Liked everything about hotel food drinks and staff and rooms clean

The only complaint i would really have is there really has to be music around the pool areas

I have just spent 5 wonderful nights at Sindbad Club Hurghada, staying in a Wellness Room, and honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The welcome was more than perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, helpful, and welcoming at all times. The room was very comfortable, the jacuzzi was absolutely excellent, and the view was simply perfect. Everything was designed to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was another highlight. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything I tried was really delicious. The beach is absolutely stunning — it honestly gives you the feeling that you are on a paradise island. The swimming pools and aqua park were also fantastic and added even more fun to the stay. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for exploring Hurghada. Overall, I had an unforgettable stay at Sindbad Club Hurghada. A big thank you to the entire team for making my 5 nights so special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Zumos naturales es lo que falta

Odlicni all inclusive, svega ima, raznovrsni obroci, bar sa klopom na plaži... Savršeni ponton, malo sakriven iza doka na plaži, sa ležaljkama u debeloj hladovini. Kao da ležiš nasred mora, pirka vetric... A ima i pesxana plaza s plicakom. Fin aqua park za decu. Ljubazno osoblje, uvek nasmejani. Dobio sam besplatan prevoz s aerodroma i usao u sobu u 4 ujutru unesto u 14h gratis. Jos nam i dali bolju sobu. Sve savrseno funkcionise preko bookinga. Oduševljen.

Večernji šou je savršen za decu ali za odrasle onako. Na pozornici izvodu neku predstavu, malo sterilno jer je ogromna sala a rasirena i odvojena mesta za sedenje. Ako si u zadnjem redu daleko si od pozornice. Ja bih nagurao malo blize mesta pozornici i organizovao da ima diskotekice na kraju programa. Ali prvi mi je put u Egiptu pa mozda i nema nigde bolje, poredim sa jedinim hotelom u Turskoj u kojem sam bio da je imao vecernji sou (značajno skuplji moram da napomenem). I udaviše me porukama da ostavim recenziju. Ali svakako savrsen hotel za ovu cenu. Verujem da cemo ponoviti ovo letovanje.😀

Hotel fantastico! Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che i bagnini ti trovano il posto in spiaggia o in piscina. Hanno un servizio gratuito che accompagna i clienti a fare le escursioni al molo!! Cibo molto buono e variegato, pulizia effettuata ogni singolo giorno, con annesse bottiglie di acqua lasciate. Merna della guest relation ci ha scritto messaggi durante il soggiorno per chiederci come andava! Che dire, ci ritornerei! Da italiana lo consiglio!

Friendly, proactive staff with kids friendly atmosphere. They arranged for our wedding anniversary. Thanks to all the team ( Mirna the GR, Mina the receptionist, Mohamed & Ragab from the HK , Mohamed from the F&B/pizza station, Mario from F&B bars ) Everything was perfect. Nice room, tasty and a wide selection of food. Whatever your taste you’ll find it.

Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour à l’hôtel, à tel point que nous avons même prolongé notre séjour. Le personnel est très souriant et accueillant, la nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, et le service ainsi que l’ambiance de l’hôtel sont tout simplement magnifiques. L’hôtel est également très proche de la mer, et la plage est superbe, avec une mer très propre. Mais surtout, nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse, la sincérité et la chaleur du personnel. Nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir !

L’hôtel est proche de toute commodité, facilement accessible pour les activités, ainsi que l’aéroport! Nous avons apprécié : L’hospitalité et la disponibilité du personnel ✨ La multitude de choix au niveau de la nourriture, restaurant, libanais, asiatique, italien etc..des animations tous les jours ainsi que le SPA ! Au top 10/10 on recommande vivement !

Room was a bit dated. Tile floor and hard walls in the room made it feel hollow and echo a lot. Add a rug? Pictures on walls?

The hotel location is perfect the beach was great, also the pools and aqua park was great The staff is so helpful, kind, and works really hard for our comfort really, the food is great we didnt try most restaurants But so far we loved the variety of food and the quality too The kids really loved the hotel and the hotel facilities which was the most imp thing to us that they are happy and content ❤️❤️ thank you sindbad for the best vacation in 2026

Only one time we saw a swimming insects in the main pool we didnt use the pool that day but we mentioned the issue to the pool life guard team and they assured us that they will handle the issue

La plage privée avec son eau cristalline, transats, parasols. La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel en général et surtout Amine et Youstina (parle français) à la réception. Hanny et Merna à l’administration. La propreté des lieux. La diversité des plats. Restaurant bar à la plage génial. La sécurité et la disponibilité à tout moment.

