Location was great, staff and hotel were fantastic

The Restaurant had amazing food and the staff were very good at what they do.

Our TV in our room was governed to the point of ,we couldn't even use the HDMI 2 port to plug in our game console. Not everyone want to watch streaming stuff on their trip.

Clean quiet accommodation!!

Staff was prompt in dealing with issues.

For the price per night, I shouldn't be woken up at 9 by housekeeping, have to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues, and face security risks from broken security features on the door.

Room was extremely HOT!!!!

So good we went back the second night of our stay in Saskatoon! We had a great time together in the restaurant with cocktails, starters, pizzas and meals. They even brought over a complimentary amuse bouche of hummus and mini grilled pita- with a few veggie crudités for me as a gluten free option, and gluten free bread the second night. The server's recommendations for gin combinations for the flight of gin and tonic were excellent, the service was friendly and careful with the gluten-free foods they brought my way!

Noisy heating unit that banged every time it came on. Loud music from the bar down the street. Really uncomfortable pillows.

Hotel was renovated in the last 5 years to a more upscale decor. Lounge was decent. They don’t have an M lounge but they do have a “pantry” on the 19th floor - can get coffee, sodas, fruit cup, cookies and other snakes. Toast available in morning as well. Parkade is tight, don’t try and turn in if you parked out front first. Come around and come straight in from the street - otherwise can scratch vehicle. Rooms were nice. Bed was on the firm side - if I was staying again I would be asking for a mattress topper to make it softer.

Location is scenic with the park and river next door. Parking was easy to access. Bar in the evening gave me a complimentary tea for my evening.

restaurant overpriced, food was average & service very slow. Paid parking?! :( TV didnt work … took 2 calls & 6hrs for service staff to assess. Coffee maker (& coffee) in room was very poor quality

Staff were exceptional. The location was great, heated underground parking in the winter time is awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The heater made a loud noise when it would turn off and on (but it worked great and didn't interrupt my sleep).

This was our second stay here at the end of our trip. We stayed on a different floor and it was even better than the last. Room was comfortable, clean, shower was excellent, and the staff were exceptional.

Had a nice evening in Saskatoon at the Delta. Hotel has been very nicely upgraded. Bar/Resturant had good service. Would definitely stay again.

Resturant and bar were disappointing..food was not enjoyable. Grapefruit salad had one oiece of grapefruit..sushi was awful. Pizza was good. Bed was too hard. Pillows lovely. Room was tiny. Area around hotel was sketchy at best

Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub was a great temperature but there were some bugs in the pool area. Nice location close to river valley. Food was excellent at restaurant.

Staff at check-in were incredibly helpful - room was quiet and clean, only thing that would’ve made this property complete would be a sauna or steam room. Excellent all around and will most likely return.

Nice stay!

Carpet was wet from cleaning. Smokers stand right outside front exit. Restaurant food cold. We had to move to another room. I asked for something to be comped and only received a discounted parking fee.

Very clean, nice room. We had an amazing view of the river, and the staff were very polite & helpful. The hot-tub was large enough to seat 14 people, and the pool was also very nice. Great location too! Overall great stay, would definitely recommend!

The staff were all great, particularly the restaurant staff. The view from our room was wonderful - of course, it helps that the weather was good! The room was clean and comfortable except for the hide a bed. It was dreadful. Other than that everything was excellent.

Good place to hang your hat. Water slide tremendous but this old lady got dizzy! Near river landing and shops/ restaurants

The beds were quite comfy; I definitely felt well rested and will check it out again on my next trip. The underground parking was convenient, as there were elevators there that go directly up to your room.

I stay here a lot during the year but this time around i had some issues. I had booked a king room for the night. I went to check in at 3, my room wasn't ready. I asked if there was anything available at that time, even a room with 2 beds. They told me no. I left and came back at 4, lined up for 20 minutes, was told again the room I booked was still not ready. I needed to get to a concert by 6. I asked again if they had anything available. They checked and i heard yes they do have a room ready with 2 beds. I said i will take it. I got checked in, went up to the room and the room i walked into was a small room with a double bed. I was not happy so i went back to the front desk and had to line up again for the 3rd time, by now its 430-445. I expressed my frustration. This guy understood my situation and asked what they can do to make it up. I first asked for a free night stay but was told they could not do that and the best they could do was 50%. I did accept the offer as i was in a rush to get to a room to get ready and be out the door by at least 530 for the concert. Totally stressful day.

The room was clean and comfortable and quite charming. The kids loved the pool area and waterslide.

We had a lovely corner room on the 14th floor. Great view of the river and the downtown lights. Very spacious and clean room. Underground parking is nice. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again!

Gave us the wrong room #. Once we got to the right room, card did not work. For price of room being expensive already, paying for parking seems like gouging.

Very poor check-in. Busy long weekend, waited over an hour for our room to be ready due to short staff and the hotel being fully booked. Was not impressed with the service, and our room smelled old and musty.

Smaller than average room but clean and well maintained. Our room faced west but we could still see part of the river which was nice. The food in the restaurant is decent and typical/standard menu as in all other Marriott hotels. Decent service from hotel staff. Parking was an issue though. We had paid for parking during our stay but when we returned from our night out the parkade was completely full which was unexpected. We had to park in a public lot across the street for an additional cost. We were refunded our parking fee from the hotel. Also, be careful making that right hand turn from the front loop into the parkade. It is tight and we bumped the rim of our new vehicle causing a scratch. Upon watching others, many people did the exact same thing and the curb is VERY visibly damaged. It’s a tight turn so be forewarned!

The hotel room was awasome however went to the restaurant got seated and sat waiting for service for 15 minutes while the waiters walked passed our tables number of times to see if they were all good but not once stop at our table. So we left after 20 min. Then made it home and seen that i was charged throught you of about 350ish and they also charged us 450ish for what im not sure. I not have money but they treated us like we weren't good enough to be there.

I paid through Expedia for a room. We had a lot of car troubles on the way there and broke down three times before arriving after midnight. Then they would not let us in even though the room was paid for because we did not have a real credit card. They made me get my sister out of bed in Saskatoon to come down and pay the whopping $100 deposit. They wouldn't even comp a late checkout time. So I paid for the late checkout time because we were literally physically mentally everything exhausted and traveling with a young teen. They did not change the time on our key cards and my husband and I both ended up getting locked out of certain areas. It was ridiculous. My husband and I have stayed at the Delta in Edmonton several times since we got married and spent our honeymoon night there. I am so appalled by this location.

The hotel room was very clean and updated, the bed was very comfy. The staff were super helpful. Only downside was there was some people outside the hotel who made us feel more on the unsafe side, and the parking is not secure. We were worried our car would be broken into at night, it does say there’s CCTV in the garage, & it ended up being fine.

Was a decent stay for a last minute booking. It was an average hotel. Staff were wonderful. Only complaint was that our bathroom door handle was broken and there were no garbage bags in any of the garbages. Other than that, the stay was fine. Generally quiet. Underground parking for $20 extra which was fine. Overall fine stay.

Staff not friendly. Gave me wrong room and did not even check my reservation code on Expedia. Room was inconvenient and the price I paid for was 410 Canadian dollars. That’s how they treat bonvoy customers.
