Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt war für uns die Lautstärke. Die Zimmertüren zum Flur waren leider sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche vom Gang deutlich zu hören waren. Außerdem gab es auch von außerhalb des Hotels eine relativ hohe Grundlautstärke.

Great location, staff were kind. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Room service was prompt even outside designated eating hours. Everything was clean.

No hand soap or extra toilet paper.

Hotel is located downtown. The hotel staff are really friendly and willing to help. Their breakfast is nice.

房間非常舒適，且食物非常好吃，地點也非常好離購物商場非常近 整體性價比非常高

朝食が美味しかった。設備が良かった。

イスラム教のイベントが22時まで行われており、その音がうるさかった。

乾淨，位置好，晚上要吃東西很方便。

1. Location to nearby eateries (both cafes and warungs). 2. Hotel staff - service level is par excellent. Special mention goes to Mas Rafi, and also all the hotel’s F&B and Front Desk staff.

前面有公園，附近百貨公司也多，生活機能好，員工樂於助人。

飯店附近很多Bar,晚上開始很熱鬧，吵通宵別想睡覺。

Staff gentile e disponibile, ottimo il servizio e la stanza.

I liked that we can keep our luggage at the hotel until the check in time and they sent the luggages direct to our room once we have checked in. The hotel is modern, nice and clean with warm hospitality from staff.

I wish they could provide more hangers in the room with Wifi password already written on the card holder or somewhere in the room so that we don't have to go to the lobby just to ask the receiptionist the Wifi password.

Location nearby to mall, restaurants.

Room was bad. Unable to adjust aircond, no closet, stuffy. At night at 10 plus and 2 plus someone from outside rang the doorbell but we checked no one was there. Room 602.

I had a pleasant 3-night stay at Kampi Hotel Tunjungan. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore Surabaya and access nearby shopping, dining, and attractions. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could be better, and I hope the hotel pays more attention to room maintenance and guest safety. The inside door lock in our room was broken and could not be used, which was a concern. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and inconsistent throughout our stay.

I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s a great hotel. Comfortable rooms, with great showers, kettles etc. The staff are lovely! It’s also centrally located in Surabaya. Breakfast is excellent.

The “city view” rooms can be noisy as the sounds carry up from noisy venues etc from below. They need better insulation. Linen could use a refresh and the linen in my first room didn’t seem fresh when I arrived which was concerning. No soap at the basin for handwashing. No fridge in the second room I stayed in.

Gute Lage

Das Frühstück ist für Europäer schon besonders, wir hatten ein Toast, ein Omelett und etwas Melone, dazu Wasser. Alles andere war uns zu exotisch. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Der Boden hatte Flecken und es lagen lange schwarze Haare im Bad und im Zimmer.

1. Location: Close to one of the biggest mall of Surabaya. Only 7 mins walk from the mall. 2. The room is very clean and well designed. 3. Breakfast gets many freshly cooked options and with high quality.

1. The shower only gets warm water, no hot water. 2. No hair dryer in the room and u need to borrow from the front desk. U will get a receipt of borrowing and u have to return by yourself when u checkout.

Me gustó el desayuno, que es variado. La cama era bastante cómoda. el hotel queda cerca de la estación de trenes.

Por la ventana entraba mucho ruido del exterior. Tuve que usar tapones y ni así dejaba de oírse. Creo que el ruido venía de un bar con música en directo.

Meine Minuspunkte aus meiner vorherigen Bewertung betreffend der Schallisolierung nach draussen, traf bei diesem Aufenthalt nicht zu. Die Fenster waren besser isoliert, und so empfanden wir den Straßenlärm diesmal nicht ala störend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr freundlich zu Kindern. Top Location. Tunjungan plaza ist 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

In der Suite gibt es nicht viel Stauraum.

We booked the suite, which was quite comfortable. The bathroom and shower had a comfortable size. The breakfast was good.

Noise isolation is the weak point of this hotel. The entrance doors of the rooms don't really isolate that well, so when someone walks by and opens a door, or is checking out, you can hear it all. As for the windows - no matter if you book the park side (loud clubs / music until late at night ) or the City side ( loud motorbike noises until late at night - which is probably a bit better, as the level.is not constantly high ), if you are a bit sensitive, it will keep you from falling asleep fast, if you are not tired enough. Also noises in the bathroom travel easily to the rest of the room 😅

È strato impossibile dormire fino alle 3 di notte. Il bar sotto all’hotel ha messo musica ad altissimo volume fino a tarda notte, per fortuna il giorno dopo non avevamo nulla in programma e abbiamo potuto recuperare il sonno in un diverso alloggio. La colazione e la cena a buffet purtroppo non sono state di nostro gradimento. Nel bagno mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare del sapone per le mani.

