Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group

Clean and comfortable.

Everything

All good

Beautifully appointed hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and it was nice to have 3 places to eat/drink at the hotel.

Love the staff, level 2 facilities are amazing - clean, reviving & lots to choose from. Had a wonderful massage. I have 65th birthday cake to welcome me was a delight and also scrumptious.

Parking, with only a valet option, may use public transport or Uber next time

We loved everything about the room, especially the bed.

We liked it all.

Beautiful room with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! Wonderful welcoming service.

The pinnacle side is great. Modern amenities and really kind and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and location is central to a number of eateries and within walking distance to the recently opened train station on Karanga-a-hape Road.

Issues with the chrome cast in the evening was a bit unreliable.

Friendly, but professional staff. Excellent customer service.

Clean friendly and very helpful

Nice touches as we were there for anniversary and they left balloons and a dessert.

Room was a little dated, and was listed as sound proof which is wasn't as it had a connecting door to another room and we could hear the guests in that room

It was an exceptional experience. Convenient to many sights, great food and bar, extremely courteous and helpful staff. An overall wonderful stay. Thank you.

Staff awesome, friendly and efficient

Nothing to complain about, everything great

The pool is always a great hit with the kids, great having bar service there too.

The staff were incredible, room was very clean and comfortable, all round amazing experience

Nothing

It’s a great hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. It was quite busy when we were there. The rooms are lovely, spacious, quiet and the beds are comfortable. Overall the hotel is really lovely and good value.

The hotel is just starting to show signs of wear and tear - the spa jets didn’t work, there was something wrong round shower in the ladies changing room and in the other shower, the holder for the soap has fallen off the wall and the wall plugs were visible. The shower caps, toothbrush sets from the bathroom in the room were not complete or replenished.

Cleanliness & very friendly staff. Had no problems staying here for our two days.

Location

Was told we had a mini bar and first drinks were free but no minibar in room. Requested twice that if be restocked but it was not done

Good hotel have been staying for many years when it was the Sheraton and the Langham

Very difficult to order a coffee in the lounge in the morning away from the crowds

空气中的香氛味道不错，环境比较安静

The fragrance in the lobby and the modern room

Great location, super comfy beds and a lovely shower.

I wish the amenities provided were a little better, considering it is a 5 star hotel. I expected the dental kit to come with floss, not just a sad toothbrush and toothpaste

Well behaved staff

Beds were amazing

The TV and Chromecast was faulty

Was clean modern and most of the staff were professional, there was 1 staff member I encountered to be rude however he did not take anything away from the 5 star service everyone else gave

Exceptionally clean and tidy. A gorgeous place to unwind! So much to do.

Nice selection of food

Booked in and waited till almost 5pm before we got to room Service sites for two hours

The bath with a window to the room and the sauna spa pool area

Restaurant

Fabulous. The room, view, location and whole experience was amazing. Club excess was such a treat. We felt so spoilt.

Had issues with the elevator. For our entire stay. Took it downstairs to have it updated but still had issues.

The beds we comfortable but the room was tiny for 4 people

The size of room

Disappointed in our room

The room was nice, the location was good and the restaurants were lovely

The view from our room was a wall.

We loved everything

All the staff were helpful & professional without exception. The bed was very comfortable & the rooms quiet. My bathroom was immaculately clean. I had a minor problem with my room safe: security came promptly to sort it. I had afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. All my group of ladies were very happy with it.

We were surprised to see a child’s birthday party in progress right alongside the Chandelier Room during afternoon tea, & felt that it should have been happening in another area or room.

Friendly dining room staff with great selection of great-quality food.

The genetic drum-beat pop music in the dining room is distracting and really detracts from what would have otherwise have been a wonderful dining experience. Some gentle, quality classical music would have really lifted the ambiance to make it feel like the more classy hotel it deserves to be.

The room was fantastic, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was very classy. The gym, pool and spa area was fantasic also

The shower mixer was terrible, unfortunately

The hotel was lovely, staff were amazing !

The bathroom, shower over the bath and tiling was a little dated. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived, which wasn’t great! While the breakfast was lovely it was a bit pricey at $45 pp

Comfortable room good buffet breakfast

Safe was not working and wasn't fixed after stating they would fix it so I had no safe or the entire stay.

I didn't spend a lot of time in the room itself, as I only slept here but I did love that the event was held at the same location reducing the need for transport o and from a venue. Facilities in room were what I expected for this hotel

nothing

Disappointed with mould through the bathroom should be easily dealt with but was not cleaned for some time in this spot and on the shower

Staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and personable. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Just fabulous. Our room was exquisite, the staff are so attentive and the breakfast is second to none. I can't think of one thing that would have improved my stay (other than not leaving). The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room has these little night lights in the bathroom and under the bedside tables which makes a partners midnight bathroom runs less intrusive. All the amenities were clean and plentiful. The roof top heated pool was perfect for a morning swim followed by the most amazing breakfast at their restaurant. The valet parking is well worth the price at $59 per day although there are lower cost options nearby. Although the breakfast is $45 for guests again it is worth price, the biggest issue is trying everything on offer. We didn't try the gym but had a peek inside and it was extremely well equipped. Special thanks to Ryker and Brent who made the stay particularly enjoyable....especially when we left a bag in the car which they arranged to be collected for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish I took more pictures here's a couple I sent to make my son green with envy over the breakfast choices. Yes that's a chocolate fountain.

Genuinely can't think of anything.

Didn’t have breakfast

Nothing

Rooms

Room service took for ever 90minutes for a simple steak is crap

Bathrooms slightly dated!!

Staff brilliant Can't fault Gym pool facilities excellent

The shore over the bath does not give the room a five star rating If your tall or elderly it is completely unsafe or impractical

Room was very comfortable

nothing

Lovely staff, pool was fun for the kids, rooms are nice.

Quite expensive if you are a large family. Poolside menu seemed to be out of date so not much available. The restaurant was nearly $1000 for our family (4 adults 5 kids). Prices are not hidden, but just expensive.

Very friendly staff

The aircon did not work had to get engineering to fix it. Instructions for room service were poor, online order did not work for me; then rang room service the phone was not answered for 15 minutes so I gave up.
