We requested a quiet room away from the elevator and no adjoining room and the room they gave us had both of these. We had to be moved. Also, the front desk seemed to rush us and didn’t listen to what we were saying. The breakfast that was served on the Club Floor was poor. The hot food quality was limited and lacking in taste. The elevator to the breakfast floor 37 was broken and you had to walk up 2 sets of stairs. The food selection was not the quality you would expect for the price, with minimum selection - just OK. The heating and cooling in the room was not working properly. The power plugs in the table were dead. There weren’t enough power plugs in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was awful, too low and too many shadows.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre-ville de Montréal. Proche de tout: bus, commerces, restaurants supermarché, et a 3 minutes à pieds de la rue commerçante Sainte Catherine. Hotel très propre et moderne. Personnel top et à l'écoute. Il y a au total 36 étages et nous étions au 21, où la vue était super ! 6 ascenseurs donc on attend que quelques secondes pour les prendre. Piscine et salle de sport avec prêt de serviettes. Un restaurant sur place mais pas testé. Les chambres sont spatieuses (environ 30m2 pour une chambre deluxe avec 2 lits doubles) et très propres. Le ménage est fait sur demande tous les jours. Elles sont également bien insonorisées car on entend rien de ce qui se passent dans les autres chambres. Par contre, on entend bien les personnes brillantes dans les couloirs. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Le wifi ne marchait pas : j ai dû aller 3 fois à la réception pour que quelqu un m explique. La troisième fois, la personne me l a bien expliqué enfin (problème réseau) et mis en place elle même sur mon portable. La climatisation de la chambre faisait du bruit : nous pensions qu il y avait un orage durant la nuit, mais c était juste la climatisation , un peu fatigant

L'hotel est situé en plein coeur du downtown de Montréal - donc entouré de gratte-ciels. Parmi les points positifs, c'est tres central, donc bien. Et il y a le bus 747 pour l'aéroport situé juste en face!

C'est tres cher pour une chambre réguliere dans un hotel Sheraton. Nous espérions une meilleure chambre pour le prix payé, avec plus de services.

The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was ok. AC was easy to adjust. The staff was very kind. The position is good but not very close to the metro.

The fact that you need to pay for services that I consider should be included in a 4 star hotel (leave your baggages after check out). The price is high with no breakfast included. The bed is quite small.

Nous avons voyagé à Montréal en famille, avons séjourné dans 2 chambres différentes et le feedback au niveau du ménage est unanime : déplorable ! Nos chambres n'ont pas été nettoyé trois jours, sur les quinze, (linge de lit et salle de bain pas changé). Lorsque c'était fait, c'était vraiment le strict minimum. Grande déception à ce niveau, malgré le fait que la gérante nous ait offert un late check-out ainsi que l'accès au lounge pour les 2 derniers jours.

We booked a Club King Room, room 3505 for our 6 night stay. The room is not very big, but adequate enough. Check in was easy and pretty quick. As we had paid in advance for our stay, the hotel (like all) take a deposit for incidentals. We were told it would be $200, but upon checking our bank account, it was $900. Went to reception for an explanation, was told it was a “system algorithm “, that the manager will need to fix this. We have no problem in money taken as a deposit (it remains pending in your account), but tell us the correct amount. The room was on the 35th floor, there are 6 lifts to the room and are a bit shaky going all the way up. The lift foyer is genuinely nice with signage to where the rooms are. Upon entering, the bathroom is to the left is small. It has a large walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet. There is hardly any room to put your toiletries. The shower pressure is good and so is the heat. The shower has 2 sliding doors, one to turn on the water and the other to get in. The shower does leak a little, but not much. Towels are thin, they do need replacing. There is a robe with a safe down the bottom which is hit and miss once you input your number. Sometimes it opens up the 2nd time or it could be the 5th time. Who knows what’s gong to happen! There are quite a few coat hangers for your clothes, a single drawer, iron & ironing board. The bed is king size, which comfy wise not too bad, but the pillows are horrid. We requested some foam pillows, they are not solid foam, but the foam is like little clouds everywhere. No support whats so ever. Two side tables, one large and the other is small which is attached to a lamp and its lopsided and we could not correct it. If I put something on it, it would roll off. A swivel chair in the corner, a round table in the other with a bench seat that leads to where a suitcase can sit with a large deep drawer underneath. The TV is large and wall mounted with a bar fridge, bottled water, glasses, and ice bucket. Air conditioning works well and not too noisy. Rooms are serviced daily. The Club is on the 37th floor and is very large. Tea, Coffee & Soft drink are available all day. Breakfast there is plenty to choose Fruit, Pastries, Breads, Bagels, Cold Meats, Cheeses, Cereals, Yogurt, hot food that is not the same the next day. It is chaos of morning, plates run out and so does the food. It’s very noisy with kids crying and yelling. One morning there was a queue of people waiting as there were no tables available. There are usually 2 staff on cleaning tables and refreshing food – its not enough. If you want a peaceful breakfast, you will not get it here. Evening Canapés start at 5pm. There are cheeses, vegetables with dip, dinner rolls, cold meats, some hot food that can be anything. Drinks is anything including cocktails, beer & wine, but you must pay for the alcohol. One particular night, I had a dinner roll, broke it open and it was mouldy. Took it back to the server and showed her, a shrug of the shoulders nothing more! Children are allowed in the club, for what we saw from our stay, most parents let the kids run around, not much care. People are carrying food and drink, anything could happen. I wish some parents would control their children a lot more in public. The clubs these days are turning into a nursery, no peace, not sure its worth it anymore.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and the overall feel of the hotel was a very high standard. Breakfast was well presented and a great choice. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Overall a great location and experience and well worth the money.