シャワーの水圧が強くてよかった。 ジムはランニングマシーンちゃんとしてるから走るのには快適。他はダンベルしかないのが残念。

洗面台にハンドソープはなかったな。 シャワーのボディソープ使えば代用できることだけど。 あと冷蔵庫は部屋にはなかった気がする。

酒店乾淨，也提倡環保。人員親切也即時提供叫車服務到機場+送吹風機到房間。早餐豐富選擇多樣。備有小小健身房還有飲水機，設備不錯。

半夜三點被按了兩次門鈴還跳電⋯⋯

The location of this hotel is superb, quiet, but close to all cenral Surabaya. The area around the hotel is green, and there are several good, cheap eating places within 50 metres. Tunjungan Plaza is only a 5 minute walk away, on a quiet road. Access and parking at the Kampi are good. There is a lovely, shaded, green area at the front of this hotel, which is an OASIS in the middle of Surabaya. Breakfast is very good, with a large choice of good quality food. The breakfast area is large, and the food layout superb. The bed is a good size, and the room is clean, with a good sized, functional bathroom. There is a small gym, which has a few exercise facilities.

Check in and reception is not the best, and the reception area is bereft of comfortable seating. There is no seating lounge, and the room sizes are quite small. The window is VERY shaded, and despite the good location the view out of the window is impeded by CHEAP plastic, fake shutters. The window size is small, and does not provide light to the room.

The neighborhood

Room was good. I did not have time for breakfast at the normal hours so they arranged for me a take away option which I loved :)

The room was really nice, but had some issues. On arrival the AC unit wouldn't cool the room at all - the hotel staff did send someone to maintenance it right away the next morning but we felt like it never got as cold as other hotels we've stayed. The bathroom occasionally had a smell of cigarettes and we found a few mosquitos and bugs the first two days we stayed. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always really kind.

Very limited vegan options at breakfast with no allergens labeled (staff often weren't sure what is in the food). You have to ask for toilet paper and water replenishment every day. AC not very as strong as we would have liked. Faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom at times.

Keurig hotel!

Uitzicht was er totaal niet. Vreemde schuine schotten voor alle ramen. De airco in het restaurant stond voortdurend zo belachelijk koud. Zonder jas daar zitten was onmogelijk.

Ein sehr professionell geführtes Hotel, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Nebenan ist das Tunjungan Plaza Einkaufszentrum und direkt daneben ein charmantes kleines Viertel mit kleinen Häuschen und engen Gassen. Dort kann man sehr gut authentisch an Straßenständen essen.

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Das Fenster war Richtung Regierungsgebäude mit einer Metallplatten abgeschirmt, sodass es etwas dunkel war. Im Fitnessraum gehen die Kurzhanteln nur bis 10kg (keine Kritik, aber gut zu wissen, wenn man das Hotel extra wegen des Fitnessraums auswählt)

Grootste Shopping mall op loopafstand. 3 nachtclubs op loopafstand als je dat aanspreekt en ook aardige barretjes. Hotel groot en netjes

Nette kamer en badkamer.

We hadden geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 8 jaar oud, inclusief ontbijt. Bij aankomst bleek dat er geen bed was voor ons kind. Bovendien moesten we extra betalen voor het ontbijt voor ons kind..

1. They prepared the room beforehand so that when I checked in, the room is cool. Also they put the card on the electricity slot so that even if I go out, I can have the option to leave the AC on. 2. They are very welcoming and communicative. They contacted me both on this platform and on whatsapp to confirm my booking and to check on my special requests. They also provided complimentary welcoming cake slices in my room upon my arrival. 3. The hotel is walkable distance to a lot of local attractions i.e. Tunjungan Plaza, Romansa Tunjungan, Alun-Alun Surabaya. 4. The room is decently sized and it is clean.

If there is more than 1 person, the space to put luggage and other items might be limited. This is something might be out of the hotel’s control but early Sunday morning, there’ll be loud music coming from nearby park so travellers that want to sleep in on Sunday might be bothered by that.

Great central location close to surabaya’s main attractions - walk along tunjungan road or to the malls and easily get to other parts of the city Clean rooms, with great room service for water/towels/bed making/cleaning daily and helpful team members who are available 24/7 Downstairs gym is useful, breakfast buffet is decent

Tunjungan Plaza, Jalan Tunjungan, the night street food street (Jalan Genteng Besar) all are within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and some rooms include an afternoon tea snack buffet from 3-6pm. We booked a suite - room was very clean after every housekeeping routine. Special thanks to Dian, Jeje, Rince, Syauqi, Tyo and mas mas security who were always friendly and smiling all the time. 6 star hospitality 👍🏽
