Las camas muy altas y la habitacion muy pequeña. Habíamos reservado una doble que según servía para 4 personas pero la verdad es que es imposible dormir cómodo dos personas en esas camas tan pequeñas

We went down for breakfast we paid everything through booking.com and the breakfast was included The staff member brought a bill to us asking us to pay for breakfast we told him that breakfast was early paid he came back three time we had to open our app and prouve it to I Him Then at 9 am the cleaner knocked at our door to ask if we were checking out today

nepáčilo sa mi že sme pri prichode museli hodinu čakat na check- in. a že z troch výťahov fungoval iba jeden a v ráno keď sme odchádzali tak aj ten sa pokazil. ponáhľali sme sa, tak sme museli ísť 21 poschodí pešo dolu.

El hotel estaba viejo y sucio. Las alfombras manchadas dan muy mal aspecto, desagradable. Un día no nos hicieron limpieza en el cuarto. Las llaves (faucets) de los baños tanto de lavabo y regadera, estaban viejas y desalineadas. Había que adivinar para que lado abrian el agua. La puerta de nuestro cuarto no cerraba correctamente y pasamos la primera noche sin poder poner el seguro. Al día siguientes nos cambiaron a una habitación de discapacitados. Para el cambio, tuve que bajar al lobby porque la única persona amable que intentó resolver fue el personal de mantenimiento que fue extremadamente amable y servicial, todo un profesional. Para ser un Sheraton, le falta limpieza, mantenimiento, remodelación. Teníamos que bajar a diario por unas botellas de agua (sin costo). Por último cuando hicimos le check out tuvimos que pagar para que nos guardaran las maletas 1 hora. NO es posible que tengas que pagar por ese servicio, cuando eres un o fuiste un huesped. Se me hace muy abusivo. De igual manera me llegó un sobre por mensajería y tuve que pagar para que lo recibieran y resguardaran 1 día . Eso es tambien abusivo. Si eres un huesped, que te traten como tal.

Hotel con una posizione fantastica a pochissima distanza da Time Square, Central Park, Moma, Rockfeller Center. La fermata della Metro è di fianco. Ho viaggiato con la famiglia di 4 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo consiglio.

It is a very big hotel, but not enough staff to provide services. It took you a lot of time for check-in, luggage storage (with a fee for guests), and room services (I waited for almost one hour at midnight for an additional blanket, since the air-con did not respond to my required room temperature). Unlike other Marriot chain hotels, there is not any clue on the telephone letting you know how to contact room service or the front desk.

The sizes of the beds could’ve been bigger it was far too small for 2 people and a heads up about the destination fee we had to pay almost $400. Was very disappointed by this !

The room smelled of dampness. The beds were too high, they were not suitable for the family’s accommodation. We had to combine the beds. There was no minibar in the room.

posizione eccellente. Autobus vari e metropolitana in un raggio di 70 metri dall'ingresso. Taxi sempre disponibili. Uber facile. Vai a piedi in molti dei luoghi simbolo di NY: MoMa, Times Square, St. Patrick, 5° Strada, Rockfeller Center, Empire State, la Public Library, NY Central, volendo Central Park. Usate i mezzi pubblici, Uber e Taxi in città sono costosi e il traffico é una rottura di palle anche se non guidi. Per andare a Manhattan South autobus o Metropolitana. Vai a cena a piedi nella zona con vasta scelta. Tornassi a NY starei in Midtown e tutto sommato il rapporto qualità/prezzo sta in piedi visto l'andazzo generale.

The interiors are very clean. The lobby is very spacious and nice to lounge in. The staff are very courteous, and the location is nearby Times Square without being right in Times Square.

The elevator system is very dysfunctional and makes it so that you have to wait very long for a right, or you have too many ppl packed into 1 elevator.

الفندق نضيف طاقم العمل الاستقبال جدا لطيفين ومبتسمين كلهم ممتازين الرسبشن النضافه جدا ممتازه يوميا تنضيف وتغير الشراشف ولكن عندي ملاحظه عن بلبوي والكونسيرج ما يساعدون احد بالشنط وغير ذالك الاستور عدهم فيه دفع 6دولار ع الشنطه الوحده المفروض يكون مجاني بس الفندق للامانه جيد جدا

Everything - bad choice, worst hotel I have ever stayed. Smelly rooms, very old furniture, dusty rooms and cabinets - changed our rooms 4 times but still same pathetic experience

Debbie at the front desk was the only good thing along with the location of the hotel.

