Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The room was very clean, we could only hear neighbouring guests when they flushed toilets/ran water, our floor seemed very quiet at night, and the staff were excellent to work with!
Streaming services seemed accessible on the tv in our room but we were told we needed to have our own third party hardware (chromecast/fire stick) plugged into the tv to actually use our streaming services

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Location is perfect in downtown. The facility is cleaned , the room and bathroom are clean. I like that they have stars-buck on the first floor and restaurant too.
I don’t like the bath room is too small. I don’t like my room is on the 3rd floor even I requested the higher floor. We cannot see anything from my room (only the building). The room is narrow. It’s not look like 4 stars hotel.

Considering the daily price of our room, 1. The quality of the TV picture should be improved as it was somewhat blurry. 2. While showering, the warm water would suddenly go cold.

The price felt unjustified. A motel 6 vibe for $250+ is crazy work

Enjoyed the large get together areas for visiting & playing cards with a coffee bar at the this area as well!! Gluten free options was a main reason we stayed at the Sheraton. Also walking within other amenities was nice. Hats off to the Staff for making our stay so nice!💐

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026I wasn't a fan of someone using their key and walking into our room. But the room smelled fresh and was clean the pool was beautiful, we wish the waterside worked properly...the kids had to stand up and walk a bit to get to a spot they could slide again and it's not for younger kids...teen only...the drop is 4ft deep...not a long slide at the end.but their is a great adult pool and a ni e kiddy pool..and 2 hot tubs...the TV is easy to connect to to watch your own stuff...great location...and the staff are amazing...we will book here again!
The door to our room didn't feel safe...it wouldn't lock and another lady used her key and walked in thinking it was her room...that was disturbing! And no fridge...

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Location was good. Nicely renovated.
No microwave in the room. You hear every other persons door shutting, as none of the door are soft close, which most upper end hotels have. Not sure what is going on in the pool area, as there is an old heat register at back wall, that has been beat up, rust painted over, and rivited pieces to hold it together. Not a big issue, but it is quite an eyesore considering how the rest of the water park looks great.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Loved the beautiful surroundings. Pool area was probably the best I've seen from hotels. So fun even for adults. The beds were very comfortable . I found myself googling how to get my hands on the same ones. The checkin and check out were so smooth and quick .
The only thing I wouldn't say that was completely not awesome was the restaurant that is on site. The best part was probably the views from our booths . But it is super overpriced for even basic things but I wouldn't say it wasn't inedible ; but it's the second time I've gone there over years when I've stayed there. I definitely would go walk next time in area for a different choice for the price point because even though convenient that it's in hotel. Tons of better quality of food options in the area for that price point with more and better options. Especially if you happen to bring your kids . We weren't but still I wouldn't say we paid for the views over the food . The only other thing was the nostalgic on deck restaurant at pool area was slimmed down to ordering room service instead of the little kiosk that had snacky foods there . It would be great to bring it completely back.

Room doors have no control or padding so they cannot be slammed. I often heard other doors on my floor slamming shut. I found this unusual. TV is cumbersome to figure out, I’m surprised with today’s smart tv’s there has not been a solution to use streaming platforms.
