Out dated rooms, outed facilities. Our toilet broke twice! Rooms are too small. Staff are not friendly - maybe thats just New York!! Charged us for water bottles that we didnt drink. Will not be booking here again.

The property was clean, well managed and beautiful.

I didn’t enjoy the policing of the breakfast lounge, or being followed to present my room key. As a Black person, being asked to show proof is belonging in a space, that was filled predominantly with white people, and being asked by a white individual, felt incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Plus the breakfast food sucked. It was cold and soggy and the staff was putting the breakfast away as I was trying to make my plate. Multiple days this happened and for this reason I do not feel comfortable coming back. Further we ended up just taking yogurt and fruit back to our room to eat later because the breakfast was so unreliable and honestly, inedible.

On the plus side, the breakfast was generous, along with the location and the laundry service. However, in the end: poor value for money.

I had to wait a very long time for my room (1.5 h). In the room, we had a wet, smelly floor/carpet due to an air conditioning malfunction. The wait for the elevators is long.

O hotel é incrível, ele realmente é de alto padrão. O café da manhã é surpreendente, o mais completo que já provei, inclusive em relação aos demais hotéis que já usamos em Nova Iorque. A localização é perfeita, para um lado você está a poucas quadras do Central Park e para outro poucas quadras da Times Square.

The location was the best feature of the hotel, and we also appreciated having well-appointed kitchenettes in the rooms. The housekeeping staff was efficient and did a very good job. The breakfast buffet was good, though not exceptional, with more emphasis on variety and quantity than on overall quality. The gym was also better outfitted than most hotels.

The lobby area is a madhouse at times, with far too many people waiting around with inadequate seating and luggage clogging the space. They really need to redesign that area and the process of checking in/checking out. I know NYC rooms are small, but these were particularly small with tiny closets. This made it hard to navigate for my elderly aunts, both of whom have walkers, so if you have two people in a room, request in advance the largest layout and/or a handicap accessible room. Our rooms were near the elevator shafts, so the sound of the elevators going up and down--particularly at night and early morning hours--was disturbing.

LES CHAMBRES SONT TRES BRUILLANTES, c'est inadmissible de louer des chambre dans ces conditions !! Vous avez l'impression de dormir a coté d'un aéroport avec un avion qui décolle toutes les minutes !! Se sont les ascenseurs !!! Et si vous voulez changer de chambre, on vous dit que c'est pareil dans toutes chambres .... Et quand vous avez le climatisation qui se met en route c'est encore pire !! Clim qui souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui nous donné un bon rhume

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy cerca de central park y de varias estaciones de metro, lo que te permite moverte a cualquier lado sin dificultad.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien en la habitación. Nos tuvieron que cambiar dos veces de habitación para intentar resolver este asunto, pero aun así la última noche tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado.

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park was an absolute nightmare. Getting to the room on Level 30 required using elevators where 3 out of 4 were completely out of order, forcing guests to wait up to 30 minutes just for a lift. Once you finally get on, the elevators shake so violently it genuinely feels like you're going to die. This terrifying ride triggered a severe medical vertigo episode, making it impossible and unsafe for me to stay in the room. I returned to the front desk less than two hours after arrival (checked in at 4:06 PM, checked out at 5:47 PM) to return the keys. Front desk staff (Clerk AMT) was empathetic on-site, explicitly assured me the stay was cancelled with a 100% full refund due to the medical emergency, and handed me an official folio showing a $0.00 balance (Folio 63241). However, management (Jazmin Almodovar) completely went back on their staff’s word. When Booking.com contacted the hotel to process the refund release, management refused to confirm the waiver. Retaining over $1,200 USD for a 5-night stay where the elevators are broken, unsafe, and caused a medical emergency—and where I was in the building for under 100 minutes—is predatory. Be warned: this property does not care about guest safety, infrastructure maintenance, or basic business ethics. I have filed a formal bank chargeback for services not rendered. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Personel bardzo niemiły, otrzymałem pokój zaraz przy windach i było bardzo głośno w pokoju. Gdy poszedłem poprosić o zmianę pokoju to otrzymałem informację, że nie ma dostępnych wolnych pokoi. Po sprawdzeniu na stronie hotelu i na booking okazało, się że było dostępnych kilkanaście wolnych pokoi. Tym samym zostałem okłamany przez obsługę hotelu co jest niedopuszczalne, tym samym w ogóle nie przejęto się moją sytuacją!!!

