Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Perfectly adequate hotel. Clean.
Check in was a very long process. We had a reservation, we’d given a credit card and ID. Shouldn’t have to stand at that desk for 10 minutes. Also, for a hotel that exists to be near Disneyland (it’s literally named for the Disney main gate), it’s not special in any way. Or fun. Zero magic.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The hotel was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The pool was adequate, jacuzzi was good. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
When we arrived in the late afternoon, we were very hungry and wanted to find a restaurant with decent fare. We were told there was nothing close by and we would have to drive a few miles, which we did. We ended up in a less-than-desirable neighborhood with not-so-good food, but we were hungry and had a child to feed. I would suggest that perhaps the staff compile a list of desirable restaurants with directions for their guests. We was a bit distressing was the discovery that there was a restaurant at the next door Holiday Inn, and the staff did not inform us.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Pool was great, staff was wonderful. I needed another night and they were very accommodating. They had a little map to help people walking to disney. Everyone was so friendly answering questions which I am sure they have heard a million times. Breakfast was great, good hours and lots of oatmeal toppings! Honey!!
I wish the pool was open a little later. It would be nice to go for a swim after a long day at disney. The walking distance from disney was a little longer then advertised. Wish they had some kind of pastry for breakfast.
