The bed was comfortable and the cookie was nice.

The room was small, it was right next to the lifts with a door that is in no way sound proof so I could hear every beep and conversation. The ceiling was dirty, and the Aircon unit was a noisy beast that couldn't be slept through.

The location was excellent. We also really appreciated the fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room.

The hotel was a very high class and the staff was super nice.

The college had really loud concerts until 9:00 p.m. but they stopped at 9:00 p.m. on the dot.

Recebi uma cobrança indevida após quase duas horas que fiz meu check-out, quando já havia ido embora da cidade de Toronto, sem nenhuma explicação do que foi cobrado. A cobrança foi no valor de CAD 116,51, que fazendo a conversão do cartão de crédito deu R$ 457,56, com acréscimo de R$ 16,01 de IOF. Mandei uma mensagem pelo booking e um e-mail para o estabelecimento. Eles não responderam e a reserva está como concluída no booking, o que parece impossibilitar o envio de novas mensagens. Exijo uma explicação plausível do hotel ou do booking.

Ideale, zentrale Lage. Metro und Tramhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Das Eaton Center in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ein schönes City Hotel mit einem grossen und leckeren Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Nice room with very comfortable King bed. The attached Hemisphere restaurant was decent and the staff there extremely friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good but about 25 minutes walk from the CN Tower and 30 minutes from Lake Ontario

The room was very clean and large. Bed was comfy and had excellent coffee facilities. Location in downtown was good for getting to AOG and plenty of food/ shopping options within walking distance. We did not eat in the hotel.

The air conditioning was noisy and aimed right at the bed to so were either hot when it was shot or freezing when on.

Die Lage ist sehr central und man fußläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.Die Betten sind super bequem und Kissen passen sich an. Der Check in und out war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Das Interieur ist doch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schranktüren ließen sich schwer öffnen,ohne die Fingernägel abzubrechen. Das Fenster ließ sich nur mit Kraft unten einen Spalt breit aufschieben,dadurch mußte man meistens die Klimaanlage anstellen,weil es sonst zu stickig war.

We have been to this hotel numerous times now and keep coming back. It is our "go to" for Toronto! The location is fantastic, the beds are always comfortable and the room is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. To top it all off, you get a warm cookie when you check-in!

Excellent location, clean, great customer service, quality service ratio, great service at their restaurant (Juned was my waiter on my Monday brunch).

Travaux de plâtre aux plafond de la salle de bain non terminé.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la Nathan Phillips Square (letras de Toronto) que podíamos ver desde la habitación. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. Te reciben en recepción con una galleta de chocolate recién hecha para cada uno.

El hotel está antiguo, se nota que tiene muchos años. La habitación era muy pequeña para cuatro personas. No estaba el desayuno incluido y añadirlo era carísimo. En general el hotel era muy caro para lo que era.

J'ai beaucoup aimé notre arrivée ds la chambre avec le mot bienvenue avec mon nom, ainsi que les bons biscuits, c'était la première fois que je voyais ça de la part d'une hotel.

Très grandes chambres, petit déjeuner de qualité (rare au Canada) et localisation parfaite !

Nie było szlafroków ani kapci mimo że jest basen w hotelu, nikt nie zaproponował dostarczenia bagażu do pokoju, automat z wodą na korytarzu na 6 piętrze nie działał, szuflada od szafki stale się otwierała, bardzo głośna klimatyzacja.

La taille du lit mais c’est lié au fait que nous avions 2 lits doubles dans la chambre

L'emplacement était parfait. On s'est rendus à plusieurs activités à pied (15-20 min). Le transport en commun était très accessible.

Comme nous y étions pour 3 nuits, j'ai trouvé la chambre de deux lits un peu petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (11 et 12 ans). Petite salle de bain avec pratiquement pas de comptoir et peu de surfaces pour mettre les 4 valises, mais on ne voyait pas léger ;).

Fabelagtig beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Værelserne meget standard og lidt upersonlige.

Poolen skulle deles med en masse børn og der var ikke jacussi som ellers er rar ifm en storbyferie. Så vi brugte ikke poolområdet, som ellers var en af årsagerne til at vi havde valgt dette hotel.

there was only cold water when we try to shower i the morning. the buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired, particular at the price.

Très bon service à l'accueil. Établissement bien situé, juste à côté du métro ou 20-25 minutes à pieds de la Tour CN. Hôtel sécuritaire, chambres propres et bien insonorisées. Lits confortables.

Les débarbouillettes utilisées ont été prises, mais pas remplacées. Le café non rempli.
