all over basic Anaheim hotels. I wasn’t expecting much so no complaints there. There were smiling children who were just excited to be going to Disney which puts life into perspective a little when the the bagel is a little processed instead of freshly baked! Would I choose it again? Probably not. Am I disappointed in the stay? No. Because I literally needed a big bed to sleep in and the bed was very comfortable

Only one elevator and it was very hard to walk far to the rooms since im handicap . Lots of photo areas which was super nice and your bartender Danny was absolutely wonderful . Super professional quick on drinks and super nice .

I like the view, and the staff were friendly

The room I stayed in was next to the freeway, loud cars passing by, the bathroom was awful, the shower sink smelled bad, every time I walked into the bathroom you can smell it, it was gross. I was thinking about calling and switching rooms but wasn’t sure if it was possible since I came late.

Wasn't properly stocked with towel for 3 people for 3 days. The breakfast is very expensive for continental breakfast so we ordered and it was not great.

The front desk was nice. In general the staff was nice. Having the shuttle to Disneyland was nice.

The hotel was not that clean. Especially our room. Hair was in the sink, gum was in our toilet when we first walked in. There was a thick layer of dirt along the floor board in the bathroom. The beds were terrible felt like sleeping on springs. The cleaners placed our remote under a cushion? And we couldn’t find it until the very last day. Overall the cleanliness of the place was bad enough that I would never book here again.

The facility was amazing! Just a 15 minute walk from downtown disney entrance! The grounds were well kept and nice to walk around. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable.

I chose this hotel not only for the location but also it says the rooms have been renovated but the rooms that we got were not ☹️ And our rooms were located towards the back Ana we had to make several turns which is quite confusing before we reach our rooms

Stains on floors and ceilings. Not a single ice machine worked. fortunately, the people in the deli were nice enough to give us ice. Some of our parties rooms were musty / stinky.

Loved how close it was to Disneyland, the friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and the ease of using the shuttle to and from the park. It was also close to the Aquarium of the Pacific and the beach.

Stayed in the Junior Suite which was a great size with a family of 4. Close to Disneyland with free shuttle service. Would stay there again.

I love the comfort of the rooms. I always request a bottom floor room.

An inclusive breakfast would make it my first choice each time. The breakfast I ordered from the restaurant was just ok. I would opt to eat at Disneyland instead. But the sushi restaurant is amazing. Pricey, but super tasty.

El restaurant es tipo buffet, tiene cosas básicas pero bastante buenas y por un precio super accesible (22usd x pax). Los fuegos artificiales de Disneyland se ven desde la piscina. Tiene transporte hacia los parques de Disneyland que estan muy cerca.

Yo reserve por Booking 2 noches, después por un tema de trabajo cambie la estadía por la web a 1 noche, cuando llego al check-in me dicen que mi reserva sigue siendo 2 noches y no me dieron ningún apoyo y que debo hablar con Booking. Hable con Booking y ellos me indican que el hotel no acepto mi cambio pero nadie me lo informo. En ese momento yo tenia cancelación gratuita, podría haber cancelado perfectamente y hacer una nueva reserva para una noche. No me explico porque un hotel aliado de Disney con la calidad de servicio que tienen ellos no me ayudaron en lo absoluto y perdí alrededor de 200usd. Por otro lado la piscina tiene agua turbia y si te llega agua a la boca tiene un sabor asqueroso.
