Nice location, clean

Paid non refundable King with City View upgrade but was told at check in there were none available. Was given a lesser room and told there was no refund (I paid $9 more on Booking.com for the city view option versus the regular King room). What was the point of a non refundable reservation.

Excellent customer service, beds, and cleanliness.

The hotel was under renovations, so there was no pool or workout facility. This information was, however, posted on the hotel website and we purchased our rooms through Expedia. In the future, I would recommend checking the website before booking on a third party site like Expedia.

Location in downtown is nice and convenient, we had access to underground parking during our stay which was great.

We enjoyed our king suite. Liked having 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a soaker tub! Bed was huge and comfy. Room was spacious, nice and clean!

Renovations were happening. Pool was closed and noise was unbearable in our room. Luckily, we were in town for Jazzfest so didn't need to spend much time at the hotel and it was quiet at night.

The lobby area was under construction. So restaurant was unavailable, except at breakfast. CUDOS to the hotel for undertaking upgrades! Renovations are necessary.

$200.00 and $200.00 has been out on my VISA. Neither one was appropriate. We prepaid our hotel stay and put one order of 3 bottles of beer and 2 glasses of a drink for my Grandchildren. We were also charged for parking everyday and we did t even have a vehicle. The parking charges were reversed but the two $200.00 entries still need to be removed. Further the hammer guns for the renovations started way too early. We heard them clearly on the 5th floor. Please look after removing the two entries the. Ask again how we lined our stay with you. Thank you!

Nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Had trouble with the door and was locked out of my room for hours.... on my niece's wedding day. I had to go to ceremony in my P.J's lol. No fault of the staff or maintenance! They tried everything possible..

I was offered an upgrade online that the hotel does not even have (Hot tub suite). The pool was closed. We were told there would be a bathtub in the room and there was only a shower.

Clean room. Bed was old but comfy. I love the location and cheap parking for downtown.

The pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to use that. The room is kind of small and we didn’t have a tub in our room. We also couldn’t connect the TV to Netflix or others streaming services.

The soap dispenser was almost empty, they didnt bother refilling the soap or changing the toilet paper roll that had 4 squares left on it. The sheet had some odd stains on them but we got that changed. We went to dinner to the restaurant (4 adults) and the service was horrible. We were the only people there. The waitress didnt bother to write down our orders and drink orders which all came mixed up... never once came to our table to ask how was the food or if we need more drinks/refils...and again we were THE ONLY ONCE there. The pool has been closed since March and the hotel didnt bother to let us know ahead of time. We did book this hotel in January for the food specifically. When asked to be accommodated, they said they can voucher our parking (16$ BTW, not free). The manager offered to give us a full refund and we could go to a different hotel.. however all the other hotels were already booked/sold out this weekend. Anyways would not recommend this hotel. The area downtown is also were questionable and odd people walking in the parking lot. When we checked out the lady at the front had a child hanging around the front desk, didnt even bother to ask how was our stay just handed us the receipt. No apologies or accountability.

When I booked nothing on line about the pool and hot tub going to be closed for renovations . Not interested in doing any comps because of closure just kept saying the closure was listed on line when it wasn't when I booked .Also chemical smell coming from kitchen reno so strong had to sleep with window open .

Location is fantastic and loved that they provide a fridge and microwave in the room. Very convenient if you eat out and have leftovers etc. Loved that especially!

Says it’s smoke free but there were some folka smoking next to our room filling up the bathroom with the smell of smoke. It was also noisy at night disrupting sleep. They also do not provide daily cleaning service; apparently it’s only every other day. This was not communicated at check in.

Hotel and staff were decent. Location was nice downtown and ability to park underground was good, especially since overnight temperatures got down to -27 degrees.

Pool/spa was less than stellar, especially since no one would answer the house phone, necessitating a trip to the front desk to get towels. Also, there was a major kitchen renovation going on and the breakfast restaurant was coated in a layer of what was described to us as "concrete dust". I have attached photos of the plate storage. Staff apologized profusely, but offered no solution or compensation.

The parking lot staff was rude and inappropriate at checkout trying to leave the hotel was having troubles with their tickets so that you couldn’t just put it in to get out you had to buzz and the lady was trying not to let the vehicle out because the ticket couldn’t go in and be proof that it was paid after the Hotel staff has called them twice to tell them that the car is OK to be let out. She also gave us a wrong email address to complain to her manager so she would not get in trouble so if you feel like being lied to and treated like shit that is the place to go the parking lot staff there sucks. The Hotel was very apologetic and helpful at this time.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were no towels in the pool and when we tried to get some from the front desk we stood there for 10 minutes without service, the desk in our room was dirty, the food which we paid $45 for was cold and dried out, the buffet counter was covered in a layer of dust…total waste of money, there was no hot water in the shower. Then to top of off we walked out the front door in the morning to piles of waste and garbage. I have much higher expectations when paying over $200 per night. We are completely disappointed and disgusted with our stay.

The beds were definitely not the comfiest. Pillows were awful lumpy. There was only two bath towels in our room with 2 queen beds and I clearly booked the room for 4 people. Asked for towel twice and did not receive them. Did receive extra blankets and pillows though.

I really liked the beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the available shampoos and conditioners. Although I was traveling for work and couldn't use the gym, I noticed it was well-equipped. I ordered food from the restaurant, and the waitress was very kind. The food was delicious!

I don’t have anything to add here, as it was quite short; maybe a better illumination in the bedrooms. However, I can only say that everything went well during my time there. The accommodations were satisfactory, and I found the service to be efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience, even if it was brief.

The bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned better and the hallway smelled like carpet glue. I under stand the carpets were just replaced and the glue smell was to be expected. The toilet however has dried urine buildup around the hinges on the seat.

The pool. The hot tub wasn’t on, and there seemed to be swimming lessons in the pool everyday which made it super awkward as a hotel guest, I felt like I was intruding when it came to using the pool.

Staff were excellent.

The first room had an incredibly strong bleach smell. Like the carpet and walls were scrubbed with it. I started getting a headache and having issues breathing after a very short time in the room. The staff was excellent and changed our room. The room should not have been assigned to anyone, especially considering the hotel had very few guests.

The location, bed, and staff were all very nice. I especially appreciated the mall located right next to the hotel. The pantry was a convenient feature, though having more options would have made it even better. I like the pool.

We were told we could arrive early via email confirmation. not the case upon arrival and sent away. Had four guests and only given two breakfast vouchers and told had to pay and extra $40. Buffet was AWFUL! Went to bar at hotel during the evening, service was terrible, took half an hour to even take order and then another 20mins to get drinks. Staff at front not helpful at all. Very disappointing and will never stay here again and will mention to many not to stay at this property! Has gone down hill for services for sure! Very unfortunate as it has been a go to for us many times.

Location was great for going to concert.

The black friday discount allowed us to stay there, otherwise I assume it would be priced above my comfort zone.

The room next to me had a domestic dispute and kept me up the entire night. I booked the stay to get a good nights rest and was unable to do so because of the fighting happening next door. They were yelling and physically fighting for hours.

That parking wasn’t part of the booking. Construction going on next door throughout the day. Kids yelling all hours of the night in the hotel. Called front desk 3 times and told they would do something. Kids still ran around after all the calls. Staff not very helpful
