It was a nice transit stay, very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the meals downs stairs again very convenient for 1 night.

We liked the proximity to the airport, Our waiter Marcus was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The airport shuttle was a godsend in helping us get to the airport on time.

We've stayed here a few times now when flying to LAX with an onward flight the next day. It's close to the airport with a regular shuttle. Good food and big comfy rooms. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was at a convenient location.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel area. The directions for the location of the hotel shuttle were not clear. I walked quite a bit before I finally found it. They need to add that the stops are located “ on level…., in front of…., across from P….” So that people do not need to search.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and checkout was even easier. The room was very comfortable, and the ambiance was great. I had a wonderful stay, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

I honestly don’t have any negative comments. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I was very happy with the room, staff, and overall experience. I wouldn’t change anything based on my visit.

Quick shuttle service from the airport. The restaurant opened till 11:00pm and the food and service were great. Will stay again.

Easy walk from LAX, room clean and updated. Covers all the basis for convenience and comfort. A night light in bathroom would be a good addition.

Needed a quick stop between London and Sydney and wanted to visit a family member for the day. Very convenient for a good night’s sleep. Clean, comfortable and near the car rental and terminal.

This hotel is walkable from LAX arrivals, is a great place to start and visit to Los Angeles. The room we had was very comfortable with lots of USB points and a nice TV with a decent menu system (something which is not common for hotels in America). There was a downstairs shop and decent bar and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful on the desk about sorting out cabs for us. The room design was quite funky and modern and we were lucky enough to have an airport for you, which is something we asked for, and we sorted out for us.

I loved the proximity to the airport and the fact that they accommodated a very late check-in as we were in transit.

Everything was fine except the l8fhting invtge room which was very dim.

Was not expecting much considering it’s an airport hotel, but the lounge was beautiful and the room was also great. Check in was smooth and although we didn’t get upgraded as globalists customer service was great. SATs were being hosted here and tons of students and parents were coming and going but the online valet service was so efficient and employees were being so patient. Would definitely go again!

Great location, right next to LAX, you can even see the runway in your room. great service, check in and out are smooth, super quick response to deliver something we need extra. great hotel, even right next the runway and highway, but the room is quite. but the breakfast is just so so, comparing to other regency

I liked the fact that it was super close to the LAX airport and that it was comfortable.

For the price, I expected a bit more. Perhaps a comfier desk and better illumination. The breakfast was also very expensive and I had forgotten that in the US you need to add taxes and tips (they charge 20%) after the price.

Hotel in unmittelbarer Flughafennähe, 400m bis 800m zu Fuß zu den Terminals. je nachdem wohin man muss. Trotz Straßenverkehrs sehr leise, da Schallschutzfenster. Gutes Frühstück. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass es dafür einen Voucher gibt, der beim Einchecken mitgegeben wird, das hatte ich übersehen.

Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen ist ungenügend. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend nachbessern.

帰りの便が午前中の予定だったので、空港に近く無料のシャトルバスもあり安心感があった。部屋も広くて清潔感があり、よかった。外が工事中でうるさいかも？とのことだったが防音もしっかりされていた。

部屋の照明がもう少し明るくてもよかったかなと思います。

Staff was exceptionally kind and professional.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and the toilet paper was soft.

I had a hard time getting to the hotel. The hotel was touted as easy to walk to, so I chose that option. I called the hotel to verify directions and they said use Google maps. Google maps had me walking along the freeway overpass. I then walked back to a shuttle pickup location, only to have the shuttle pass me by after standing there ten minutes. My experience would have been better if walking to the hotel had never been mentioned or directions were included in my itinerary.

The location is great. Also shuttle service is a life saver. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Room was cozy. Breakfast was good. Internet connection for working stable, so no problem in that side.

Nearest bus stop is 10m away walking. Anyway, a Hotel issue.

Very disappointed, not what I expected for value. There was no pool service, small pool like the one in my backyard, restaurant until 3pm unless order through app....on and on.

I stayed here one time. I wasn't sure if I would like this hotel. It is directly adjacent to the airport. I just needed a place to stay for 1 night. As it turns out, I was very impressed. As a Hyatt Globalist, they gave me the largest suite I have ever seen. It had a view of the runway and it was surprisingly quiet. It seemed like 3 rooms put together. They have seriously sturdy windows. But I really want to call out the staff. They are TOP NOTCH. Come to think of it this is a REGENCY so of course they give you the ROYAL treatment. I appreciated the friendly welcome email, and they answered all my questions on the phone and in-person. Even the breakfast staff was wonderful. You guys have a good thing going here!

I can’t say enough about the service that I received at this hotel. Oscar the bellman was super friendly and just a joy to encounter. Hyatt is lucky to have him. The convienience of location to the airport along with the shuttle service make this hotel a great choice. I ordered room service and the service was fast and the food delicious. This hotel hands down had the best service I have ever received from a hotel of this level. Kudos to the management here.

My flights were delayed so I arrived 5 hours later than expected. The regular shuttle service to the hotel was great. the warm welcome and quick service at the front desk was great.

When I checked out, my Folio_ 21526550,pdf, was paid, no balance. However, when I returned home and checked my credit card statement, there is a $100 charge, Hyatt, August 1, 2026. I do not understand why I am being charged this.

The property was clean, however there was an old stain on the table and a rip in the carpet but otherwise the property was very clean

I ordered room service one night on two meals spent well over $100 and quite frankly the food was nowhere near worth it. Some of the worst hotel food I've eaten not to mention they put the soft drinks. I ordered on top of the desserts which got squashed so I'm sure it did probably look nice at one time but certainly not when I got it. I thought that was fairly poor service and it certainly wasn't very friendly. There was one friendly staff member out of about six that I spoke to.
