الفطور يجب ان يتطور ويصبح افضل لانه حاليا ضعيف جدا الصوت عالي من الطريق خصوصا صباحا النوافذ ليست بالعازل الجيد للصوت وكذلك الاصوات في ممرات الفندق

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026eveything was for me as i was only there for work so i would say the important things for me was a quiet reasonable room. internet was troubling alot. but its ok not a big problem. few things should be there and those are like, complimentary water bottles should be there like other hotels at least 2 small bottles for a day. they offered breakfast which is a good thing and i thank you for that. the staff people are good and cooperative, both the gents and the lady over reception. my over all experience remained good. and i will come in future also.
i think only the internet was a bit problem. rest everything was ok

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026غير مسؤلين وتم إبلاغي عند الوصول إن الغرف فى الصيانة رغم تأكيدي على الحضور قبل الموعد بيومين ولم يتم إبلاغي بعد جاهزية الغرف وتم تحويلي إلى فندق آخر دون ترك أى اختيار إلى.
التعامل كان أمر واقع سواء بقبول التحويل لفندق آخر أو الذهاب لأن الغرف فى الصيانة ، كيف يكون الغرف فى الصيانة وتم إرسال تأكيد الحجز قبل الموعد بيومين دون وجود اى اخطار بإنه هناك مشكلة فى صيانة كل الغرف ولا يوجد مكان .

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay, and all services exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully managed to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. Reviewed Apr 29, 2026De kamers waren ruim, de brede bedden liggen heerlijk en de badkamer was ruim en prima.
Het ontbijt, dat je gebracht wordt op een bord, is karig. Keuze heb je niet. Het zijn 3 in plastic verpakte broodjes met wat roomkaas en een omelet met een pakje jam. Het is voldoende, maar voor de prijzen mag je meer verwachten. In tegenstelling tot de rest van de badkamer was de douchekop bij ons ver onder de maat. Niet verstelbaar en van een echte straal is niet te spreken. De douchecabine is erg klein en omdat de douchekop nog minutenlang blijft doordruppelen, is afdrogen in de cabine erg lastig.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and come back later, which was very convenient. Overall, great service and hospitality.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was great.

The following were missing from the facilities promised on website: no view, shower head and door broken had to use tap to shower by crouching down, bathroom flooded with water while showering, only one working socket near beds, headboard bed broken with dangerous loose wiring, desk but no chairs in room when asked reception provided broken chair, zero soundproofing, TV broken and reported to staff but never fixed, no ironing facilities, no tea/coffee maker, hairdryer only if ask reception, no electric kettle in room, broken wardrobe full of dust, no clothes rack, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no wheelchair accessible, no fire exit or instructions, no smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector. No WIFI available in hotel (even in lobby)!!! Cleaners threw away personal belongings and prescription medicine, when complained to staff was ignored. Bad cleanliness, lots of dust and mould in shower. Would not recommend breakfast, poor quality, insufficient, waiting for 1 hour. Staff were rude and ignored complaints during the stay. Additionally tried to rip us off with $30 taxi to the airport compared to just paying $3 for an Uber to the airport. Images would not upload for booking . com

El ascensor parece que se vaya a caer a pedazos contigo dentro, pero es necesario para no subir 7 plantas hasta llegar al hotel. A la ducha se le sale toda el agua, por lo que se forma un lago dentro del baño. Si quieres pasar una noche rápida es tu hotel.