Le manque de communication concernant les activités quotidiennes, restaurants disponibles , plage, billard, commerces, une visite des lieux serait un plus car c’est très grand. - Plage et piscine ferment à 18h00, trop tôt.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons ça c’est sûr. Le personnel est au petits soins, incroyable, on s’attache vraiment à eux. Merna est une perle, elle fait de notre séjour, un moment exceptionnel où on se sent privilégié. Je n’ai pas le nom de tout le personnel, mais tout le monde sans exception est incroyable. Il mérite tout une augmentation ! Merci encore à Merna pour sa gentillesse ! La nourriture est excellente et la propreté également.

J’aurais peut-être aimé avoir un lit plus confortable, mais c’est vraiment un détail.

Staff were friendly. All inclusive. Several pools. Aqua park. Thai, Italian and Middle East à la carte. Buffet restaurant and good breakfast.

Only one proper coffee machine (close to reception). And it didn’t open until 08.30 so we could never have a good coffee for at breakfast. They did make an exception twice and we got coffee at 8.00 and event company come 08.15 Our room was close to entertainment area so very noisy until 23.00 Air conditioning was a bit noise and you could not adjust fan speed.

big hotel food is good. high capacity of visitors most of them foreigners but money regarding accommodation is big no the rate is very high for the level of the rooms and the toilets very small rooms clean is normal toilets is not good and i was in the high category the lower category rooms is old and not good enough. so I think is ok but not with this rate not enough electricity source just one between the 2 beds

The location is popular for hotels, so it is in a hot spot. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, TV broken, light broken and worse thing is I forgot an item of clothing and once I got network back I called the hotel right away and it was an ordeal. The hotel is overly crowded and the going for a meal is hectic.

We had a wonderful stay and everything exceeded our expectations. The reception team was welcoming and professional, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were always spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, the swimming pools and aqua park were fantastic, and customer service was outstanding. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Merna, Mina, and Ghali for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and prompt assistance throughout our stay. They truly made our experience memorable. We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad in Sindbad Club. De zwembaden zijn groot, mooi en altijd proper onderhouden, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in het hotel, en vooral het centrale restaurant is een echte aanrader. Elke dag is er een gevarieerd aanbod met vers en lekker eten, zodat er voor iedereen genoeg keuze is. Wat ons het meest is bijgebleven, is het personeel. Iedereen is heel vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam. Ze staan altijd klaar om te helpen en doen hun best om voor elk probleem zo snel mogelijk een oplossing te vinden. Dankzij hun inzet en gastvrijheid voelden wij ons echt welkom. Wij zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf en zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden.

Het hotel is eerder klassiek van stijl en het gebouw is niet meer nieuw, maar alles wordt goed onderhouden. Dat stoorde ons helemaal niet, omdat alles netjes en verzorgd is. Bovendien is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zelfs beter dan we hadden verwacht. De service, het eten en het vriendelijke personeel maken het verblijf meer dan de moeite waard.

The staff will go above and beyond to support you. Merna the guest relations at reception helped us sort out late checkout. All the staff at the restaurant are amazing, very hard working. Plenty of pools to choose from and lots to keep you occupied during your stay.

Some of the slides have a height restrictions of 140cm, which I feel should be 120cm or must be accompanied by an adult as long as the child can swim. Other than that, everything was great. The food on offer in the 2 restaurants was some what repetitive but always something to pick from the variety on offer. The kids food cart can be better placed rather than the corner inside the restaurant which I missed until the last day of our stay.

Il faudrait juste revoir les cocktails qui ne sont pas top top, et éventuellement proposer quelques chose pour le goûter serait un plus.

Wij houden van dit wat kleiner opgezet resort, het is heel knus en gezellig in sindbad, gemengd publiek, terrasje is knus wat iedereen bij elkaar houd en gesprekken onvermijdelijk zijn. Heerlijk hotel en het strand is de mooiste wat ik tot nu toe bij hotels in hurghada heb gezien. Echt n paradijs, je kan heerlijk zwemmen en geen meters lang ondiepte

Het lopen naar de overkant om naar het strand te gaan als het heel erg warm is. De Wc is te ver van het terras als je lekker zit te borrelen

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en wilden alles voor je doen. Uitgezonderd de personen die bij de waterglijbanen stonden.

