Fantastic hotel. Great room, well appointed, good bathroom and very comfortable. The location is amazing being situated a few minutes walk from the Gloucester Street tube station which accesses the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines, whilst the surrounding area has a plethora of local restaurants and pubs serving great food. There is also a Waitrose and Post Office nearby. Great breakfast at a reasonable price

Location is very good

The rooms are unclean and worn out, and the carpeting is also worn and dirty; overall, the rooms require new furniture and complete maintenance. When you complain to the reception staff, they invent baseless excuses to suit themselves, making it look like you are the one at fault.

The hotel is located close to the underground station, there are plenty options for dinners and breakfast around, the grocery shop is also nearby. There is a possibility to leave the luggage in the storage.

The hotel is generally outdated and needs proper refurbishing.

The breakfast was delicious and having it included was a bonus. The concierge staff was awesome. Only one of the gentlemen was not pleasant and I mentioned him and his obnoxious attitude towards me and my traveling companion. Otherwise it was a great location and everyone was very nice.

The lack of facial tissue in the bathroom or some softer pillows on the bed. I’d love a magnifying mirror on the wall similar to the Gloucester Knightsbridge too. I’d love better lighting, for women it’s hard to see to pack. A small bar of soap would be great. Unfortunately the door hits the toilet bowl which made it awkward going in n out of the bathroom. The most difficult thing though was the bathtub with accessibility issues. A shower curtain would make getting in n out of your tub so much easier for senior citizens or anyone with physical problems

The room was cold, hotel offers no blankets whatsoever and our AC unit was broken and outdated. The staff came to fix it but it broke two hours later. Had to sleep with a jacket on.

Πολύ καλό σημείο προσφέρει ευκολες μετακινήσεις και υπάρχουν γύρω πολλά καταστήματα που μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν όλες τις ανάγκες.

Απίστευτα άνετα κρεβάτια. Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή.

Το πρωινό καλό, αλλά μάλλον χρειάζεται μια μικρή αναβάθμιση.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, metro yanında. Çevresinde market ve kafe gibi ihtiyaç duyulacak yerler var. Londra’da geniş odalı otel bulmak kolay değil, odada iki tane ikiz yatak vardı. Aileler için büyük rahatlık. Çalışanlar yardım sever ve güler yüzlü. Katlarda su doldurabileceğiniz filtre makineleri var,bu harika.

Kahvaltı yeri çok basık havadar değil ve kahvaltısı zayıf. Halı ve eski eşyalar sebebi ile yeterince hijyenik hissedilmiyor.

We have been going to the hotel twice a year for the past 3 or four years as we always find it a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Location and breakfast were very good. Handheld bidet in the toilet was really very important for me and so i am very pleased to get it in this hotel.

Services of the staff as they were not at their best about my laundry services in terms of following instructions. Otherwise it was okay.

That was no heating system and was cold, we ask to help they said they don’t have any heating system. But the last day a cleaner showed us how to turn the heater on. There was no bottle of water in room, again we asked reception and they said we don’t put water in room and you have to buy it which cost 10£ each bottle.

Great location. Great transport links, very central. Lovely rooms. Very clean, good ac. Very elegant hotel.

Location excellent Room large, but v tired , picture in frame had slipped. Unable to control temperature- air conditioning only blew out cold aire, Bathroom good size , plentiful hot water but no shower hat, only liquid soap & shampoo supplied. The once heated rail no longer heated - notice on wall stating this. TV difficult to operate & often froze! Liked that we could open the windows for fresh aire Breakfast was certainly adequate but not the same as we had experienced 20 years & 10 years ago. When there was a much wider selection of fruits, cereals & chef to cook your eggs, not eat ones that had had a skin form on the yolk from sitting around

Breakfast was good, room was clean, location was great. Room was what you would expect from a regular hotel.

The room was ok, but incredibly pricey.

The toilet was broken and the staff did not even apologize. After changing the room, we found out the fridge is not working at all. Again, no one apologize. The staff was rude and the misspelled by last name in their welcome TV screen. They don't even respect the customers. I told them my name was misspelled, and they said it was for reference, but end up it was showed on the room TV screen. The welcome screen page showed my misspelled last name.

The hotel location is indeed perfect, it is next to a Piccadilly station, which means going to or from the airport and train station is quite easy. Also, going to downtown London would be pretty easy with the subway. The hotel had a very good breakfast, and the room had a comfy bed and a nice desk.

