The toilet and shower was outdated and seemed like a retrofitted into a room. It was not pleasant to have a shower or use the toilet facilities. But the rest of the hotel and reception looked quite modern and clean

La habitación olía a humedad y las sabanas no estaban limpias. El suelo del baño filtraba agua. Es de madera y al pisarlo salía agua de las juntas.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026De locatie van het hotel ligt redelijk dichtbij enkele winkelcentra’s. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Er zit ontbijt bij de boeking, houdt er rekening mee dat er enkel nasi/rijst ligt + bijbehorende ingrediënten en voor de westerlingen enkel wit brood met jam.
De kamer leek bij binnenkomst schoon maar was het totaal niet. Het beddengoed zat vol met vlekken, ik kreeg nieuwe lakens maar die waren net zo vies als de vorige. De badkamer is heel erg klein en er komt een vreselijke lucht uit. Het matras/topper van het bed is ronduit smerig. Ik miste een koelkast + frisse lucht.

True professional who puts her heart into her job. If you ever come here, be sure to look for her. Excellent customer service from her and her team.

عندما حجزت كان معه وجبة الافطار وعند حضورى ابلغت عدم وجودها وعليه دفع مبلغ 5000 ربيه للمجموعه. عن كل يوم كذلك عدم وجود ثلاجه بالغرفه كذلك المناشف ردئيه وقديمه جدا

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The location is right at the centre walking distance to Tunjangan. Bed and pillow was very comfy. Wifi was okay, drinking water is refillable. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room. Took a shower and the drainage hole was blocked, checked the drainage hole and there were too many hairs and dust, it looked like they didnt clean it for a long time. The next day requested the housekeeping to clean the hole and later on the shower worked just fine. However, the unpleasant smell still lingers in the bathroom.. Breakfast was so-so. Not too many choices, but decent taste.

Das Zimmer und die Handtücher haben nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken genau wie die Flure. Um irgendwo hinzukommen muss man zwangsläufig ein Grab nehmen, es sind keine Restaurants in laufweite. Das Frühstück ist für Vegetarier eine Vollkatastrophe. Habe gefragt ob sie irgendwas vegetarisches hätten, das Personal sagt es gibt Salat, dann hat sie gelacht und ist gegangen. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, man muss also Glück haben mit den Nachbarn.
