Era habitación para 4 adultos y tuvimos que pedir hasta dos camas porque el sofá era incómodo ( bien si viajas con niños pero no para adultos) no tenía juego de cama completo. Tenían que habernos asignado otra habitación con dos camas dobles desde el principio.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The valet parking was also very helpful. The food was very good, with healthy options made with quality ingredients. The chef even came out to check in on us and gave us some chef hats, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

This is our go to hotel in Toronto. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are always very well presented and tidy. The pool is unmatched.

The only constructive criticism I have is that the revolving doors often stop and trap people in them. While we are used to it now, we inevitably see at least one senior citizen or child get stuck in them whenever we’re there.

Prince at the front desk was very helpful.

Most of the people I spoke with were rude, condescending and did not answer my questions. For example: I specifically booked a garden view room, not a standard room. When I called the front desk, I was told that was an issue with booking.com, not the Sheraton. I have all pertinent screenshots and information. I then had to call because “complimentary wifi” was not working, and we were being forced to sign up for the Bonvoy service in order to use the wifi? We did not want to sign up for something we do not need, nor did we want all of our information given out just to access an amenity that is supposed to come with the room. The woman I spoke to said “well it’s like a Tim Hortons card or a Starbucks card”…. It isn’t, because it’s forcing us to give information for a “rewards program” we will never use. Terrible analogy. When I asked the front desk what time the pool closed, the woman at the front desk looked me up and down and said “10:00”, and I didn’t know what time it was at that exact moment and I said “oh ok, is it closed now?” And she said “….is it after 10:00?” That’s such rude customer service. The entire time we felt like we were bothering the staff there. Not to mention the Valet employee who convinced me to use the service even though I said no originally but then was convinced to add that onto the price I’m already paying, but he then was extremely rude when giving me my key back. I understand tipping is usually accepted but at that point, I had already spent so much money on a room that wasn’t even correct. I will be reaching out to a higher management level. Lastly, the fire alarms went off for several hours at 11:00am, and we got a late check out. When my daughter and her friends went to the pool the following morning, they were told “um I think you ladies are in the wrong place” when they entered an area of the pool (they said they felt racially profiled in that moment.) Just overall an extremely disappointing stay.

Good location to walk to many restaurants.

Staff make the difference is Hospitality, and at Sheraton, Stephen in Reception/Registration was professional, friendly, helpful and anticipatory.

The locationis perfect. It's in front of the city town Hall and close to CF shopping centre.

There is no fridge and peignoir in the room. For a 4 star hote it s eems not so usual.

La vue de la chambre était chouette, sur la CN tower, les enfants ont adorés. La piscine de l'hotel et le sauna sont agréables. En revanche le quartier n'est pas très sur le soir pour sortir avec des enfants.

Nous avons eu une chambre collée aux ascenseurs, donc impossible de dormir sans boule quies meme pour les enfants, le bruit était vraiment insupportable. Le personnel de l'hotel n'est pas agréable. Pour un séjour long, nous avons du réclamer plusieurs fois un ménage dans la chambre. Clairement pas au niveau des autres Sheraton, grosse déception.

Eravamo al 40* piano, affaccio sulla piazza con la scritta Toronto. Davvero affascinante. Letto molto largo (ci abbiamo dormito comodamente con il bimbo), culla a disposizione

65 dollari il parcheggio dell hotel è un po' troppo. Però con quello davanti (collegato all'hotel con tunnell sotterraneo) costa circa 25 dollari

The room and carpet are dirty. Bedding are not properly set up, especially when we arrived. But on 2nd day was good, I asked the housekeeping to clean the room.

The location of this was relatively decent. The staff was excellent.

The carpets were stained and rooms outdated (this is not a reflection of the staff as they did a good job of keeping the place clean). Very noisy from the events at the park nearby especially at night. Over priced for what it was. The internet was not free as it would ask for a payment method as soon as you logged in. I along with multiple other guests struggled with the elevator and key every single time.

Prenotata Suite poiché eravamo in 4 . Inizialmente assegnata camera standard . Dopo rimostranze assegnata Suite( con caratteristiche diverse rispetto a quanto mostrato in foto) , e accanto a stanza motori condizionamento hotel rendendo difficile il sonno. Nessuna disponibilità a cambiarci stanza .

Union Stationから地下で繋がっており、レストランや観光施設へも概ね徒歩圏内と大変便利な立地でした。 建物は古く感じましたが、部屋は改装それているようで綺麗でした。 特にベッドの寝心地は良かったです。

予定のチェックイン時間を過ぎてから訪問しましたが、部屋の準備がまだ出来ていなくて1時間半ほど待たされましたが、レセプションでは当然のように説明されただけで謝罪も全くありませんでした。 夜に廊下をいると部屋の清掃が行われていたので、人手不足なのかもしれません。 部屋を入ると排水溝の臭いが酷かったので、持っていた香水を振って誤魔化しました。

Ubicación en el centro de Toronto, pudiendo ir andando a la mayoría de sitios de interés. La habitación muy amplia. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpias. En la habitación hay cafetera, plancha, nevera y todos los días dejan botellines de agua, lo cual es de agradecer.