When I got to my room it wasn't even cleaned from the person before with drugs spread out on the counter, and I have a child. They gave me a coupon for Starbucks for my inconvenience. Then the elevators didn't work the entire trip so 30 minute waits for elevators. Every morning housekeeping would bang on my door and open it if I didn't answer in time asking if I was leaving. There is only one front desk staff that was nice. Her name is Debbie.

Lines for check in, breakfast, elevators. Resort fee charged, same amount of food credit given. But then you are also charged NY tax ~10% twice, on the fee and when you use the credits. In the lobby bar, the only place to use the credit, there is a mandatory 15% service charge and 15% gratuity. And they also want a tip.

Achei acomodação ampla, camas confortáveis, lençóis limpos, toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Tem cofre e frigobar, mas tem carpete.

Nota-se que as instalações são antigas, precisam de reparo, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. Apenas não gostei do chuveiro com banheira e cortina de tecido ao invés de Box no banheiro.

The room window sill and desks were dusty and not cleaned. It takes a while to wait for the elevator since the hotel is extremely busy. The daily facilities fee is excessive.

The hotel is a great location close to central park and a short walk to the center of times square.

The room was okay for the price. The mini fridge was on the floor, some of the electric plug ins were hanging out of the wall, and the shower handle detached just from wall just by bumping into it. We were a party of 3 and the hotel had a $35 food voucher that was a “use or lose” situation but you can only use it for the hotel breakfast restaurant that was nearly $60pp or the coffee place/hotel bar restaurant at night. You do get some free water bottle vouchers to use at the gift shop so that was a plus. We were on a pretty high floor but the rooms could certainly use a little updating.

Gostei muito do tamanho do quarto, o café da manhã bem completo e o hotel uma localização boa.

Não gostei da demora dos elevadores, tinha dias que eu ficava uns 30/40 minutos esperando o elevador, também o café em um espaço muito pequeno para o tamanho de hóspedes.

Liked the hotel location and lobby was fabulous

Room was not as expected. Water spilled on bedding prior to check in and made wet. Had to call at night to have it resolved. Shower curtain left in sink. Housekeeping didn’t service room u til very late evening. Coffee maker had no plug to use except on widow ledge. Hair dryer balanced on knob in bathroom near open shower, no GFI in sight, locks on doors recently upgraded but appeared to keep us locked in until security came - said they’re new and someone should have told us. Never received the destination things that I had to pay for and no refund - said there was no destination charge on the room.

I liked the convenience, the room, the Staff, and the amenities.

The only negative was there was no refrigerator in the room but it wasn’t a deal breaker because my stay was only one night.

It is not hotel, it is misunderstood, you must fight for breakfast, stuff didn't understand. Don't take beakfast included version as they will charge for it later again and they don't care you paid or not.

If shortly don't stop hear, better pay litel more go to oter hotel.

The front desk only had zero to 1 person working, so lines were out the door. The elevators took 30 min EVERY time! The cleaning staff would walk in our room after 1 knock. The cleaning staff were rude. The lobby restaurant staff was rude and it was dirty. They checked us into a room that wasn't even clean yet with drugs on the table.

Muitas filas para tudo check in , café da manhã, cobra a parte: internet, recebimento de encomendas, café d amanhã do 3 hospede, limpam o quarto mas não muito bem, banheiro pequeno, academia com equipamentos mas bem mal cuidada, muitos reparos a fazer e coisas quebradas, tratamento no café da manhã não muito agradável.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location, rather than that its better you sleep in your car.

Desayunador pequeño, fila para entrar de 30 minutos para poder desayunar. No hay room service a ninguna hora del día. Ni para enfermos. No hay café ni té después de las 3pm Tienen un restaurante con carta de poca variedad y de servicio regular. Y para desayunar pagando igual fila de espera. Nivel de servicio de la gente regular Lo más importante. Pedí habitación para personas con movilidad reducida como aparece en booking, y no tenían. Para alguien con movilidad reducida la cama es muy alta y no tenían una alternativa razonable. Nos ofrecieron un escalón para subir a la cama.
