Location was solid

The wifi kept dropping pretty much every minute or two, making it unusable. Elevators held the doors open for 30 seconds on each floor, so it takes forever to go up or down. Sockets in the room were worn out to the point that a few of them couldn't hold a plug in

De locatie is perfect, gelegen in het hart van het centrum van Surabaya, tegenover het grootste winkelcentrum van de stad, Tunjungan Plaza. Gelukkig is er een zwembad, waar je heerlijk kunt afkoelen van de hete zon van Surabaya. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, vooral als je van Indonesisch ontbijt houdt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent.

Het ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op Indonesische gasten, wat betekent dat de opties voor brood en beleg beperkt zijn.

We did really enjoy staying at Swiss Bellin tunjungan Surabaya! The staffs were very friendly and helpful., especially Ms. Maria Tulong that help to make our holidays in Surabaya very meaningful! The hotel staffs were very care about the food for our son that allergic to the protein of cow milk and beef.

Net hotel op loopafstand van Tunjungan plaza waar je alles kunt kopen. Het ontbijt is niet gericht op westerlingen en vrij prijzig. Je kunt elders in de straat of in de mall ontbijten. Prima en snelle laundry service. Check wel bij het accepteren van de kamer of er niet veel lawaai is en of de airco het doet en ook koud wordt. Op mijn verdieping waren veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen en die maken veel lawaai. Het personeel is blij je te helpen en is altijd van dienst

Staff not good at replenishing stuff - many items in short supply.

Well appointed business hotel across the road from a major mall. Nice swimming pool, good wifi, big rooms and, if you wanted it, spa treatments and a gym. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful people in suggesting where we should go for a coffee and a meal while we’re were on there for a short time.

The cleanliness of the dining room furniture was very off putting. The fabric chairs, covered and not, were filthy. Seems like such an easy fix to clean. In general things seemed ready for a good deep cleaning and upgrades. I appreciate our room was clean, although I do think hotel rooms should not have carpet in this day and age. It was good to have slippers available. Breakfast was not appealing to us. I understand this is supposed to be a budget hotel, in a city. But for the price we paid, things could have been better.

Value for money, clean and decent

Unfavorable smell (problem in pumbling?) at the lobby and along the room corridor at level 5. But it's OK in the room, the smell didn't come to the room.

The elevator sometimes can take forever but it’s not important.

No nonsense goed hotel. Zeeeeer strategisch gelegen in downtown SUB. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet. Super vriendelijke staff.

Ach, het is Indonesië. Verval gaat nu eenmaal sneller door t klimaat. Onderhoud is achterstallig. Maar verder echt meer dan prima hotel.

Clean, safe, great staff. Nice rooms. Great experience. Only complaint is having to walk down to the front desk with the masseuse after a massage to pay with a credit card, as they cant take payment with cards at the spa. Inconvenient

Central location close to Tunjungan Plaza.

Good location, with a few shopping centres nearby. Clean room with bedsheets/bath towels as white as snow. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Fast check-in /out. Somehow, this hotel made me feel at home. Would like to come back for my stay again on my next trip to Surabaya. Keep up your excellent work and services Swiss Belinn, Tunjungan. You have won my heart.

Bathroom --- no partition between the shower area and washing basin area.

The location is great. It’s within walking distance of the big Tunjungan Mall, where you can find almost everything. You can use the pedestrian overpass right in front of the hotel, which even has an elevator. It is very convenient if you’re bringing a baby stroller like we did. I’m not sure if it’s safe to use very late at night, but when we got back to the hotel around 8:30 pm, it was still fine. The breakfast had a nice variety of food. Before our arrival, we also received a WhatsApp message asking about our arrival time, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

When we arrived, we found the bathroom a bit flooded because the tap on the sink hadn’t been closed properly. Since we arrived later in the afternoon and had another appointment to catch, we asked if a new room could be prepared. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available at the time, so it took a little while for the bathroom to be cleaned.

The staff was nice. The room was big for one person.

The shower head is fixed. Not a big problem just dont fit my habit.

Sarapannya sangat bervariasi, dari menu tradisional, pastry dan roti nya enak. Staf nya ramah dan sopan. Pelayanan sangat baik. Lokasinya excellent, dekat pasar Genteng untuk cari oleh oleh dan di seberang Tunjungan Plaza. Berjalan jalan di sekitar area juga menyenangkan.

waktu cehck in, safety box dan kettle bermasalah, tapi technical staff nya sangat sigap, sehingga permasalahan segera teratasi saat itu. Sebelum check out telpon bermasalah juga, mungkin butuh maintenance dan monitoring ya.

The biggest shopping mall is just a minute away, so the location is great, though you do hear the street noises during the night. Everything was clean, the staff was nice.

At 1st they gave me a room with AC problem, the room was hot. I asked to move to other room.

The front desk personnel were helpful, excellent to deal with and spoke English. I arrived early and used their baggage storage prior to the 2pm check in. I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room located on the top 17th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being so high up also meant that the room was very quiet with no street noise. The enormous Tunjungan Plaza shopping center with a food court and Hero Supermarket is conveniently located across the street and is a 5 minute walk away using the pedestrian bridge located in front of the hotel. Security was excellent with a 24 hour front desk, key card access for both the elevator and room and a safe provided within the room. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos and larger than expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC unit kept the room nice and cool. The room was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. The shower water was strong and had consistent hot water with shampoo, body wash and toiletries provided. The wi-fi was also fast and consistent. Bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, and sugar packets were provided and replenished if used daily during room cleaning. The mini fridge kept the drinking water cool. I did not eat any meals at the hotel. I found my overall experience to be exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Surabaya.

The pro: location is closed to a huge mall and eateries. Staff were courteous and attentive.Room has a pretty good sound proof. The cons: Shower was a bit mouldy. Tiles in the room was uneven with sharp edges which is dangerous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On checking in, I suddenly realised that I forgot to cancel 2 other rooms due to some family members who couldn't make it but the staff with a smile, assured me that he would help me out. And indeed he did. I was not penalised.

This property is clean amd quiet. Staff are very attentive to issues raised. They are very helpful. When called immediately came over to fix the bed, change the fridge , etc

The hotel's location is conveniently across from Tunjungan Plaza, offering excellent value. The friendly and accommodating staff enhance the experience. Its proximity to Tunjungan's nightlife is also convenient, and I have enjoyed previous stays there.