The bar, in a city location, closes at 10.30 pm. Hundreds of people looking for a bar after a concert nearby. As a resident, no bar. Breakfast: if you pay in advance you are restricted in what you can have without extra payment. Eg if you have eggs Benedict you can't have OJ. If you have the full breakfast at cad$ 2 less you can! WTF! When I complained the answer from the manager was "I don't make the rules".

The hot tub was not working.

We like the location. We can walk to most of the point of interests and restaurant.

We booked the executive room for the lounge. The food that provides by the lounge is ok but limited and the hotel charges alcohol drink with high price in the lounge.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in July. It was an overnight stop to break up our long drive back to Toronto from Charlevoix. This is a great hotel, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Beautiful hotel interior with on-site dining or room-service. We ate at the onsite restaurant named Stanley - the breakfast was delicious and service was amazing! Hotel has underground parking which is very convenient but be careful if you have a large size SUV - clearance is only 6ft and there are some parts that you think you're not going to make it. We have a Grand Jeep Cherokee and it was tight but we just barely made it. Lot of parking levels and in-out privileges. The hotel is conveniently located and you can basically walk to most places -- very close to the restaurants and stores along St. Catherine's. Starbucks right onsite on ground level. Good security - your access card will only get you to your floor. We did not hear any noise in the corridors or other rooms. Large bathrooms with tons of counter space. Mini fridge. The one very weird thing about the room is that there's a microwave right in the middle of the room near the dresser. It's a weird place to put it and totally ruins the aesthetic of the room. I highly recommend this hotel for shorter or longer stays, it's very comfortable, you won't regret it.

Great location, walkable and seemed safe. The hotel is huge and check in was on another floor where there was a bar. It's a very busy hotel so check in can be long if there are a lot of people checking in as well. I was very surprised to find that the rooms are small including the bathroom. For two people it was tight with luggage. The luggage storage was probably the worst experience I had with a hotel as I was charged for storing my bags since I had arrived a couple hours early and the room was not ready yet. This is the first time at a hotel where baggage storage had a fee so I was very surprised and baffled. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again as it is quite expensive than other hotels you fan find that are comparable brands if not better in Montreal and within that location.

Unacceptable stay—abysmal service and hostile management. My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare due to the shocking lack of customer care. The guest service manager ( Hyunjun) was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, he escalated the non issue due to his lack of knowledge in the hospitality industry, they were dismissive and showed a gross disregard for basic hospitality. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel leadership. This business desperately needs to retrain its management. Avoid this place if you expect decent service. Also the hot tub is out of order, when I asked how long before it was in order the answer was 6 months. The restaurant is overpriced for the quality. Wifi is a disaster, in 2026 wifi is free in every hotel except this one. There are 4**** hotels all over downtown Montreal and Old Montreal with incredible management and restaurants, service at a better rate. Marriot Bonvoy is a professional hospitality organization. This hotel does not reflect that professionalism.

