Nice staff and served food until late evening in the bar area. Great location in a very nice area, near to local tube station, shops, taxi rank opposite and a lovely tea room the Muffin Man. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The rooms aren't soundproof had really noisy guests with children above my room , can also hear guests in their bathrooms going to the toilet!! Looks like the actual Swimming pool needs a good cleaning when you're swimming you can see all the tiles are extremely grubby in the pool. Lifeguard very laxed with poor safety supervision he only stayed a short time even though there were people still using the pool

Excellent Breakfast with a wide range to cater for everyone., going to miss them. The rooms were really clean and well attended to. All the staff in every role were happy and friendly.

The only thing I would say is that the ensuite was looking a bit tired and worse for wear. I had the opportunity to discuss this on check out and am led to believe that this is one of the areas programmed for upgrade.

Great Location, but Room for Improvement The hotel is in a very convenient location, just about a 5-minute walk uphill to Kensington High Street Underground Station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to explore the area. The breakfast had a good selection of options.

Areas for improvement: The rooms are tiny, and it can be difficult for two people to move around comfortably at the same time. The lifts are quite old and slow, which can be inconvenient in an 8-storey hotel. The service could also be improved. We understand that everyone gets tired, but some members of the reception team did not seem very welcoming, and the restaurant staff appeared rather tired and less attentive than expected. On a positive note, we really appreciated the friendliness of the housekeeping team and the concierge.

The location is good, room have decent space, breakfast is nice.

The staff are not helpful it clear have classism. I’ve booked hotel in London before never been treated that bad. The hotel is like maze got lost easy. The room can use more deep cleaning the back of the fridge and tv full of dust and some other places bad for someone with allergies like me sleeping wasn’t good.

The Staff weren’t that helpful, everything we asked at check in seemed to be a problem because we booking through booking.com, they referenced it a few times.

El tamaño de la habitación. Era muy chica y el baño super apretado.

Excellent location, room was well laid out with everything we needed . Clean with a great shower fluffy towels and toiletries . We liked the eco element of just asking for additional items like toothbrushes etc only if you needed them . Room was nice and quiet.

The bed was a little firm but didn’t detract from our stay . Ideally we could have done with a usb charger point as we only bought leads and not a plug .

The breakfast was satisfactory better than expected after the evening meal in the bar was not very nice and expensive

The room was small and poor decor with small uncomfortable beds - very poor value for the price. The second room was not much better than the first room but had a little more space. It was so horrible we were unable to relax in our room in the evening as planned.

The location is fabulous

Rude staff, woken up unnecessary by cleaner wanting to clean on Sunday at 9am. Steam room, jacuzzi, not working in gym/swim area. Room scruffy, stains on carpet, sharp tiles on bathroom floor.

Las piezas pequeñas que no cabiamos con las maletas y no pidiamos desplazarnos dentro de la pieza. Los closet pequeñosimos. Tuvimos que pagar upgrade de 60 euros por noche pero nos rebajaron a 40 por noche porque no cabiamos. En nuestra pieza 3104 no funcionama el internet.

Çalışanlar çok iyi ve ilgili. Tesis genel anlamda temiz ve güzel. Konumu merkezi. Metro ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakin. National history museum, v&a museum gibi müzelere ve hyde park'a yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında bir çok mağaza, market ve restoran var.

Bizim kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü ama idare eder. Çok eşyası olmayan iki kisi için fena değil. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği iyi ve doyurucu olmasına rağmen ürünlerin lezzeti tartışılır ama herkesin damak zevki farklıdır bir şey diyemem.

Notre chambre était vraiment très petite pour 4 étoiles, depluis la salle de bin était tout juste utilisable. Le tapis était tout taché, plein de tache de peinture sur les toilettes et un peu partout dans la salle de bain. Le bouton de la casse était cassé et le carreau ne tenait plus ... La piscine ferme trop tôt le weekend

Likes location for theatre and pleasant area

Staff were rude, false promises of having rooms on same floor when we arrived to them be told no and would have to wait even longer past check in to have rooms on same level. Felt like a hinderance to the reception staff. Breakfast staff equally rude, just felt like the staff do not enjoy their jobs!

The location is great, very convenient to get to Holland park, various shops and restaurants from the hotel. The breakfast is very good, lots of things to choose from. The room was cosy, not big, but we didn't need much space, as we stayed only for one night. Useful to have a small fridge, which was inside the wardrobe.

The door to the bathroom, not easy to open and close. And the bath itself was not particularly convenient to 'climb' into.

Good hotel in a good location with Tube Station, cafes and shops nearby.

Room had a large bed which was great but the bed butted upto the wardrobes and moving was difficult. Because the room was tight on space the TV should be able to pivot and watch from the bed!

Bed was very hard. I couldn't move the grab rails in the shower down 😕. No plug in the low level sink. Bathroom bin too small for incontinence products. Nobody answered the phone for 2 minutes in the morning so I could have help with my suitcase.

Havia um barulho externo de máquinas. Solicitei uma mudança de quarto. Fui atendida prontamente, são muito simpáticos,prestativos e educados, porém esse outro quarto me apresentou alguns problemas, mas resolvi deixar para lá, pois o resto foi muito bom.

Zeer goede locatie, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is beveiligd onder het hotel wat zeer fijn is. Hotel ligt ook heel dicht bij een underground station.

We specifically booked a twin room as I am a middle aged man and my daughter (13) is Autistic and needs her own space. Despite contacting the hotel beforehand to confirm our needs and the booking, when we arrived I was told that there was only a double room available for us. This caused great anxiety. Staff did provide a pull out bed which did suffice but I felt it was bad form. So, after everything, the absolute best I could say is that the hotel 'sufficed'

The location and the facilities!

The size of the elevators, the size of the bathroom and that you have no door person to assist with luggage. Never once was I asked by staff if I needed assistance with getting my luggage up to my room and when leaving. I was traveling with a toddler on my own and had quite a bit of stuff.

Location was fantastic, the staff were excellent, beds were comfortable, very good accommodation.
