The Lalit Ashok

The pool and room

Service was very slow

It’s quite old but its ok for one night stays

Crowded, conventions, exhibitions too much of a crowd

Nice team, environment and ambience.

Professional approach with a caring attitude

Everything was pretty much organised and staff very cordial.

Ambience

Leak in front of the washroom from the false ceiling Flush was not working

Excellent brakefast Excellent location Polite staff Excellent cleanliness

Early check 2-3 hours to be considered where this was refused.

The location of the hotel is perfect

-Every staff has different information. -rooms were not clean specially bathrooms are not good. -we can hear neighbour voice and toilet flush sound etc..too bad.

the staff-fraud

Garden area

Rooms are stinky and very old

Location, lots of open space, great ambiance

Nothing to mention

Ambients

Neat and clean room

Location and value for money

Comfortable stay, good location. Very clean pool.

Some staff needs special mention : Chitralekha & Bibha at Front Office . Chef Arora & Chef Mahendra . Nitin Kumar - Restaurant Manager and Mehtab at the Spa .

Great hospitality

Excellent service. Good food Vandana and Mr Manjunath staff members r very supportive

Only the staff service

Old property

The project is good

Property is not to the class of 5 star . I am surprised how it is a 5 star hotel.

Top floor bar ambience was good

breakfast i felt was very expensive

The elevator is not in a good condition and access card takes lot of time before it works in the elevator.

Location, Gym, Spa and services from staff in all outlets

None

Never using lalit. Worst experience.

Location Cleanliness

Superb location, very well maintained, spacious rooms .

The attitude of one of the front desk staff - Varthika. Who was disrespectful

Ms. Nazia begum was very rude in call she don't know how to speak to a guest I don't know how she became revenue manager

nothing particular other than the location which close to everything near by and also the hotel is secluded from the main road so no traffic noise and issues

Breakfast Mediocre, front desk per my interaction during check-in bad. Rooms were given on different floors so Kids were separated from us absolutely hated this. Breakfast Staff not great, current management is running down the legacy brand

Excellent Breakfast spread

Attention to room detail

Excellent management

Good location. Breakfast was ok

The location and the rooms were spacious than most of the contemporary properties. The buffet and the service in the restaurant was amazing and excellent.

The room service and other customer related services right from reception should be improved. I felt that the purpose of keeping the intercom in room was a waste as most of the calls meant to connect for services were unanswered.

The location was good

Terrible attitude from the staff, they did not provide any of the assistance we requested for multiple issues. We were kept waiting with repeated assurances but nothing was done. Rooms were old and slightly dilapidated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Location

Service is very very very very slow

Seamless checkin experience. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Nice location.

Room interiors need to be upgraded. Loud noise from the club above, making the windows vibrate.

The breakfast was very varied and the restaurant and bar staff were always wonderful, particularly coming to talk to me as I was alone. Sitting eating breakfast outside was just stunning. The pool and spa facilities were fabulous - I pretty much had them to myself! The gym was really well provisioned, and the massage I had was definitely in my top 3 of all time. Bed was so comfy I think I melted in it. Views from the roof were fabulous. All in, a very relaxing two days spent at this hotel.

There was a thumping beat of music that I could hear until past midnight. I dont know if this is every night, however I was staying friday and saturday nights. Im assuming it was from the rooftop nightclub but I can't be sure. Luckily I had earplugs, but the first night it kept me awake for quite some time.

Ambience

Some flexibility in checkout time will be appreciated specially for someone with small babies.

Excellent facilities

Excellent

Location and greenery

Ac was not working, the walls are so thin and there was this door in my room attached to the next room and there was too much noise, 247 food staff not the best, spoiled the entire experience

Location

Overall service

Room is ok spacious. Location is excellent. Lot of Greenary. Plenty of Parking space.

No hand towels in the bathroom. Food quality is bad. Staff at 24X7 are not very attentive. Need to ASK for water even after you occupy your seat for more than 15 minutes.

Over all nice

Super awesome hotel and the staff very warm. The breakfast spread was really good and sitting outside area facing the pool and the beautiful gardens was magical. Very well Maintained property.

Everything was fine