De parkeergarage is een hel! Ik heb twee keer moeten betalen. zowel aan de balie, op de kamer maar vervolgens ook nog in de kelder bij de slagboom. De helpdesk bij de slagboom weigerde te bellen naar de balie waardoor ik dus gegijzeld werd in de kelder. Zeer vervelend, zeer klantonvriendelijk en geheel niet nodig. Dit kan beter!

The rooms are quite nice. Beds conformable. Shower decent, slightly low pressure. But the elevators down from my floor (12) are absolutely miserable. Unacceptable. Waits of 10+ minutes have happened over 3 times. Everyone at our conversation is complaining about it.

Hotel de haut standing tout est magnifique très classe très luxueux. Chambre magnifique vue sur la ville et ses building. Matelas literie top tout est parfait. Un des opus bel hotel de notre séjour.

Le bruit de la machinerie d'ascenseur est très présent dans la chambre peut être du a la proximité de la chambre attribuée et de l'ascenseur. Étant donné la taille de l'hôtel et le nombre de chambre l'ascenseur est très utilisé.

Tout était parfait, le personnel partout accueillant et aimable. Par contre ceux du bar restaurant au lobby pourrait surement faire des efforts pour être plus accueillant et ne pas faire sentir le client qu'il est de trop. Si le prétexte est la coupe du monde et des matchs de foot, cela n'est pas une excuse valable. J'ai attendu à l'entrée longtemps et la personne en charge me voyait et faisait la navette sans rien me dire, enfin un membre de ma famille s'est énervé et est entré et s'est assis sur la table que nous voulons qui semblait être réserver ou plutôt le coin en question était fermé.... Et voilà tout a été bon par la suite puisqu'on s'est imposer.

The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was very good.

The mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep.

Excellent location - closest to the Bell Center, if you are in Montreal to visit an event there. I liked that there was a Starbucks branch in the same building. I also liked that any of those organized bus tours (day-trip tours) use meeting points super close to this hotel at Dorchester Square or even closer on Rue Stanley.

If you are close to a corner room you might get families with loud children next to you. If I booked another stay I would request a quiet room far away from the bigger family rooms.

This was the best hotel sleep I have ever had. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very clean. The front desk was very polite. 10/10 recommend staying here. I loved the close proximity to the bell centre as we were down to watch a game. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great central location, we walked everywhere. Close to the Peel St Metro line which is very convenient. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Elevators are very fast moving and your ears will pop which takes some getting used to. Even though we were close to the elevators on the 28th floor we could not hear a lot of foot traffic once back in our room at night. The views of the city are beautiful. Now for the not so great. The pillows are awful. Your head goes right through them and it takes a lot of manipulation throughout the night to get any support. The curtains leave a gap at the bottom and closing edge of the window and let is a lot of light as daylight breaks. There also isn’t the option to have the AC unit continually run and it makes 3 very loud clicking sounds every time it turns on which is also very disruptive for sleeping. Over all I would stay here again, we are lucky enough to be able to drive to Montreal when we visit so next time I would travel with my own pillow and an eye mask.

The hotel was right by Le Centre Bell and there were NHL Eastern Conference playoffs during my stay. It was very easy to walk to and from the fanzone. The soundproofing was good enough inside my room that I didn’t hear the noise (except the fireworks). There were plenty of elevators and I never had to wait long to go to my room or the lobby (it sounds strange having to say this but unfortunately I have stayed at hotels where the elevator situation was dire). I greatly enjoyed my stay at The Sheraton.

I had booked for the wrong date via booking.com who then said the booking could not be amended but the hotel, very kindly, amended to the date wanted. Not only that but I was allowed to check in early. Receptionist was most helpful.

When i arrived in room the carpet was soaking, it was late so i went to bed but in the morning had a shower and the whole room flooded. I made the hotel aware they said they were aware but thought it was fixed. So they would fix it whilst i was out for day. Came back, reception said fixed and dry, when i went to room there were 20+ towels on floor and two huge fans on full speed. I refused to stay in that room and eventually they agreed to move me elsewhere but it wasn’t easy. I also purchased a T-shirt from gift shop, he double charged me and even after showing bank charge he tried to deny, eventually i got a “cash only” refund.

Les chambres étaient propre et l'hôtel près de notre destination. Commodité dans l'hôtel, bien apprécié un Starbucks à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Les lits étaient très petit pour des hommes de quasiment 6 pied et il manquait de papier de toilette et il n'y avait plus de savon dans la douche. Nous aurions aimé avoir un micro-onde dans la chambre.
