Everything Rooms were filthy extremely run down and definitely not worth the money Staff were rude and ignored our concerns We checked out after only 1 night of our 6 night stay. Stay next door at The west house it was incredible and staff were absolutely amazing in particular Lakel the hotel manager.

La position géographique de cet hotel est excellente, pres de central park et de times square. On peut marcher à pied sans parcourir de longues distance et obtenir tout ce qui est necessaire

L'accueil a été difficile, beaucoup de temps perdu au check-in. Aussi l'accueil au dejeuner a été moyen. La qualité du dejeuner est un peu legere. La disponibilité de l'ascenseur est parfois problematique

L'hotel est bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuse et les lits sont confortable. Le ménage est bien fait.

La chambre réservé n'était pas disponible à notre arrivé. On nous a proposé une chambre avec un lit simple pour trois personnes... Nous sommes passé par la manager pour trouver une solution. Ne prenez pas de chambre à côté de la salles de sport, sauf si vous voulez un réveil à 5h du matin tous les jours. On entend des bruits continu semblable à des chutes de poids à tout heure de la journée.

Unhelpful staff at check in after extremely long journey with luggage going missing, no offer of help or offer of essentials, no information given on room or facilities, very tired and shabby room and bathroom, broken mirror, had to ask for toilet roll. Ice machine not working, lift extremely slow. No service at bar as no waiter appeared. Numerous charges on credit card unexplained. Phoned emailed constantly but no response until late afternoon which caused considerable distress. Asked for invoice, never received. No explanation given for charges nor adequate apology

The beds were large and comfortable. The location was great.

The hotel was a bit run down and the front desk staff weren't very friendly. Not even a bottle of water was included in the room.

Asked for a king size bed, got 2 queen sized instead. Hotel room was a bit shabby. AC in bar was a bit cold.

The property poorly managed no simple amenities no mini fridge, no coffee machine. The room very tight and so dirty and stained floors. Lounge was dirty we couldn't stay more than 5min. All the table were filthy.

Great room sizes, location is perfect - turn left you are in Central Park, turn right you are on Times Square

De locatie is prima, en zeker centraal t.o.v. veel bezienswaardigheden.

Premium kamer, met uitzicht op de stad ? Kamer met direct zicht op een kantoorpand, en werkende mensen. Slecht onderhouden kamer, veel scheuren in muren. Na schoonmaak was er kleding weg, meerdere keren gemeld, en hier wordt laconiek op gereageerd. Bij check-out werd er pas actie ondernomen, en kon een formulier worden ingevuld. Na ruim een week thuis, zelf contact opgenomen, waarna een bericht dat het gecompenseerd zou worden. Dit is bevestigd door front office operations manager van Park Central. Daarna radio stilte, meerdere contact pogingen, geen reactie. Ook via Booking.com geen resultaat.

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet.

There was no refrigerator or microwave and not enough lights. The bathroom could use more hooks for hand towels.

The staff attitude especially the manager extremely rude I asked for a fridge in the room to store my diabetic medication and his answer was we don’t provide any fridge to the room I told him that this wasn’t my first time to this hotel and that it’s an emergency he didn’t care and closed the phone on my face I never seen a manager as rude as this man I moved to the Sheraton cross the street and I finally got my fridge in minutes .

L’Hotel è situato in un ottima posizione, sicuramente non è di ultima generazione, ha il ruolo di punto d’appoggio perché in stanza non ci stai mai se non per dormire. A due passi da time square e Central Park, la 5th avenue si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. Vorrei aggiungere la metro dietro l’angolo. Ha necessità di un bel aggiornamento soprattutto il bagno. Per il resto sicuramente per un futuro viaggio pernotterò nuovamente.

Posizione comodissima essendo a 5 min a piedi da Times Square; ci sono tutti i servizi immaginabili, tra caffe, bar, ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Anche per i mezzi è molto comodo (personalmente non gho mai utilizzato la metropolitana ma ci sono diverse stazioni nei paraggi, quali la 42 st e la 57 st). Vicino anche alla 5th ave, Rockfeller Center, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, e centri commerciali come Nordstrom. Facilissimo prendere un taxi ma nel caso fosse necessario possono essere chiamati dalla struttura. Sicuramente per quanto riguarda lo staff posso dire che gli addetti alle pulizie sono sempre stati molto efficienti e cordiali, così come le signore del negozio di alimentari presente nell'hotel: davvero molto gentili e disponibili!

Lo staff all'accoglienza non è stato particolarmente cordiale, anzi. Anche per quanto riguarda il ristorante non ci siamo. Sono stata la prima sera in quanto troppo stanca per uscire dopo 9h di viaggio e ho aspettato mezz'ora perchè venissero prese le ordinazioni e, quando sono arrivate dopo 1h, 2 su 4 erano errate (si trattava di semplici insalate con la richiesta di togliere il formaggio e le noci per allergie).