El hotel está muy bien pero el precio que se paga es muy alto, por lo que no era de esperar que las instalaciones fuesen peores.

The location is excellent, the view from our room amazing, staff member who checked us in extremely pleasant and accommodating, any staff member we came in contact with was very friendly, the room was very well appointed with amenities.

Only one thing -the room temperature - way too hot and could not adjust it!

Breakfast and staff were wonderful

I didn’t like the dirty cloth, empty cola box and unwiped sides in the room when we got there. Other than that everything else was lovely.

Despite someone coming twice to fix the AC, nothing changed and we were just given a fan. The cafe had service issues - I waited over 30 minutes for a chia pudding. More issues with the valet parking. We waited close to an hour. Not a great experience for $500 a night.

The location was great - close to everything that we wanted to see/visit. The room was good but the bathroom was a little small compared to other Marriott hotels that I have stayed with (understanding Toronto is a much larger city than other places where I have stayed at a Marriott) and the beds were really comfortable.

First day half way through my shower the hot water ran out and my husband did not have any hot water for his shower but we let the front desk know and it was fixed by the next day.

Los restaurantes no están a la altura de un hotel de este segmento, malos, mal servidos, lentos. Salvo algunas excepciones muy temprano en el desayuno, los otros servicios sobretodo de 43 down no valen la pena. Lo otro es que me parece el colmo que te cobren extra por las reposeras de primera fila en la piscina. No se trata de que no se puedan pagar, se trata de que eso ya debe estar en el valor que se cobró por quedarse en un sheraton.

Staff so friendly, very smooth check in and managed an early check which worked well as off to see the Bluejays play. Really clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool great and open until 10pm which was even better as we could have a swim after a busy day out. Breakfast the next day was included in price and delicious, again all staff very friendly.

The room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view.

Checkin was to be 3 pm, we got there around 4:30 pm, room was not ready. We waited until 6 pm to get in our room. Was given a $50.00 food voucher which basically only covered 1 of us and there was 4 of us.

Das Schlangestehen für das Frühstück war nervig, auch, weil das Personal überfordert wirkte. Das Frühstück selbst war dürftig: 1 trockenes Croissant, 1 PLASTIKflasche Orangensaft, ein kleines Joghurt und 1 Tasse Kaffee, man bekam keinen weiteren Kaffee. Das Personal hat beim Check-in nicht auf den Pool hingewiesen und erst auf Nachfrage einen Stadtplan herausgegeben. An der Rezeption mußte man immer Schlange stehen. Der Kiosk in der Hotelhalle war extrem teuer.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance to sights around Toronto. Nice rooftop pool. We had a good view of the CN tower from our room.. Our room was close to the elevator and it was loud at night.

Alright hotel. I guess. Absolutely wild experience accessing internet in this joint. Really skimping on the “complimentary” WIFI concept. If I understand correctly, someone needs to first download an app, complete a membership sign up, including enlisting for a “no charge” $14.99 plan, before they can then, I think, log onto the WIFI. I don’t know. Absolutely wild. So I guess, wouldn’t recommend this

Amazing location close to anything you would need for your visit. We got a top floor room which gave us views over Nathan Philips square. The room was comfy, everything in the room was of great quality and it even featured a roof top swimming pool which was great.

Lobby was very busy at times. The swimming pool had leaves and insects - this could have been improved and cleaned up.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpets in the rooms are really dirty. The rooms are dated. I would definitely not recommend.

I was expecting a package of breakfast and lunch for 15 dollars and dinner for 20 dollars according to booking was the deal. When I got there it was ask for 135 dollars. Só One of the reason i book that place was not correct. Felt really dissappointed

Another great stay at the Sheraton! Arrived very early for check in. Our room was not ready but I had advised that I needed to get ready for a function. It was only 11:30 when I checked in (check in at 3pm) they did their best to accommodate us and our room was ready within the hour! Very much appreciated! All staff our extremely friendly and helpful as usual! Valet parking attendants are very attentive and always smiling! Housekeeping is amazing! Very clean rooms and housekeeping is always willing to assist quickly with whatever you need. Location can't be beat. We always stay in a Pool View Balcony suite. Rooms are terrific! Great view of the Pool which was full all weekend! Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for always making our stay perfect! We are always sad to leave!!

Great, central location. Outdoor pool was nice retreat from the city below. Rooms were clean.

Richmond tower is closest to Nathan Phillips - it gets loud when there is an event. Closets were spacious but would be nice to have more hooks to hang items and keep things off chairs and floor.

La chambre quadruple attribuée était très bien, confortable avec une magnifique vue sur la place de l'hôtel de ville. L'hôtel est beau, propre et idéalement situé pour pouvoir visiter Toronto à pied ! Vraiment top sur ce point ! Nous avons bien dormis, la literie était confortable. Il y a un parking de la ville en face beaucoup plus abordable que le service valet à 70 CAD la nuit .