Vasca a doccia per niente comoda con un iniziale difficoltà nel regolare l’acqua calda, getto della doccia leggero. Si sentono vari rumori durante la notte. Bagnoschiuma non ricaricato nonostante fosse finito da giorni. Si sono dimenticati di rifare il letto e la sera una volta tornati abbiamo trovato le coperte e i cuscini buttati sulla moquette. Ma lo staff ha provveduto subito alla sistemazione della camera una volta avvisato.

here was mold in the bathroom. Although our room was on the 28th floor, the street noise was extremely loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. The sound insulation between the room and the hallway was also very poor. Whenever people were walking or talking in the corridor, it felt as though they were inside our room. The lack of soundproofing significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality.

Je to skvelý hotel kvôli svojej polohe a ak máte šťastie na vyššie poschodie, tak má úžasný výhľad a je aj celkom tichší na pomery v Ny (neplatí pre hluk z chodby). Ja som mala izbu na 30poschodí (požiadala som o ňu kvôli narodeninám a vyhoveli mi). Celkovo na recepcii boli milí. Problém s čakaním na výťah som za 5 dni mala iba raz a vôbec to nepovažujem za problém ako niekto písal. Postel je veľká a pohodlná - úplný obláčik. Okná mali zatemňovanie závesy. Izba na NY tiež celkom veľká. Kúpeľna má už známky opotrebovania, dvere boli ako do skrine, ale inak všetko funkčné. Prekvapilo ma, že tam nebol žiadny kozmetický balíček ale prišla som si užiť NY nie hľadať chyby. Čiže ak chcete bývať v top lokalite berte ho, ak chcete luxus hľadajte ďalej 😊

Śniadania były w porządku jak na amerykańskie standardy hotelowe, choć w porównaniu z ofertą znaną z europejskich hoteli wypadały dość skromnie. Trzeba jednak mieć świadomość, że w Stanach Zjednoczonych jest to dosyć typowe. Wybór pozwalał spokojnie się najeść, natomiast zdecydowanie brakowało mi większej ilości świeżych warzyw – ich szersza oferta znacznie poprawiłaby jakość śniadań. Największym atutem hotelu jest świetna lokalizacja oraz przepiękne widoki z okien. Trafił nam się pokój na 63. piętrze, z widokiem na Hudson River i Central Park – robiło to naprawdę duże wrażenie. Pokój nie był duży, ale został dobrze wyposażony. Na plus zasługują mikrofalówka, zmywarka, talerze i sztućce, dzięki którym można było wygodnie zjeść coś w pokoju. Nieco dziwne było natomiast to, że dostępne były również garnki, ale nie zauważyłem płyty indukcyjnej ani innego urządzenia, na którym można byłoby z nich skorzystać. Ręczniki były często wymieniane, a obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze, zwłaszcza ze względu na lokalizację, widoki i komfort obsługi.

Główne minusy to dość długie oczekiwanie na windy – przy tak dużej liczbie pięter ich liczba wydaje się niewystarczająca – oraz dosyć głośno działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju.

בצ׳ק אין סיפרו סיפור שהחדר ללא מזגן וזה החדר היחיד שנשאר ואחרי שכעסתי ולא הסכמתי פתאום צץ חדר אחר עם מזגן זה פעם שנייה שלי איתם שהם מספרים סיפורים בצ׳ק אין. ביקשתי חדר בקומה גבוהה עם נוף, קיבלתי חדר בקומה גבוהה שפונה לכלום ושום דבר זה קצת ביאס אותי כי זה חלק מהחוויה בניו יורק. בנוסף החדר עם שתי מיטות זוגיות מיועד ל 4 אנשים, אנחנו היינו שלושה והחדר ממש קטן וצפוף אין מקום למזוודות הארון שיש בחדר ממש קטן וזה היה לא נוח.

Très bon emplacement, proche de Central Park et de Times Square. Il y a plusieurs entrées de métro à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans New York et rejoindre les différents lieux touristiques ainsi que l’aéroport.

La première nuit, nous avons eu une chambre d’une catégorie inférieure à celle que nous avions réservée. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception, mais le changement de chambre n’a pu être effectué que le lendemain. Cette situation a d’ailleurs été assez contraignante, puisque nous avons dû faire la queue à trois reprises à la réception : à notre arrivée, pour signaler que la chambre attribuée n’était pas celle réservée, puis pour récupérer les nouvelles clés. Par ailleurs, la veille de notre départ, notre chambre n’a pas été faite dans la journée. Nous avons envisagé de le signaler à la réception, mais compte tenu de l’affluence et des différentes attentes déjà rencontrées auparavant, nous avons préféré ne pas refaire la queue. L’hôtel est également assez mal insonorisé. Nous avions réservé une chambre Corner, mais étant au 12e étage, la vue donnait surtout sur les bâtiments voisins plutôt que sur la ville, ce qui était un peu décevant.

