The person that checked us in wasn’t that friendly but they were very knowledgeable. They could’ve just been having an off day. It didn’t bother me, but I think it would be better for guests to be a little pleasant.

L'acqua della doccia era fredda. Al check in il personale non è stato molto esplicativo e la persona dell'hotel parlava a voce bassissima ed era difficile capire. Booking riporta la colazione da 13€, ma di fatto si spende ben più di 20€ per un piatto. Inoltre, pur non essendo pieno il locale, abbiamo atteso parecchio per essere accompagnati al tavolo e per essere serviti. Infine, il cambio applicato al momento del pagamento della camera ha portato ad un costo maggiore di 18€.

The number one asset of this hotel is its amazing staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast staff is especially exceptional. When we had a problem with breakfast vouchers (caused by Booking.com, not the hotel) our server helped us personally. All of the morning wait staff are just brilliant and the breakfast was delicious, better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Overall this hotel is very comfortable, well-located and reasonably priced. I would recommend for a family stay in Montreal 100%. The hospitality shown by staff was great.

Rooms could have been serviced a bit earlier in the day as a few times we had to wait in the lobby after coming back from sightseeing as room was not ready yet.

La struttura è nuova e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. C'è una bella palestra e anche la piscina con il piccolo solarium esterno è pulita e confortevole. La posizione ottima per girare la città a piedi.

Le prix pour une nuit était un peu cher, mais bon, c'était à prévoir pour la haute saison.

There was another hotel with the same name in Chinatown, which we accidently went to first. The other one was more central so had we better knowledge of Montreal before we arrived, we would have booked this other hotel instead. Not a big deal though!

Very convinient location for easy walk around and enjoy Montreal. Room was clean and comfortable. Small fridge in the room was very convinient.

The room door was shutting itself very loudly, we had to hold the door so it doesn't slam disturbing others. Two of three rooms had wierd window, like a loophole. The biggest room wasn't the main one with garage access.

My room was not cleaned from 9am till 5pm, even though I put the "Please clean my room" sign on the door. I had to call three times and ask for it to be cleaned, especially since the housekeeping service only operates until 5:30 pm. Also there is small and uncomfortable swimming pool

The location of the hotel was good, metro and bus stop very close. There are some nice restaurants and a supermarket in the neighbourhood.

The room was not very clean. We found some paillettes from previous visitors on the carpet which were not removed during our three nights stay. The service at breakfast was extremely slow, unfortunately no buffet, nearly no vegetarian options. The pool was not very clean, salt was added while I was swimming and was then told I could not use it during 30 minutes. The pool is very small and quickly full of people. I have asked 3 times at the reception for a bathrobe (in different languages including French) and never got one.

Bel hotel bien situé avec un grand parking sous-terrain. Les chambres sont propres et grandes.

Les linges de bains et de piscine usés, fins et minuscules. Manque de personnalité de la chambre, très froide et impersonnelle. Le sol du sauna brûlant, les bulles du jacuzzi ne fonctionnaient pas.

Notre. Chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits. Une personne est venue en fin d'après-midi alors que mon fils se reposait, donc c'était trop tard. Pourtant nous avons été absents depuis le matin jusqu'à 16h30. Le frigo ne fait pas beaucoup de froid.

Très bon emplacement.le bus 747 de l aeroport nous dépose à une station proche de l hôtel. Bien situé proche de tous bus.metro gareainsi que vieux montreal vieux port.. Piscine pour se détendre après visite de la ville. Personnel très à l écoute. Un grand merci au serveur du petit dejeuner.

The room was clean and the bad was very comfortable. Location is close to points of interest but still quiet enough. Metro station is very close.

It wasn't clear at the time of booking that we'd have to pay for parking and how much it would cost. Only that parking was available. Disappointing.

Staff was amazing, especially Justin at front desk. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Personnel très peu arrangeant. À chaque fois que l’on demande un ajustement du séjour la réponse est négative sans discussion. Le service à table au petit déjeuner (menus) est très long (1h d’attente) probablement dû à un manque de personnel en cuisine. Le prix est élevé.