C'était très impersonnel, c'est un centre d'affaires du coup, à la réception on a l'impression d'être expédié pour le check-in, check-out.. Chambre non faite tous les jours, au tarif de la nuitée c'est abusé. Le petit déjeuner est pénible. La salle de petit déjeuner n'est pas très grande et c'est d'une lenteur sans pareil. C'est un petit déjeuner à la carte, donc on n'a pas forcément ce que l'on veut. Un petit déjeuner buffet est plus agréable car on peut goûter à tout. De plus, le choix pour les enfants est vraiment limité ! Pas de boisson chaude adaptée pour eux, pas de chocolat chaud ou de verre de lait proposé. On a le choix pour la boisson entre en jus d'orange ou café. On devrait avoir le droit aux 2 dans un petit déjeuner ! Bref même si ce que l'on nous sert est sincèrement très bon et de très bonne qualité (sauf le café, c'est de la flotte), le petit déjeuner est une déception, mal organisé. C'est celui que nous avons le moins apprécié dans notre parcours par sa lenteur, manque de flexibilité, d'options intéressantes pour les enfants.

El servicio prestado, no nos hicieron la habitación el segundo día y hubo que insistir hasta 2 veces, hasta què por fin trajeron toallas, nos tuvo desvelados un par de horas. El primer día solo contamos con 2 toallas, cuando era una habitación triple. Solo nos descontaron 100 CAD de la factura por los errores cometidos, lo cual es a todas luces insuficiente.

The atmosphere was tremendous! Clean common areas and rooms. Well maintained. Location was fabulous and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Bfast took so long the first day 45 mins we didn’t bother until last day day and still took as long and missing 2 items. Hopeless. Came back to room and it hadn’t been cleaned by 5.30pm!!!

Wifi on and off. Woken up by staff entering our bedroom in the middle of the night to deliver toilet paper unasked for. A microwave oven appeared in our room, unasked for. Refused a coffee at the Duall Citizen bar until a manager told them to make us one.

My room didn't have any box tissue at all, just a empty box tissue container place on top of the toilet, It is really weird for a 4 star hotel. I try to call the room service and the customer service to solve the problem around 8-9 o'clock at night several time but no one pick up the phone. When I check out, I told the staff about the issue, she said it's really weird, even the reception have some box tissues for the guest, what she said make me think is it my fault not to come in person to ask for a box tissue at the reception? She give me a free drink as compensation for the issue, but this no boxes tissue no one pick up the phone problem is not asceptable for a 4 star hotel.

The location is perfect, stuffs are very friendly and helpful, specially George from parking lot and Max from reception! Room have great view, updated lounge is perfect place for breakfast with skyline view!

this is a very big hotel, nobody seems to care about the guest.. had s torn sheet in my bed. i oppened the blanckets so the cleaning stuff would see it and replace it.. that did not happen. than i went to the reception and they appologized and said they were going to fix this immed. this was at 18:00. when we returned at 22:00 there was a cleen sheet laying on the chair. called reception and asked: should i be the one replacing the sheet and doing the bed, and they answered: yes! very rude! plus- you have to log on to wifi each time you re-enter the hotel, breakfast is serviced very purely and in the last morning of our stay it took 2 hours to get sitted and serviced!

I am not into carpet floors. Everything else is great.

Great location. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The staff at the coffee shop were lovely.

I travelled as a leisure traveller and I hadn’t appreciated just how busy and chaotic it would be. It has a lot of conventions and people staying for the blue jays and it was extra busy due to the holiday weekend but it was very loud music in reception all the time, hundreds of people everywhere downstairs. It feels better suited to big groups and conventions than ordinary leisure travellers looking for a nice play to stay unless you like very busy places!

The location was good. The menu didn't offer many choices.

Curtains were ripped with large holes in them. Light in bathroom was so dim you can barely see to get ready. No.parking available, valet ridiculously expensive. Being charged for tv channels!!! The amount of added expenses and taxes was terrible, and very expensive. We won't be staying here again.

Personeel was heel wisselend... Aan de receptie, om een taxi te bestellen, om ons baggage nog de dag van vertrek bij te houden,.. Ze gaven ons een totaal verkeerde prijs voor de taxi. Ze reageerden nors als ze geen tip kregen voor services die je toch mag verwachten voor zo'n prijs.

Confusing on/off light switch for table lamp.

היינו שם לילה אחד מיקום מצוין, יש הרבה מסעדות באזור ההליכה לCN TOWER לקחה כ20 דקות. יש מנהרה תת קרקעית שמובילה לשם והיא מלאה בחנויות ובמסעדות (אומנם היציאות קצת מבלבלות אבל אפשר פשוט ללכת מהרחוב).

החנייה במלון הייתה יקרה ולכן חנינו בחוץ בעלו של 45$ ללילה. הרהיטים בחדר מיושנים הכל בצבע של עץ חום ישן וכבד. לא יזיק שידרוג לרהיטים וכן רצת יותר תאורה בחדר.