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, szinte minden sétatávolságra van. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Külön kiemelném, hogy a klíma állítható és ki is kapcsolható.

A bejelentkezésnél kértek tőlem 200 Dollár (50 Dollár/éj) kauciót az esetleges felmerülő, általam okozott sérülések/problémák esetére, amit persze még nem kaptam vissza. Nem is lenne ezzel probléma, ha előre jeleznék a foglalásnál, így az ember számít rá.

ציפינו למלון ברמה גבוהה וכל יום הייתה בעיה אחרת. ביום הראשון המזגן היה ממש והוילון לא נסגר וכשהגיע מישהו לתקן הוא הבין שאין אפשרות. גם היו בעיות בשירותים, המקרר לא עבד, אחר כך המזגן לא עבד. הדבר הכי גרוע זה שרוב הפעמים לא ענו בטלפון וכדי לתקן משהו היינו צריכות לרדת לקבלה כדי לבקש (ולחכות 10 דק למעלית כל פעם). העובדים בקבלה לא היו אדיבים. כשאמרו אין בעיה יבואו לתקן, חיכינו לפעמים גם שעות ואף אחד לא הגיע. לא אחזור לשם.

Chambre vraiment petite pour trois personnes. Désagrément à cause du bruit des ascenseurs, mauvaise insonorisation des cages d’ascenseurs. Nous avons de plus régulièrement rencontré des soucis avec le système de la douche pour avoir de l’eau chaude.

Aire acondicionado roto pero nos cambiaron de habitación frente al primer reclamo sin problemas. Hay que esperar mucho el ascensor. No aclaran que se debe dejar un deposito de 50 dólares por noche que solo se puede con tarjeta de crédito. Aunque te lo devuelven cuando te vas, puede ser un problema si no lo sabes con anticipación.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from Central Park, 5th and 6th Avenues, Times Square, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. The rooms are also on the upper floors and have beautiful views, so no matter which direction your room faces, you’re likely to have a great view of the city.

The elevators can be quite noisy at certain times of day, which can be uncomfortable, especially if your room is nearby.

Le hall n'est pas très grand, donc il y a toujours du monde et c'est bruyant. Je suis un peu déçue d'avoir perdu mon adaptateur pour recharger mon téléphone. Je l'ai oublié et, lorsque j'ai appelé l'hôtel 4 heures plus tard pour le récupérer, ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne l'avaient pas retrouvé, pourtant je suis certaine de l'avoir laissé.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Küche, die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet war, was wir sehr wertvoll fanden. Die Betten sind bequem. Ich bekam eine zweite Decke, die ich als Unterlage nutzen konnte, weil ich lieber weich liege. Sehr gute Lage und ruhige Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.

La ubicación es excelente para recorrer Manhattan, con muy buen acceso a distintos puntos de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen una distribución cómoda, además de buenas vistas desde los pisos altos.

Lo más grave fue encontrar muffins con moho durante el desayuno, que habíamos tomado las cuatro personas de nuestro grupo. También nos decepcionó mucho el estado de las dos habitaciones que reservamos, ambas comercializadas por Booking.com como “Deluxe Studio with views of Times Square”: en las dos encontramos las cortinas severamente deterioradas y en jirones, algo difícil de comprender para habitaciones ofrecidas bajo la categoría “Deluxe” y en un hotel de esta categoría. Esta era mi segunda estadía en este hotel en menos de un año. En la anterior ya habíamos tenido problemas relacionados con el funcionamiento de los ascensores, pero decidí darle una segunda oportunidad. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia terminó siendo aún más decepcionante que la primera. Informamos estos problemas y posteriormente la administración del hotel los reconoció y ofreció como compensación el reembolso de dos noches. Sin embargo, pese a los numerosos contactos posteriores con el hotel y Booking.com, al momento de escribir esta reseña, varios meses después de nuestra estadía, todavía no he recibido el reembolso ofrecido.

