For me and family It is always pleasure to dine at pavilion restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful! Staff like Zuber and others are very courteous and hospitable!

A nice hotel I loved the spa and the pool and amazing hospitality with exceptional decoration and overall it was worth it !!!

When I came in I expected a drink or even a guide to where they were ,also a small souvenir and also the room was about cramped for my liking otherwise it was good

Food was excellent very taste The hospitality extended by Ms Shailja Suraj &Naresh par excellence. They were extremely courteous & Customer friendly. Especially Ms Shailja is an asset to the company.

Chef Nishant at Fabelle is truly exceptional when it comes to hospitality! The hot chocolate was absolutely amazing—I have genuinely never had such a delicious hot chocolate before! I initially had it prepared by another chef, but after changing it to Chef Nishant’s preparation, the difference was unbelievable. The service was smooth and wonderful, especially with the help of Mr. Anuj and Ms. Pallavi, who made the overall experience even more pleasant. Thank you, Chef Nishant, Anuj, and Pallavi, for such a wonderful experience! And the Fabelle chocolates are definitely a must-buy! 🍫✨

The hotel is in a great location; close to airport, close to Delhi attractions and close to embassies. The hotel has many meal options, Italian Ottimo was favorite. Room was cared for by Rubina(housekeeping) she did an amazing job keeping our room super clean, and always warm, welcoming and pleasant with a smile. 10 out of 10 for her! Will definitely comeback.

My stay at ITC Maurya was truly luxurious and memorable. The staff was warm and professional, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. Its premium location in the Diplomatic Enclave adds to the experience. Although it is on an expensive side but it was a great choice for a special stay. Overall, a great experience and a perfect choice for a luxury stay in Delhi.

Such a lovely hotel .........

The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local and international cuisine. The staff was helpful and attentive in making sure our dietary requirements were well taken care of.

The check in process was very slow, not sure if it was a manpower issue on the day of check in or it was their systems. The rooms were a bit dusty, perhaps this is an area that requires a little more attention to detail.

Food and facilities time to improve and renovate

My experience at Dum Pukht, ITC Maurya was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the staff service. The staff was arrogant, rude, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. The food itself was bland and tasteless. When we politely informed the staff that the curry had no flavour and that we were unhappy with it, instead of handling the feedback professionally, the staff member named Karan, who was serving us on 19 April 2026 at around 11 PM, behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He literally snatched our plates away, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. We had gone expecting a premium dining experience from a restaurant of ITC Maurya’s reputation, but the behaviour of the staff completely ruined our evening and our entire experience. Being unhappy with the food does not give any staff member the right to treat guests with such arrogance and disrespect. This kind of behaviour is absolutely not expected from a restaurant of this standard. Very disappointing experience, tasteless food, and appalling service.

A great stay with great hospitality. Restaurant team was quick with their service, housekeeping had a good attention to details, front desk was always available with a smile. Shoutout to Mikhail for always being there to coordinate with our needs and also to the beautiful girls Nim, Vidhi and Nimisha for always being available to answer my questions

Unfortunately Pavilion was full at 9.30 A. M. We had to settle for the alternate venue. It was not as good.

The first room provided was really bad. Bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable shower. Air conditioning was not working and I have to a technician at 4 am to fix it. We were very tired after 5 hours of drive from Agra and was disappointed

Exceptional Late-Night Dining Experience We visited The Pavilion at ITC Maurya for a late-night family meal, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the service made the evening even more special. Sothing and Deepak were exceptional—they were attentive, warm, and genuinely took care of us throughout our visit. We also had a wonderful experience with Purshottam, who was extremely caring and helpful. It is these little touches and the genuinely caring staff that make a dining experience memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family’s late-night visit so enjoyable. Wishing the team all the very best.

Beautiful hotel. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Beds were sooooo comfortable. We only stayed one night be we loved it.

Outstanding Hospitality and Service – ITC Maurya, New Delhi I had an excellent experience at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional, and the check-in process was exceptionally quick and seamless. A special mention to Ms. Vinita Shahi, who went above and beyond to make my entire team feel comfortable and well looked after. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to our needs made a real difference to our stay. The service throughout the hotel was prompt, efficient and courteous. It was particularly refreshing to see such a high level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the staff. Having stayed at Taj Palace immediately before this, the contrast was quite striking. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing, particularly in terms of service and staff interaction. ITC Maurya, on the other hand, delivered the level of hospitality I would expect from a leading luxury hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ITC Maurya and would happily return. Room wasn't fully clean as there were a lot of bugs and small spiders And i asked several times to change my room as it was next to the staff room And was very noisy but no one responded to my request

Had a top experience here, the pool is lovely and good range of food at the breakfast buffet. Shiva who cleaned room 3607 for my 5 week stay gave very good service and was a lovely young man. Good job! Please give him my thanks.

Pathetic room service. I called multiple times to get someone to fix the coffee machine and ac. They didn't send anyone for 30 minutes.

We been to ITC pavilion with my family and my 2 years old son to dine in. The staff is very polite n nice in service except when I asked for baby chair which they didn't had so there comes some lady manager called Pooja bhandari who firstly spoke politely but when my husband asked to get the baby milk to be warmed she very rudely answered which we never ever expected! We were shocked that what kind of manager that young lady Manger (pooja Bhandari) ITC has hired who has no manners to speak with the guest This was really bad experienced we had ITC is a brand n never expected any Brand to have harsh & rude Manager's like this .Big disappointment

We were at pavilion where the service was good but at the time of billing this Manager Pooja Bhandari came to us and spoke very rudely and she’s not at all polite nor she has any hospitality ethics. We got gobsmacked that how ITC has appointed rude very unprofessional person in hotel line . We are coming to ITC since 20 years and never ever faces any issue but this time really disappointed You as ITC Should take a serious action and should not have Managers like this , who’s actually putting ur Repo at Stage .

ITC Maurya in Delhi, India is one of the best hotels I’ve visited and has definitely lived up to our dreams and expectations. Manager Garvit and Oindrella Roy assisted us to our needs perfectly and made this to better than ever! This place has amazing hospitality and made it feel like we were living in a castle. Moreover, The Pavilion in ITC Maurya was one of the best dinings and buffets we have ever been to! We came here for breakfast and dinner and the food was absolutely splendid! This place had the best foods in the world, serving a variety of cuisines from around the world. Anything I thought of was almost surely available. The waiters and waitresses here met our needs perfectly, giving us what we want and when we need it. In specific, Mr. Naresh Kumar.. he assisted us amazingly during our dining and made sure our dinner was one of the best dinners we have had yet. He has amazing hospitality and made our dinner absolutely fulfilling. All in all, ITC Maurya is a must visit hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here whenever you come to Delhi. Once again, shout out to Mr. Garvit, Ms. Oindrella Roy and Mr. Naresh, who have all made our stay comfortable and for sure memorable! Being very kind and professional from the very first meet really appreciated her help