Unser Zimmer war sauber und für Manhattan ausreichend groß. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die zusätzlichen Gebühren sind relativ hoch, insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.

room was tired, didn't feel 'premium' as per the room booking. There was not enough towels for the 4 people staying and when we requested the right amount, none ever came so we stopped asking and just took towels from the maid trolleys left in corridors. only 2 lifts as well which meant we had to wait extended periods to find space as they were serving 18 floors so sometimes walked down from level 14. this must have been common as there were quizzes and New York facts in the stair wells! Safe didn't work

La ubicación extraordinaria. La habitación parece un poco más pequeña que en las fotos pero muy correcta. Tuvimos un problema con el aparato de aire acondicionado que hacía mucho ruido y nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación. Bien insonorizado. Colchón y almohada bien.

Lo sabía de antemano: no hay nevera en la habitación y no hay servicio de desayuno. Comidas y cenas una triste carta con algo de comida muy cara en el bar. Lo más importante el hotel nos retuvo cerca de 800 euros (estuvimos 8 días) por lo visto es normal del hotel y después de cinco días de irnos aún no me lo han devuelto

The rooms were just not great the smell was damp and we shouldn’t have to expect stains on carpets or walls because it’s a used hotel was the managers response!! Also we booked bed and breakfast this was a grab and go breakfast which was a pastry and a drink with piece of fruit. Not worthy the money. Manager needs to practise customer service skills!!!!

Lo staff: personale poco cordiale e non siamo riusciti ad usare il servizio valletti perché erano titti in pausa. Le camere hanno bisogno di essere sistemate perché ci sono dei segni di cedimento.

Il personale scortese, la pulizia scarsa. Abbiamo alloggiato un settimana nella stanza e quotidianamente dovevamo ricordare allo staff le asciugamani perché erano sempre meno rispetto al numero degli occupanti. Inoltre l'ultima sera del soggiorno ci è stato bloccato l'accesso alla camera tentando l'addebito di un importo di 100 dollari per un presunto allarme fumo. Pur essendo una famiglia di non fumatori abbiamo dovuto provare con gli orari delle foto che non eravamo in stanza al momento della segnalazione. Se non avessimo avuto una prova avrebbero proceduto con l'addebito. Nessuno scrupolo è stato fatto in presenza di due bambini alle 11 di sera. A New York ci sono molti altri alberghi, non fate il nostro errore.

It was well located.

The room was very damp. There were 4 of us staying in the room, every day we had to request an extra towel which would take 1 hour or more. I paid for a higher rate room, with a view… got a 3rd floor room with no view. The staff were so unfriendly. Would not recommend.

Al hotel le falta una reforma, el papel tapiz de los pasillos se está despegando, los ascensores son insuficientes, se hace cola en horas pico

The room was clean, spacious, and located on a high floor. The location is perfect for Broadway, Central Park, and Times Square — we walked everywhere. I had seen some previous reviews mentioning issues with the elevators, but we didn’t experience any problems at all. The longest we ever waited was about 30 seconds. Highly recommended! We booked well in advance, and the price we paid was about half of what the hotel was charging closer to our stay.

W temacie Hotelu: Klima - hałas trudny do opisania, Okna - szczelność poniżej poziomu, Drzwi - poobgryzane i pognite od wilgoci, Wykładzina - plama na plamie, Umywalka - zatkana, Prysznic - rozpadał się. Szkoda dalszego opisu. W temacie miasta - doskonałe.

I didn't like how my rooms were switch I ask for 1 room with 2 queen beds, I check in and was told I have two separate room and had to pay a fee for both, that was an in convince. They should have called be to let me know that switch was made,

L’emplacement est un véritable atout : l’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de Times Square et de Central Park, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des principaux endroits de New York. La literie était également confortable.

J’ai trouvé que la chambre manquait un peu de propreté à notre arrivée. Le ménage était effectué tous les jours, mais il manquait régulièrement des serviettes et nous devions presque systématiquement réclamer le nombre nécessaire pour toute la famille. C’est dommage, car avec un peu plus de rigueur sur ces points, le séjour aurait été encore meilleur.

We stayed for 5 nights. The morning after checking in we reported a broken toilet flush which was not fixed within the 4 days we had left meaning we did not have a working toilet. Bath tap was hanging off the wall. The bathroom was in very poor condition. At 300 dollars a night I expected more. We had no remote control for the TV, no tea or coffee making facilities, no mini fridge. The lift doors didnt even open fully!

Nice spacious clean room. Great location and a reasonable price for New York City. Staff was courteous and helpful. Got upgraded to two rooms with king beds rather two queen beds in one room. Was a nice surprise!

Elevators got a bit too busy at times. Wait times could be a bit long, but not terrible for highrise buildings in NYC.

Location is fantastic! Very close to Central Park, and walking distance to Times Square and all the Major Attractions. Easy access to subway to get around the city!

The rooms are very dated, and show much wear and tear. The room wasn't the cleanest. Stainless steele cleaner could have been used to clean the finger prints off the chrome items in the room. The corners of the room were dusty, and probably missed when quickly vacuuming. The A/C wasn't very strong the first night, and I asked for a floor fan. They didn't deliver it until the 2nd evening of my stay. Overall, the rooms do look dated, but you can tell that the management of the hotel is trying their best to give you a good product. I would stay again, but probably not book one of their premier rooms in the hotel. I can't justify that cost. At a lower price, I would stay in their entry level room.

We waited 45 minutes in line for check in. And the slow elevators also took a sizeable chunk of our lives. The room was small, run down and a bit smelly. Strained carpet and no shower curtain.