Die Klimaanlage bläst einem ins Gesicht wenn man im Bett liegt, Katastrophe. Wie kann man sowas bauen? Die Einrichtung ist abgerockt und Fenster waren mit Tape geklebt. Obwohl wir ein deluxe Zimmer hatten wurde uns gesagt dass die einfacheren Zimmer oben sind. Außerdem lag noch Müll im Zimmer und fremde Haare im Bad. Für das Geld hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet.

Très bien situé (métro proche), personnel super (surtout Cyril à l’accueil), petit-déjeuner bon, la vue de notre chambre du 62ème étage, l’équipement de la chambre (frigo, micro-onde, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, TV), literie (lit confortable), peu d’attente pour l’ascenseur

La chambre pas très propre (moquette, poussière), le mobilier usé, les portes qui claquent fort, le petit-déjeuner pas très varié, photos différentes de Booking, pas Disney+ sur la TV, porte coulissante qui ferme les toilettes, petites serviettes de toilette, petites poubelles, un peu cher

Établissement bien situé, proche des principales lignes de métro, mais à l’écart de l’effervescence de Times square. Central Park à deux pas. Personnel sympathique. Studio équipé d’une kitchenette, accès à une laverie (3.50$/utilisation) et salle de sport. Petit déjeuner suffisamment varié pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Tout autour de l’hôtel, restaurants, traiteurs ou supermarchés à proximité pour les repas du soir. Nous avions réservé des chambres avec vue ville, et la vue était effectivement incroyable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consigne à l’hôtel gratuitement avant notre vol retour.

Hôtel fréquenté donc usure des équipements, en particulier les salles de bain (émail éraflé et rustiné, miroir scotché) et dans notre chambre, plinthes décollée et moquette un peu fatiguée. J’avais essayé de contacter l’hôtel plusieurs semaines avant notre arrivée pour demander des chambres au même niveau et si possible en étage élevé, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse et j’ai du repréciser mes attentes à notre arrivée, et ma demande d’étages n’a pas pu être exaucée.

Everything! Especially, being on a high floor. We were on the 64th, and savored the view. Didn’t need to be in a corner room, as this was angled towards Hudson and Times Square. The room was bright & clean. The kitchen had a toaster and hot water pot plus stove top on request. The elevators all worked quickly. The breakfast room on the fourth floor was spacious and bright with lots of selections. There was a leak in our AC in the night and the maintenance guy came immediately. Our floor’s housekeeper was friendly and worked around our schedule and rapidly got us what we needed.

The king room was fine. The staff and location were superb. Parking was valet and nothing pleased us more than someone else navigating the parking in NYC.

The room was a bit small but it was fine for the 2 of us.

La Vue est splendide, la chambre est spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements, le petit déjeuners inclus est correct, l'emplacement est idéal à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro, à 10 min à pied de central Park.

Well located and that’s where it stops.

Almost everything in the room was broken. Dishwasher never washed properly. Lights in bathroom broken and despite reporting everything, nothing was done. Very run down hotel. Bad management. Staff friendly (besides maintenance guy (rude)). When requested repair (as no material supplied to hand wash dishes) we were told we could move rooms, but had to check out of room in am and wait all day for another room. Impossible with cold items in fridge. Sheets were only changed once during our 15 night stay and this was only because it was requested. Do not waste your money staying here. Sooo overpriced for what you get

Everything is accessible from the hotel.. groceries, entertainment, banking, restaurants and subway. Location is great!

The first room had a very strong moldy smell the moment you step off the elevator and banked the corner. We requested another room. The front end clerk at the time and the female manager lacked professionalism when dealing with the complaint. The second room had a cheaply repaired vanity in the bathroom and had black painted all over the the moulding. the shower curtain smelled sour and we didnt realized the next morning that the window was slightly open where they had duct taped it before. This explained the street noise. If we had a little child, they could have fallen out the window stories below without our knowing. You can see where they had duct taped it previously. Courtyard side were classless and didnt want to accept accountability. I think the Residence Inn side is a bit better or either Marriott standards have dropped. The complaints are legitimate.

Di tanto in tanto si sente il rumore del vento in camera. La colazione è abbondante, ma non abbastanza diversificata (non c'è il cappuccino e nemmeno il latte caldo).

Great hotel. Great location

Breakfast is identical every day. I would make some changes to create more variety between day to day. In addition the coffee was not great but the Starbucks which is in the same floor saved the day.

Bilo je jako čisto, krevet je bio udoban, pogled savrsen, te obzirom da je smjesten u centru grada dobro je zvučno izoliran, pa nismo čuli gradsku buku niti susjedne sobe.
