La salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être re-imaginée pour être au niveau de l'hôtel. L'isolation phonique n'est pas toujours parfaite.

The restaurants that were within the hotel were good, I had a good Chinese meal, and the evening buffet was good, tea was served with some nice biscuits in a lovely relaxed setting.

Breakfast! I was told to use the downstairs restaurant as there were no tables in the lobby restaurant - when you could clearly see there were empty tables. Downstairs was very cold and set up ready for what looked like an evening function. The tables/chair combination was wrong, it felt like you were perched on your chair with overly long table cloths getting in the way of you being able to put your legs under the table. The food was cold, this was because all of the lids to the serving trays were left open. Very disappointing.

Loya was fantastic. breakfast was excellent, just had a wait for our seats.

Allowing smoking, cigar smoking in the rooms, which I complained about and selling cigars in the premises.

Whats not to like in a taj ? Its the best bet to have.

The rooms are a bit small for Taj. And the breakfast needs more tables.

The housekeeping staff during the night and the breakfast service team truly went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. after a long flight, and we had booked a triple occupancy room. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, and there was no extra bed provided. When we contacted the receptionist, we were told that no bed was available and that we could instead put a mattress on the floor. They insisted that this was the only option, which was particularly disappointing given that we had specifically booked and paid for triple occupancy. Additionally, the iron provided in the room was rusted and ended up ruining some of our clothes, which we needed for an important celebration. This was extremely inconvenient and added to an already disappointing experience. While some members of the staff, particularly the night housekeeping and breakfast team, provided excellent service and went out of their way to make us comfortable, the issues with the room and facilities were unacceptable.

When I upgraded I specifically asked whether there was a one way complimentary airport drop off. Advised yes but when my daughters went to confirm and book a hotel car, the staff said it was not included. So disappointed by this misrepresentation

The property has a good location.

Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. The hotel appeared to be significantly overbooked, and breakfast had a very long queue with an overcrowded dining area. The breakfast itself was below expectations for a property of this category. Staff seemed overloaded and, as a result, service felt confused and at times lacking in warmth. The property also feels quite dated, and the interiors were heavily perfumed, which I personally found unpleasant.

We extended our stay and booked (online) another room with the pool view at a certain price on booking.com. But while changing the room the reception lady requested extra money for pool view on the top of booking.com. Noting: booking.com specially mentioned pool view room.

Amazing food! Really flavourful. Chandershekhar, Sumit and chef Sandeep were very good at hosting us. Must try!

We had an amazing experience at Taj Loya. The food was exquisite especially “Haare ki Dal”. The service provided by Mr. Chandrashekhar Sumit was also quite fine.

Es un hermoso lugar, con una decoración exquisita en todos los ambiente. Tiene tres restaurantes con distintas opciones de comidas, muy buenas. El bar es genial y los tragos estuvieron deliciosos. Ahí probamos el mejor pisco sour preparado fuera de Peru. La habitación estuvo muy buena, grande, acogedora. Es uno de los hoteles más bonitos que conocimos en India, en el trayecto Delhi, Agra , Jaipur. Una experiencia inolvidable!

Not worth to be a 5 star especially not a Taj quality. I have been to so many 5 stars but this one is bad. Customer service is zero.

Customer service is bad. We had to wait standing for more than 30mins before checking in. And no one was there to receive us. We had to repeatedly ask the receptionist to welcome us. Food at the breakfast was very limited. Even the staff at the restaurant did not seem to want to welcome us. Room was congested for triple occupancy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay as always. Everything is spot on. Service is Impeccable. Restaurant staff is the best. Chef Joshi, Dinesh, Akash, Narendra, Diwan and Amar. Ask for them and you shall be pampered like a King & Queen. Special mention of Vishal, Vikas and Piyush at the Club Room. There way of making you feel at home is worlf apart.

The taj club is exiting two twins vikas and vishal manages the club as stars both are loving caring and serve like gentlemen 10stars to both and manage piyush looks after each individual is amazing 10 stars to manager
