The stay was great. Main perk is the Parking lot within the Rink Mall itself which is spacious. The property is very close to Mall road of darjeeling. And the views from the room were nice too. Special thanks to Joseph who made it more comfortable stay for us.

The security gaurd of the rink mall parking had no idea about our booking. Therefore needed to wait for 15 mins outside. They should have been informed prior to the guests reaching and knocking the door.

Pranjal and Sneha at reception desk were very helpful and polite during the stay and the service was best as always.

Perfect if you want to stay near the Market. Absolutely incredible service from the staff, especially Sonija and Sneha.

Wifi Service needs to be improved, there were multiple routers outside the rooms. However, the signal strength was surprisingly weak.

Location is great. 10-min walk (uphill) to Darjeeling Mall. 6-min walk (downhill) to the Darjeeling railway station. Breakfast was adequate with both Indian and Continental options. Great view from the room through large glass windows. There is also a table tennis table, and the equipment can be borrowed from the reception.

Dirty washroom staff is rude worst room service receptionist behavior is rude an unwelcoming. Not recommended

Very central location you can walk to main attractions. Staff are excellent and always willing to help. Organised cars to airport through hotel.

Room was large and had a good view (the whole hillside below Darjeeling, the roofs on the slopes below this level). View is a matter of luck - not all rooms of the same type have the same view - in our group, the other person's room did not have a very good view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was basic. Corridors had a musty smell. They played "elevator music" early in the morning through overhead speakers in the corridors, and even audible inside the room - we found it a disturbance. When asked about this, the reception staff said it was normal to have this music on. The breakfast buffet was a reasonable variety of Indian items (poori, uttapam, dosa, idli, maggi, paratha, etc.) but the quality was so-so.

The room given to me was not the premium room that I booked on the top floor.The reason as stated was due to non availability.

Enjoying a delicious meal while overlooking the stunning mountains was a dream! The service was prompt, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

The mesmerizing views, mouthwatering food, and attentive staff made my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat!

The location and friendly behaviour of the staff. The breakfast was nice.

The most disappointing part is that we expected a four star hotel and we got at most a two stars. The rooms were not properly cleaned (we found a lot of hairs on the floor, for example), towels were missing both when we arrived and the second day (after we came back we had to wait one hour before we could take a shower). Overall, there is very little attention to details. It's not worth the price we paid.

Getting to Darjeeling was an experience- traveled more than 3 hours / 65 km from airport. Mountainous roads.

For what you pay, rooms a little outdated. Wifi doesn’t work properly in room so needed to sit in the hallway to use it properly. Breakfast could be improved - no live cooking station.

The location was absolutely good. Everything was accessible quite easily. Hotel had lift hence the room are pretty accessible. Staff from reception, room service, restaurant till housekeeping, everyone were very courteous and showed me the way towards room and took care of smallest of my necessities. The hotel being part of the mall had underground parking for pick up and drop off which was great. The special part was the view of mountain range that I had from my room while I sip the Darjeeling tea and watch the day go by for which I booked the hotel.

Not having thermostat, I had to depend on room heating, which I didn't feel comfortable keeping on overnight.

Good experience for a family stay

Internet was down for the whole night. There was no any mean to connect with my family back in Nepal, as I was visiting darjeeling and I didn’t have sim/ network option.

Location was excellent. Close access to the Mall Road and the in-house Mall stay is a brilliant combination! The room was super clean and bathroom was very tidy maintained with all essentials. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs and asks anytime! Highly recommend this hotel for a family stay looking for the perfect location in Darjeeling!

Nothing much to say here, except the rooms could be equipped with a ceiling fan, as sometimes the room gets a bit stuffy even in cold weather

The room size was good. Food was good.

The floor was quite dirty, the mattress was dirty. The cot provided in the room was of very poor quality and was overpriced.

Poor customer relations. They transacted on our credit card for accommodation costs and were inflexible about reversing the transaction as we wanted to pay cash. Messages via booking.com did not provide details for direct communication with establishment. Linen not very clean, no information on operating geyser and TV.

Located in a Mall, close to Mall Road.

There's a severe water problem in this property, and it is a daily problem. Almost no water every day, even if water comes later in the day, the geyser doesn't work. The entire staff of this hotel are lyers. Room service is wrost. They will serve you only whatever cooked for their buffet menu. Breakfast is the same every day, very limited options.

The view from the room was awesome. Food is quite ok. The size of the room was pretty big and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

The room service was slow and had to repeat everything twice or thrice (even for a bottle of water). The shower tap fixture was broken. The choice of food was limited at the restaurant. If you are staying for 3 - 4 days u will run out of options.