0 star. Extremely disappointing experience. My parents were assigned a room directly next to a machine/mechanical room, and the noise was so loud that they simply could not sleep. They immediately asked the front desk to change rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. The hotel offered to move them the next day, but provided no compensation at all for the first night. The noise was so unbearable that my father eventually had to sleep on the bathroom floor, while my mother tried to sleep covered with some of her clothes and became sick afterward. I understand that a hotel can be fully booked, but it is unacceptable to charge the full price for a room that is effectively unsuitable for sleeping. I called the hotel afterward, but they refused any compensation and were dismissive about the situation. Moving them the next day does not make the first night acceptable. Providing guests with a reasonable place to sleep is the most basic responsibility of a hotel. Very disappointing.

Room spacious. Bed very comfortable. Parking available at a cheaper rate. Restaurant and bar available onsite. Close proximity to Rue Sainte Catherine and about half hour walk to Vieux Montreal. Plenty to see, eat and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay. Our quadruple room with two queen beds was incredibly spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and amazing views over Montreal. We had requested a quiet room and were given one on the 9th floor facing the river, which was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the room had plenty of space for the four of us. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour à cet établissement. Sur 2 lits, un matelas était défoncé au centre donc inconfortable au point où nous avons quitté notre chambre à 4h30 du matin, ce jeudi 6 août 2026. Mon mari s'est blessé sur le siège de toilette qui ne se maintenait pas en place, se promène de gauche vers la droite lorsque assis évidemment. J'ai choisi votre établissement parce qu'il était proche de l'institut chirurgicale de Westmount, j'y subissait une opération la journée du 5 août en avant midi. Au retour dans notre chambre à 16h, quel ne fut pas notre surprise de constater que notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyé, sans ajout de bouteilles d'eaux ni de serviettes propres. Nous avons logé un appel, une personne s'est présenté mais nous devions sortir de la chambre ce qui était impossible puisque j'étais sur l'effet de mon anti-douleur fentanyl, j'étais en train de m'alimenter pour prendre mes antibiotiques. A presque 1000$ pour un séjour de 2 jours, je trouve que c'est du vol. Je ne séjournerai pas à nouveau à votre hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas non plus! Je crois que nous avons obtenu ce service parce que nous avons passé par un service tiers que le site de Holiday Inn!

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing as they were so soft.

The price was a bit high honestly. I stayed at La Crystal one month earlier and I only paid $369 plus tax a night but the bed wasn't as comfortable as the holiday Inn though .

Choosing this hotel was the best decision I’ve made because the staff were extremely friendly. I want to give a shoutout to Rim at the front desk who gave me a room with an amazing view at the 12th floor. The Bell Centre was so close like I went to the All Elite Wrestling, it finished late but with only a 3 minute walk it was no problem at all. The breakfast was good there and the 15th floor had breathtaking views of the City and had a pool with a sauna. I highly recommend of going to this location if you want to have a short walk to the Bell Centre and to the Train Station close by!!!!!!!

Lovely large room with great views. Comfortable, clean, with very soft sheets. Different pillow firmness options. Bathroom was spotless. Had a mini fridge. Free bottled water, tea and coffee. Restaurant downstairs was handy when we were too tired to dine out. Sauna, pool, hot tub, but I did not go personally. Would reccomend.

We arrived late and got offered an upgrade which was a true gem!! An entire suite- it was very much. Needed after having travelled by plane for over 22 hours. Fab gym facilities and spa !

A/C was a bit noisy and the street noise on the front side was pretty loud until about midnight, even on weeknights. Towels were thin and kinda scratchy.

Room is large, location was excellent.

Our first day there we left from 8 AM to 5 PM and our room was not cleaned. I called the desk. They sent someone up and they told me I had to leave in order for them to clean it. We were in a suite with two very large rooms and a bathroom and I said they could go ahead and start in the bedroom while we were in the living room moved to the bathroom and then we would go back to the bedroom. They refused and said it was against policy. I found them to be inflexible, and we were exhausted after having flown in late the night before and doing business all day that day. I was very disappointed in the way they handled it, we ended up, leaving and sitting in the lobby while they cleaned.

Mail gestuurd met klacht, maar geen gehoor Brandalarm random tijdens verblijf, duurde heel lang voor opgelost was Geen ontbijt, geen empathie van medewerkers met deposit, ze wilden bijna annuleren Parkeergarage STINKT en dat hoort niet bij zo'n hotel Al met al ben ik puur ontevreden omdat ik heb betaald terwijl ik geen zwembad optie krijg, maar ze willen wel verblijf annuleren als je deposit niet betaalt met creditcard en overchargen voor parkeren