Posizione perfetta a un passo dalla fermata della metro di Gloucester e dal bus. Personale cordiale e simpatico, un plus per i ragazzi del concierge con cui ci siamo fermati a parlare spesso durante il soggiorno. La colazione abbondante e molto variegata. Le camere grandi (cosa molto rara per Londra) e soprattutto pulite! Torneremo sicuramente

تعامل الموظف تحديداً العربي الجزائري اعتقد اسمه حكيم هذا الشخص مستفز وتصرف معنى تصرف يفتقد المهنية بعد مارجعنا من يوم جميل انا وعائلتي حيث اننا نقيم في غرفتين غرفه للاولاد تفاجأنا بتعطيل كرت الدخول لغرفة الاولاد وعند نزولنا للاستقبال تحدث معنى الجزائري بطريقه عنجهيه وعنصرية يقول تدفعوا 300 باوند مايقارب 1500﷼ ولا ماتدخلو الغرفه بسبب تسريب مياه لاعلاقة لنا به على الغرفه التي بالطابق الاسفل وتجادلت معه جدال حاد جداً عكس ماتوقع كان يعتقد انني ادفع وامشي ولاكن بالقانون اجبرته يفتح الغرفه لانني تهددته بالاتصال بالشرطة الان حتى انه ارتفع الصوت من الطرفين وباقي الموظفين يهدون الوضع ويتلفظ بألفاظ عنصريه وكراهيه عالية ويتهددنا بان يكلم ادارة الفندق ويطردوننا غداً ولاكن وجهت له تحدي ولم يفعل شي وتم ارسال شكوى للبوكنق دون جدوى وتم ارسال لادارة الملنييوم ولم يردو بعد ولاكن لن اترك حقي ابداً

We booked a twin room with single beds but it had 2 doubles which were very comfortable and lovely surprise! The staff were amazing, they were polite, friendly, helpful and a lovely sense of humour.

I can't think of anything really other than the bathroom is probably in need of updating but having said that it was clean and perfectly ok.

Location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to Gloucester station and have plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful, hotel was busy with tourists. Importantly, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a 'muslim shower' which was amazing!

The rooms and hotel in general is a bit dated. Though everything was clean but little things like bathroom door was hard to close, AC was a bit dodgy and we were given a separate standing unit.

Humidifier left on in the room with pipe sticking out the window when we arrived. Not enough tea and coffee facilities.soap in bathroom empty.Took ages to set up tv. We dont think it was programmed properly. Very noisy people in next room (303).when we rang reception to complain no one answered the phone.

Breakfast was good and the location was great.

There was a lot of noise, and as someone who prefers a calm and quiet environment, it was very difficult for me to sleep. There was a constant noise from the boiler or a tap near our room that continued throughout the night. The room also did not seem to be well insulated, as we could hear a lot of noise from the passage, including doors banging and people making noise around 2 a.m.

Hotel in posizione ottima, appena fuori dalla fermata della metro Gloucester Road.Camera ampia con 2 letti matrimoniali, perfetta per un viaggio di famiglia. A disposizione distributore gratuito di acqua ai piani dell'hotel, super comodo. Colazione con scelta di dolce e salata, sempre molto fornita. Zona ottima, collegata benissimo ma tranquilla e piena di ristoranti per cenare. Supermercato e farmacia sotto l'hotel. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Unica pecca il bagno piccolino e da rinnovare ma comunque funzionale e la moquette nella stanza ma credo sia comune a vari hotel di Londra.

‏كان تعامل الموظفة غير جيد عندما أتيت قبل الوقت بدقيقتين ‏ دورة المياه غير نظيفة ‏للأسف في هذا الفندق لا تشعر بالأمان كنت نائما وفي الصباح صحيت على صوت الإزعاج تفاجأت في بنت غير ساكنة في الفندق تتهاوش و تصارخ مع مجموعة شباب عرب ساكنين في الفندق ولا أعلم كيف دخلت إلى الفندق وكيف تم السماح لها من قبل حارس الامن وهي غير ضيفة وإلى نفس الطابق الذي أنا فيه لدرجة أن الشرطة وصلت إلى الغرفة

This is a biiiiig hotel in a great location. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are big , TV in the room are big and have loads of channels. The shower is super powerful . Its the location that makes the hotel right by Gloucester Road Tube Special shout out to Cathy and Masood at check in for really listening to my requirements when I extended my stay. They were both really kind and incredibly customer focussed finding a fast solution. I am really grateful to both for going the extra mile proactively without to much prompting. True kindness and excellent customer service - The hotel is in great hands with these colleagues !

Room was quite dated and the floor next to the bathroom was wet, likely from cleaning but this shower how dirty the carpet was when we stepped on the wet floor

The bar and breakfast food standard was poor. The bar food was clearly microwaved to order and the breakfast cooked food was cold, limp and just poor. I felt that for a four star hotel the warm food arrangements were there more to say it was provided rather than trying to do it well. The reading lights in the room didn’t work properly and there was no main light switch near the bed. While common in a lot of hotels the tea making facilities at breakfast were also poor, table service tea and coffee would be a huge improvement.

El baño de la habitación un poco anticuado y la limpieza de las habitaciones no fue muy profunda durante la estancia.

We were greeted with great hospitality since we arrived. As I would like to address the receptionist Muhammad Ayoubi for the great help he presented where he ensured us a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit especially Mr. Deshan who helped me alot when I checked in. I would also like to thank all concierge staff for their great help and hospitality during check in & out. The location was excellent and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and my room was tidy and pleasant.