De king size bed matras is aan vervanging toe. En in de kamers naast de boulevard is het rumoerig , de denping van de ramen is slecht

Het hotel voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Eten was goed en zeer gevarieerd. Animatieteam was heel professioneel. Uitgebreide mogelijkheden wat zwembad, glijbanen en stranden betreft. Cocktails waren goed. En personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, we hebben van dit hotel.

Op het zwembad dat je wilde je een beetje goed liggen al zo ongeveer om 7 uur handdoeken moest leggen. Er door de vele vaste parasols wel veel schaduwplekken waren.

Nous remercions le personnel exceptionnel de cet établissement qui a été au petit soin tout le long de notre séjour. Une réactivité et surtout un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le choix des buffets et la qualité de la nourriture dans les restaurants. Nous avons également apprécier les animations qui étaient proposées durant la journée.

Les coussins étaient trop durs. Il serait préférable de proposer plusieurs sortes de coussins (plus moelleux par exemple).

Lekker eten, wij zijn vegetarisch en hadden voldoende opties! Meer dan genoeg! Ook het personeel was geweldig. Drie plaatsen om te chillen zoals het grote zwembad, golvenbad en het strand. Echt top!

We waren ontzettend tevreden, alleen kraakte het bed erg. Maar ze zouden het zeker opgelost hebben als we er iets van gezegd hadden.

C’était parfait

L'hotel est beau, grand et plutot propre. Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins. Les piscines sont un peu froides (avril) mais on peut quand même s'y baigner, les enfants ont adoré les toboggans. Nous avions une grande suite, très spacieuse, avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, mini bar, salon rien à dire c'était top ! Tres propre et les lits étaient confortables. Le personnel aide à trouver et à installer des transat, c'est très appréciable et agréable. Le restaurant thai à theme est tres bon.. La plage privatisée de l'hotel est super !! Tres bien équipée et les transats sont vraiment bien mis pour se relaxer et profiter de la plage de sable ! Il y a un bureau pour booker des trip en bateau juste à coté, nous avons fait de la banane, c'était super pour les enfants. Il y a des douches sur la plage et les WC sont impeccables

Il y a énormément de bruit la nuit !!!! nous avons eu une 1ere chambre dans un couloir, la porte est si fine qu'on entend les gens respirer dans le couloir, nous avons alors demandé de changer, et avons eu une suite au bout du couloir, donnant sur la rue principale, c'était tout simplement impossible de dormir, sauf entre 2h du matin (quand les klaxons et la musique des voitures s'arretent) et 7h (quand les travaux sur les batiments voisins commencent) - demandez une chambre au bord de la piscine, en bas, pas dans le grand batiment principal. Les buffets ne sont pas variés et la nourriture n'est pas très bonne. Nos 3 filles ont eu la diarhée... Les cocktails sont très bas de gamme, mais c'est un hotel peu cher pour tout le service que l'on en reçoit

Das Essen war gut. Es gab genügend Restaurants. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe und wurde täglich geputzt.

1 buçuk yaşında çocukla seyahat ettik. Uçağımız gece oraya varmıştı. Erken check-in yapmamıza izin verdiler. Tesisi genel olarak temiz. Havuzları yeterli. Yemek çeşitliliği var, lezzeti tartışılır. Personel ilgiliydi. Animasyon ve dans gösterileri güzeldi.

Yatağımız çok kötüydü hiç konforlu değildi eskiydi. Hava serindi akşamları odalarda soğuk oluyordu havalandırmalar yaz moduna ayarlanmış sıcak hava gelmiyordu çocuğumuz üşüdü. Erken check-out yaptık uçak saatimizden dolayı bir lunch box verilebilirdi fakat verilmedi. Alkollü alkolsüz içecekler çeşitli fakat kalitesi düşük.

Staff’s friendliness is by far the absolute best part of the hotel! It is unbelievable how gentle and friendly one can be. Many thanks to all for that. Also the hotel is big and well distributed enough to accommodate all guests in a relatively comfortable way.
